The Breakfast was awesome, freshly cooked breakfast was served, each day was different. The views from the Breakfast Roof Terrace was spectacular!! Location was superb, 50metres away from the Harbour. We booked suite with sea view and we had full view of the sea from our bedroom & my son’s room and sea view/view of Boat harbour from the balcony.

The curtains needs to be fixed. Housekeeping needs to be improved as the glass coffee mugs were stained with coffee/tea stains which I cleaned it myself. The accommodation is in the heart of the Harbour site, close to the shops, restaurants and far enough away from the noise of music from pubs/clubs etc. It was a bit disappointing that you had to pay to gain entry to the beach. The public should be at the very least be able to gain entry to the beach, fine to charge for sun umbrella & beach chairs but not appropriate to prevent the public to gain access to a public beach.

The terrace view is amazing. 11/10 for the breakfast on the terrace (do note that breakfast is served in the courtyard if weather isn’t good). Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. There was enough storage space and were enough power points around the room. You can pick up complimentary water at the front desk. Hosts were super helpful/attentive and friendly. There was an aircon which was great.

Cleanliness of the room was decent but could be improved. The bed still had hairs of varying colour and length on it. I think they washed it, but maybe loaded the washing machine too full so these don’t quite come out. The bathroom also had a little bit of a smell, but it wasn’t that bad. Carpet and floor were still a little dusty. But these were by no means deal breakers. You can still hear some street noise, which could be louder during peak season. We were woken up by the Adhan at about 6am during Ramadan.

Villa Tulipan is a charming BnB centrally located in the heart of the old town, offering one of the most amazing views of the harbor. Waking up to such a beautiful scene and enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace was truly a highlight of our stay. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere had a lovely, quaint feel to it.

However, as the building is in the historic part of town, it’s understandable that some areas have aged and could use a bit of upkeep. The facilities are a bit dated, and some improvements would go a long way in enhancing overall comfort. That said, it’s still fantastic value for money, especially if you want to experience the charm of the old town.

The staff here were absolutely brilliant. They really go out of the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was beautiful on the terrace and the location is right in the heart of the old town. We had a car and they allowed us to park it right outside the hotel (if you're brave enough to drive through the narrow streets of the old town). All in all a wonderful place to stay with a stunning rooftop and beautiful garden with staff that are authentic and genuine. 100% recommend staying here. We will return when next in the area for sure.

Excellent staff, Ozan and Oguzhan were both very helpful, welcoming and kind. Location is perfect for exploring Old Town Antalya which is a beautiful and culturally rich area. Both the garden and terrace offer beautiful views. The welcome drink was so good! Stayed twice on our way to and from Kas and enjoyed it thoroughly. The cats are the cherry on top!

No dislikes, the room was a bit cramped but we made it work (2 suitcases and 2 cabin bags fit with a bit of a struggle but not uncomfortable).

The room with a balcony was super beautiful, it has very cozy and home-like feeling. The room is basic and the interior is slightly old, but everything was clean, comfortable. They have rooftop terrace with very good breakfast - good variety, big portion, delicious food. The staff was amazing, super friendly and patiently helped me with my problem. The location is also perfect. It’s just 5 min walk to Mermerli beach (which unfortunately was closed by that time).

The location in the old city was great. The staff was incredibly helpful recommending restaurants and places to visit. They also helped me move my car around to get in and out of the hotel area. It is located in old town so the streets around are narrow and mainly for pedestrians.the rooftop breakfast and bar was incredibly beautiful. It was an old building and room, though the bathroom was fully renovated and the ac worked great.

Not really a con, but getting to the location was a little trickier entering into the mainly pedestrian section to get there. There was definitely parking in front and car was in a safe spot.

Great hotel in busy Antalya! This is located on a quiet street but not far from the hustle and bustle. We had a small apartment-type complex with two rooms and a lovely balcony (where we were joined by a friendly cat). Super friendly staff who also made us up a small breakfast packet for our very early morning flight (huge thanks for this and for arranging the cab). Amazing breakfast on the terrace - what a view! Nice that the terrace bar is often open and that you can enjoy that space more, too. Lovely collection of books in different languages! Felt very homely.

There was some noise locally from bars, but this is out of the control of the hotel. Antalya old city is buzzing!

I'd call it a gentleman's mansion, nothing much to say, just go stay. They're all handsome and gentle, with a real boyfriend vibe. They even cook their own breakfast, making for a delicious and comfortable experience. It's very close to the neighborhood. Although there's a bar with singing late at night, I'm a good sleeper so I didn't notice the time. The room felt like a vacation.
