The breakfast, lunch and dinner were very comprehensive in their assortment - which was tweaked on a daily basis. People of all dietary inclinations will be very easily satisfied. As an all-inclusive offer, quantity was not an issue because you are only limited by your own capacity to consume what is on offer. The quality of the food was very great and it was being prepared right in front of us, assuring the diners of the freshness of the products. Additionally, food and drinks were available round the clock to cater to different arrival/departure times of guests - that was really great!

It would be a great plus to the establishment if diners are served drinks by the hosts/hostesses, instead of expecting the diners to go and collect their drinks from the drinks' counters while eating.

The hotel corresponds to its level. In addition to the expected amenities for a hotel - full board, bar and animation, there was a small water slide, ice cream, snack bar and a la carte restaurant. You can visit this restaurant for free with a long stay (from 7 nights) - there are two types - fish and Italian, the main dish must be chosen during registration. The staff speaks Russian, depending on the position even as a native speaker. You can safely recommend it to those who do not speak English. I also want to thank Ksenia for advice and bookings in the a la carte restaurant. She is in charge of the guest relations department.

Since the main purpose of visiting the hotel is a beach type of holiday, I will tell you about the beach. The beach area is not large, the sun loungers are close to each other and there are not always enough of them. The ground is mixed sand with small stones on land and stones in the sea. The sea is deep, so it is not for children. What else I did not like. The reception is irresponsible in encoding the key cards to the rooms. On the 8th day out of 12, exactly at 12 o'clock the cards stopped working, although at 11.50 they worked perfectly. Of course, they recorded them, but I did not receive an apology for the situation, only an excuse, we stored the access cards incorrectly. The situation is unpleasant, which is outrageous for a 5-star hotel.

From the moment you enter, you can tell this is a large, beautiful hotel. The reception staff are warm and welcoming, and they do their best to make you feel at home. Check in is smooth if your room is ready and if not you can enjoy free Turkish pastries in the spacious clean lobby. The room was fresh and well equipped with essentials like a shaving kit, dental kit, shower gel, shampoo, lotion, and a stocked minibar. A small bottle of wine was also waiting as a welcome gift. The hotel has several indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars, all part of the all inclusive experience. A big shoutout to Yassin at the bar super friendly and service minded. Food is available nearly 24/7, with a great variety and helpful restaurant staff. There are two indoor pools and pool activities for those who love swimming. Entertainment is also a highlight shows, games, and weekend parties organized by the animation team, especially Serhat, who speaks English and keeps things fun and engaging. There are shops inside the hotel for beach needs, plus a relaxing spa for an extra fee. My favorite part was the beach clean, peaceful, and perfect for swimming or sunbathing. You can even order hookah also extra right on the beach. Special thanks to Shereen for going above and beyond such a kind and helpful person. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 5 star rating and would absolutely recommend it!

The gym is small and gets crowded easily. It could use more space and equipment, as it's hard to work out if more than five people are there. The hotel attracts guests from many countries, which makes it easy to meet new people. However, most guests and staff mainly speak Russian and Turkish, and very few speak English. That was a downside and something the hotel should definitely work on.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Kemer and overall, it was a delightful experience. **Positives:** - **Room:** The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach. - **Beach:** The beach area was pristine and offered a wonderful place to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful views. - **Drinks:** The variety and quality of drinks available were impressive, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. - **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. **Exceptional Highlights:** - **Staff:** The staff were exceptional, always friendly and eager to assist. Their dedication truly enhanced our experience. - **Guest Relations:** A special mention goes to Ksenia from guest relations. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. On our last day, she arranged a travel box for our flight and even offered us an extra free lunch at the Italian Restaurant. - **Breakfast:** Breakfast was perfect, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day right. **Areas for Improvement:** - **Eats:** While the sweets and fruits were delightful, the overall quality of the food was only satisfactory. Most dishes lacked the flavor and appeal we expected. Despite the minor issue with the food, our stay was overall very enjoyable, thanks to the outstanding service and excellent amenities. We would gladly return to this hotel in the future.

Nice location, very clean , good food , amazing stuff always ready to help ! Food available 24/7! We had problems with shower in the room and Shirin from guest relations solve the problem and move us to bigger room without additional charge)

That stuff enters the rooms without waiting a response from us , one of the receptionist doesn’t speak English , room service should learn that it’s not allowed to enter the room automatically, and it’s so hard to find people speaking English so little bit hard to let them understand what we need !

Classic style room and bathroom.. faucets / sinks do not work well.. in my opinion, the rooms need renovation. Even though comfortable access to beach, very crowded and densely placed sun loungers, staying very close with other people. But due to great staff and excellent food, we ignored this minus,
