A lot of praise goes to the entire staff - the service is impeccable! The food is also very high quality and eating by the sea was a special treat (would have loved more traditional Turkish options). Breakfast is among the best I have ever had. Very clean and attentive. Beautiful sea spot in a gulf, comfortable sun decks, beautiful garden. Loved the fact that it is pet friendly and you can meet happy cats and dogs around. Overall very relaxing place.

The location is a secluded oasis in the middle of nowhere unfortunately. Nowhere to walk and nothing to see without an aprox 30 min cab ride which is fine for a weekend but not ideal for an entire week. The suite size was small, the photos gave me the illusion of a larger room, was not an actual suite, but a regular room with a small extra bed. Bathroom is a good size with double shower. Prices for anything (e.g. water sports) are very high given there is no competition in the area.

Amazing location directly on the water. We paid a substantial price but it was during high season and worth it. The food was very good.

The staff, in general, were amazing. I ran out of Turkish lira so I did not have much to tip the porter on arrival--he spend the rest of the trip glaring at me . I tipped him well on departure , but that did not seem to lift his mood. I consider this an anomaly as the rest of the staff were excellent.

- Wi-fi connection was unstable - would not be reliable enough for work video calls - There is a separate beach deck area dedicated to hotel guests, which have buttons to be used for service, which is a great idea, but it did not work most of the time, and there was no dedicated personnel waiting in the deck - Dinner menu was exquisite and the food was tasty, but the pricing does not seem right. Main course prices are acceptable, but all side dishes, starters, drinks, etc. are significantly overpriced

It is a nice place to stay in general, location is good and very close to the airport, beach and sea amazing, service is very good, people are kind, rooms are clean, food is delicious

There is no internet connection most of the time. It is not very convenient for the families with kids below 3 years as there is no playground at the place.

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful view, friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing beach.

The only option was Turkish breakfast with 2 options of drinks Turkish coffee or tea. I had to pay extra for my cappuccino even that the breakfast was included in my room rate.

Words are not enough to describe how wonderful to spend your holiday in Flamm. We stayed at the old stone cottage whose door and windows open directly to the sea. We greeted the mornings with gentle sea wave sounds. We swam with fish the water is very clean. Staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and gentle. They love their job! Food was amazing. I will miss dining there.

The vibe of this hotel is just fantastic. I've travelled quite a bit around the world and am a fan of smaller places where the team are on the ball and function well. Flamm exceeded my expectations astronomically. It felt at times like we had hired out the hotel in it's entirety or were staying in our own private house fortunately too the weather was spot on. For this time we went Flamm felt like a hidden gem and I almost feel reluctant to put so much of a detailed positive review here highlighting how good it is because I'd love to go back again next year and have exactly the same experience ie fewer people there to interpret the serenity and not an Englishman in sight . The manager especially goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the guests are happy but honestly all the staff follow his lead. The food at the restaurant too is amazing and the level of service they give you is akin to that the finest English restaurants such as the Ivy. For those of you needing a gym there is one 15min walk/3min cab away at another hotel where you can pay for day use and also get their spa and sauna area included in the price, once I discovered this I was made!

Very good location on the beach. Excellent restaurant and areas to chill. Great time to spend a couple of days by the sea. No need to really leave the location during the stay. We also had a free upgrade which we really appreciated and was provided a late check-out option

Menu on the restaurant shows the paid options but some of the selection is free for guests (dinner and breakfast). I think they should have a separate menu for guests and separate menu for those who come to restaurant only. Really a minor comment

Beautiful, spacious property with a lovely, minimal design. The dinner included in our half board was so delicious! Try every meze they offer and enjoy. We loved our stay and hope to come again!

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, but - - - the black out curtain on the door did not provide privacy. Our neighbors could see directly into our room. We hung a towel over the gap to make up for it.

Everything! rooms are comfortable, clean but not pretentious. Sunbeds are comfy with all day service with a smile. The team is always ready to help with a smile... They know what you like and remember the way you prefer your drinks food etc. cant wait to be back next year
