I absolutely loved my stay. I arrived at 1am, hot, dirty and tired after 15 hours of travel delays and missed connections. The hotel staff arranged an airport transfer for me and provided very clear instructions how to find the transfer. The wonderful man at who met me at the hotel reception at 1am took such good care of me, helping me with everything I needed, including arranging late check out, an airport transfer for the morning, heaps of drinking water and he arranged for my laundry to be cleaned and dried overnight. I am so grateful to him for being so kind. The hotel room itself is great, everything I want in an airport hotel - it was basic, clean and modern. Everything seemed new. I am so happy with my stay and again would like to thank the man at reception who took care of me when I arrived.

Great airport pick up and drop off. Helpful and polite staff and so very handy to airport. We stayed here twice with staff kindly allowing us to leave a bag of winter clothes while we travelled around. Comfortable quiet rooms with all you need for an overnight stay. Make sure you have cash in euros for airport transfer

This is a great choice if you're coming to Istanbul for just one day and looking for a hotel. The airport is only a 15-minute drive away. If you have a lot of luggage, a taxi to the hotel is reasonably priced, in my opinion. We used the hotel transfer service, which was also a perfect option. If you’re traveling light, the metro to the airport is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The view from our window overlooked the forest, which was beautiful and calming. I especially want to highlight the hotel staff — they were truly wonderful and always ready to help when needed. I also appreciated the option to extend our check-out time — very convenient. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price, but for an extra fee, they delivered a hearty and tasty meal from a nearby café. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.

One small inconvenience was that our shower had no partition, so the water would run across the bathroom floor. However, everything else was great.

The hotel is close to the airport and the transfer is cheap compared with other hotels. Personal is kind, room is clean and comfortable. Perfect plase if you need to stay before your next flight.

- it was a quiet location, meaning it's relatively far from busy roads; however there was an almost constant sound of planes that were landing, but it did not bother me much, I was sleeping fine - the room was clean, nothing fancy but it had all that was needed - 2 stops by metro to IST airport - the metro station is about 7-10 mins on foot - there's a grocery shop and a great cheap restaurant nearby

- there were radiators in the room but they did not work, so I had to use AC for heating; however, it worked pretty well - one of the administrators (in a black sweater) was pretty grumpy and looked like everybody was just bothering him by asking questions and such; the other two admins I saw were friendly and helpful - far from the city centre if you decide to go there (e.g. to Sultanahmet), in total it takes about 1.30 - 1.50 hours by public transportation to get there

I had an excellent stay at the New Garden Airport Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional — they even helped me arrange an early-morning airport transfer with zero hassle. The room was modern, spotless, and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the airport. What I loved most was the comfortable bed and the shower. The breakfast buffet was also a pleasant surprise: fresh, varied, and with local touches that made it special.

There was absolutely nothing I disliked. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again before or after a flight!

Super easy and efficient airport transfer with a friendly driver. The location is maybe 10 min drive to airport. Upon arriving at the hotel the first impression is not great. It looks like a building in the middle of a construction site that was never completed. However once inside the check in was efficient and our room was great. It was big and spacious, excellent air conditioning, very comfortable beds and ammenities. We walked 10 mins to the metro 11 which took us into the city. It was so easy to navigate and stops at the airport as well. We walked home at 10:30pm from the metro station and felt safe and the road well lit. Our shuttle in the morning was again efficient and friendly.

The only downside is the first impression /location of the building in what looks to be abandoned buildings, but once inside big clean rooms.

A rare find! Can't ask for more if you travel light. All you need in terms of basic needs and comfort is there, not one of those super-luxury places for sure, but clean and the location for those who don't mind a little walk uphill is amazing! It is an 8-minute stroll from the new metro station Tasoluk with easy access to (and from) the airport and anywhere else in Istanbul, for that matter. That is, unless you have heavy bags on you all the time, of course, as the path goes up and down the hill.

Some rooms have loft-like low ceilings, so you might wish to watch out for those corners. Perhaps some high-vis signage could help.

The hotel has a good location — it’s within walking distance from Tasoluk station. This is very convenient, as only a few hotels near the airport are accessible without taking a taxi. We were contacted in advance and offered a shuttle. The room was spacious, and although it was on the second floor under the roof, it wasn’t hot at night. There’s no fridge, but there is a kettle with a selection of coffee and tea. The room is spacious, and the furniture is new. The bed is comfortable, though it has a European-style duvet, which may not be convenient for everyone. You can order food. The staff at the reception in the morning were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad. Just be aware that there is no elevator, so if your room is on the second floor, you need to bring your luggage upstairs.

A tiny little quaint hotel in the outskirts of Istambul airport. Bed was a 10, the room was very clean & spacious and the balcony was a plus!!! The best were the frontliners at the reception desk. The staff were simply marvelous... they worked everything out just perfect for me. I missed my connecting flight to Spain and had no choice but sleep overnight in a hotel. No luggage, no toiletries... I literally had nothing except what I was wearing. The staff made sure I felt comfortable, ordering dinner for me to the room. They went to the extent of purchasing a deodorant for me in a supermarket nearby, as I was too exhausted to do a 10 minute walk and back. Simply felt like home out of home!!!

Television had yet no connection to international channels. But I guess this is solved in a couple of days.
