My wife and I had an unforgettable holiday experience. The hotel's magnificent location, wonderful sea view and clean beach fascinated us. The room comfort and cleanliness were excellent, cleaned regularly every day and very comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and professional. The food in particular was delicious, there was a wide choice of menus and we had the opportunity to try different flavors every day. The pool areas were large and well organised and finding sunbeds was never a problem. Entertainment activities were also very enjoyable. Live music performances and various events added colour to our holiday. Overall, this holiday was a great experience for us. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to rest, relax and have a pleasant time. We are definitely planning to come back again!

Food I expected to be better

I went on holiday alone for the first time in my life. This was important for me. Because I was tired of work and studying all year. I am so glad I chose this hotel! First of all, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

I have booked this beautiful hotel in July 2025 for 4 nights and when I arrived and stayed one night I truly love staying here and went to extend my stay but there was no available to extend as the hotel was full for next one week. However the hotel manager “ Mr Ramazan” is a great and very professional and helpful person who managed to extend my stay with much lower price then I initially paid online and he was extremely nice and friendly The hotel itself is like a presidential palace with luxurious rooms, best service ever I experienced in my 20 years of travelling to different parts of the world , very helpful staff and more importantly a lot of delicious food, vegetarian options, sea food, pizza , deserts , ice cream, variety of soft and alcoholic drinks, beautiful swimming pools with slides ……. I will definitely come back here again and I highly recommend this place! Z Gran

Not many staff speak English which was little issue but they were all friendly

Hello, the food was okay! The staff was always kind and helpful. The room was clean, and room service was always really great. The pool is nice, and the night shows are amazing. The beach was also pretty close and shops were around and close to the hotel.

Not so many people can speak English. You have to know Russian to communicate. The alcohol in the drinks is not the best. There is a lot of Russian music playing, more than international music. On the beach, there is usually never a free space or a seat, and also not so many free seats around the pool.

We chose Dedeman Kemer Resort for our wedding anniversary. They decorated the hotel room very nicely and romantically. There were roses everywhere. A nice champagne and snacks. It was a nice surprise. My wife was happy. They played our song in the evening animation and invited us to dance. The hotel staff and managers are incredibly attentive. We liked our room and the food very much. The alcohol and cocktails were really high quality! Thank you Dedeman Kemer!

When you go out, there is everything around! Nightclubs and the beach and markets, the bazaar and shopping malls... The food was delicious and satisfying! In the evenings, I would have my wine and relax by the pool. The people were tolerant and friendly. I had an incredibly good time at the spa center. It was definitely a great holiday for me!!!! I am so glad I went to Dedeman Kemer Resort!

Ms. Hediye at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The staff at both the snack bar and the main restaurant were attentive and professional. The ladies at the Art Cafe made excellent coffee and added a pleasant touch to the experience.

We are on a nice holiday with my wife. We are happy with the hotel. The food and drinks are of high quality. Something is cooked in the food court at all hours of the day. There is a very rich variety of fruits and desserts in the open buffet.
