We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – we felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety for all tastes. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We also appreciated the little touches, like the smooth check-in/check-out process and the personal service. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We were staying at this hotel with a group of family and friends, around 15 people total. Although there were some issues when we initially arrived (something was wrong with the electricity so the generator was working), the staff was very helpful and quick to fix or alleviate any discomfort. When a room was getting poor WIFI service, they changed the room or called someone to fix it the next day. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was renovated and clean. The pool was also clean and bigger than expected. It is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and surrounded by cafes, coffee shops and supermarkets. Also located near a bus stop for easy transport to the city center. The breakfast had new things every day, all very delicious. Overall, a great stay, would definitely recommend and return here again.

Good breakfast & clean hotel

The AC had no remote, so you would need to get up and control it through the control unit on the wall. Also, i don't think you could actually set the temperature as you wish, there was a minimum & maximum already set and the difference between them was around 4 degrees. Example: if you put it on 18, you were getting 22, and if you put it 28, you were getting 25, it was important for us because we had a baby, and during the night, we had to get up for like 3 times to close/ open it due to hot & cold.

Overall ambiance, interior & cleanliness was great. Location was easily accessible. Parking space was ample. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Pool facility was cleaned, safe for kids and up to the mark. We booked a superior family room and it was sufficient for the couple and 02 kids (01 double bed, 01 sofa bed & 01 single bed). Boking.com was saying that this option was for 03 occupants but we selected this room and upon arrival first receptionist asked for the payment for the 4th occupant but after talking to manager, they said its ok.

Breakfast could have been improved. There was no dish having meat/ chicken. Fruits options were also limited. Carpets outside the rooms needs cleanliness.

Breakfast was good although the melon ran out early and not topped up, fresh orange juice would have been welcomed. We really enjoyed the pool area. Staff lovely and helpful.

We did not like the paper cups for our tea/coffee. A bedside light for reading would be good and definitely need a full length mirror! The smell from the drains in the bathroom were a little over powering at times.

Was very clean and nice hotel, not very big rooms, but very tidy and accurate. Rooms was nicely cleaned every day, fresh towels. Breakfast was not very big variety, but fresh fruits, greens and cheeses. Friendly and nice staff on breakfast and ladies that was cleaning rooms , was just the best

The room was very neat and very clean. It had all the amenities that a traveller requires. The breakfast was amazing.

There are no information in the room about using the air-conditioning. On arrival the window was open, and we tried to switch on the AC since it was really hot. The aircon would not switch on. We reported this to reception on a number of occasions. Due to the very limited English speaking abilities we realised that the window had a sensor preventing the aircon to switch on unless it is closed. How about putting a note in the room to just simply explain this. Apparently the guy at reception tried to explain this to us - but hey the language barrier was a problem.

Great location. Very close to the beach and close to restaurants, many of which are local and don’t feel touristy. Staff were super friendly and very helpful when assisting with various asks. Room was extremely clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet every morning was amazing! We will be back here again!

Everything was wonderful, the rooms were so clean, the location was perfect, the breakfast was very delicious. All the staff were very lovely and friendly and very helpful, and smiling all the time ( a special thanks to them ). We really enjoyed our stay there. I totally recommend this Hotel !

Hotel is located close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Room was clean too. Beach is 10 minutes walk.

Breakfast needs an upgrade, it was very basic. Some days the pool wasn’t very clean.
