The hotel corresponds to its level. In addition to the expected amenities for a hotel - full board, bar and animation, there was a small water slide, ice cream, snack bar and a la carte restaurant. You can visit this restaurant for free with a long stay (from 7 nights) - there are two types - fish and Italian, the main dish must be chosen during registration. The staff speaks Russian, depending on the position even as a native speaker. You can safely recommend it to those who do not speak English. I also want to thank Ksenia for advice and bookings in the a la carte restaurant. She is in charge of the guest relations department.

Since the main purpose of visiting the hotel is a beach type of holiday, I will tell you about the beach. The beach area is not large, the sun loungers are close to each other and there are not always enough of them. The ground is mixed sand with small stones on land and stones in the sea. The sea is deep, so it is not for children. What else I did not like. The reception is irresponsible in encoding the key cards to the rooms. On the 8th day out of 12, exactly at 12 o'clock the cards stopped working, although at 11.50 they worked perfectly. Of course, they recorded them, but I did not receive an apology for the situation, only an excuse, we stored the access cards incorrectly. The situation is unpleasant, which is outrageous for a 5-star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Kemer and overall, it was a delightful experience. **Positives:** - **Room:** The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach. - **Beach:** The beach area was pristine and offered a wonderful place to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful views. - **Drinks:** The variety and quality of drinks available were impressive, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. - **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities were top-notch, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. **Exceptional Highlights:** - **Staff:** The staff were exceptional, always friendly and eager to assist. Their dedication truly enhanced our experience. - **Guest Relations:** A special mention goes to Ksenia from guest relations. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. On our last day, she arranged a travel box for our flight and even offered us an extra free lunch at the Italian Restaurant. - **Breakfast:** Breakfast was perfect, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day right. **Areas for Improvement:** - **Eats:** While the sweets and fruits were delightful, the overall quality of the food was only satisfactory. Most dishes lacked the flavor and appeal we expected. Despite the minor issue with the food, our stay was overall very enjoyable, thanks to the outstanding service and excellent amenities. We would gladly return to this hotel in the future.

The staff were super nice, the room was exceptional! *King suite* A few steps from the beach, food was varied and the location was good, just a few minutes from the city..

When we checked in late at night , the room wasn't what I ordered (2 single beds instead of a full bed) It took some time untill the receptionist found us a room. But when he did it was a huge upgrade. Next to our room the cleaning crew smoked so there was occasionally smoke smell.

So clean and beautiful hotel. With a very good first impression. So spacious with many restaurants and spots to eat all day long. A good variety of food in the buffet. The kabab is yummy ! The food was overall good, except for the desert. The turkish bath, spa and massages are highly recommended ! The entertainment team was very lovely ! Especially hassan leo and Fihmi. In the evening the party was very good! Very good DJ.

In a 5 star hotel you expect all the staff to speak english. On the contrary only few staff members speak/understand english. Also we didn't expect in a 5 star hotel to have a boutique filled with all the fake brands. Very degrading. Last but not least, the billiard was of additional price which is not logical at all. We ve been to other all inclusive resorts and such activities were included .

Everything was so good in this hotel, the food is delicious, the swimming pools are clean and nice. The view in the sea is fabulous. The hotel is also very calm. The entertainment team were really nice specially the dart game with Deniz and Golkeme it was really fun. During all our stay we were assisted by the guest relation Ksenia, I’d like to thank you for everything that you did during our stay, your made our holidays special and you made our life easier at the hotel. Thank you for your assistance. Overall this hotel is totally worth it ! And I will definitely go back there !

The spa isn’t good, a big waste of money something I wouldn’t suggest to do. And the spa staff is really mean !

Excellent location of the hotel, on the first line from the sea, shops, market, excursions, city hammam nearby. Excellent staff in the restaurant, wonderful animation team.The restaurant always had very tasty dishes, especially meat, fish and desserts.

The only minus is in the cleaning of the rooms, again everything is tied to tips. The water in the minibar was renewed only after the tips were left.

Nice hotel with a private beach and ultra comfortable beds. Hotel has its own sea platform from where you can enter directly into warm sea without having to go over hot rocks. Entertainment team was really putting an effort into keeping the guest busy at all times. Also, special credit goes out to Nastja who made sure the kids were having their best time at the Kids Club. Guest relations is one of the best which we have seen so far. If something was bothering us, they were reacting to our issue immediately and did not leave us waiting not a single time throughout our stay. Food, cocktails and drinks were good, plenty of variety. You can eat pretty much throughout the whole 24 hours. They even have a night time supper. In total we were here for 10 nights. Enjoyed our vacation very much!

I would like to say a big thank you to Ksenia. She made our stay very special. She is the most caring manager I have ever met! This hotel is just on the lovely beach. I swam twice per day all week there! If you stay still in the water, a little fish may bite you :) There are some cats around the hotel, and they are looked after. You can get get food and drinks 24/7. The majority of the staff were very pleasant and all very helpful. A very affordable price I paid for this ultra all inclusive hotel does not let me complain about anything!

Our room had a lovely sea view but all the evenings were super loud because of the music from all the bars at the beach. We never stayed on the beach during the day as it was very crowded. Usually our refreshing drinks were served in hot glasses just straight away from the dishwasher. Some of the staff weren't happy when we asked an extra ice at the end of the day as they were just too lazy to get a fresh bucket of ice. It was my first time in Turkey so I didn't know what's standard is for a food and drinks. There was plenty to pick from, but I missed a seafood. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel , wide selection of food and beverages , most of the staff were friendly , a lot of activities to do , loved the experience of the pavilion on the beach , the hotel is close to a huge shopping area which was very convenient for us. A big thank you to Ksenia , guest relation manager , her service went beyond our expectations .

Receptionists need to be more friendly and more professional dealing with guests .
