location is beautiful. everything is available. you can shop, relax and good restaurants. nice to have an ambassador that assists with any question you may have

the restaurants and drinks are very expensive. A coke of 250cl at a price of 9€ is exaggerated. breakfast in the room is possible but with a service charge of 10€ per person. That’s way too much. that’s 20€ for a couple whilst the breakfast is served by one server. I’m member of MO but did not get the benefits because we booked through Booking.com. That’s ridiculous. I was then promised a welcome package by the ambassador which we never received. very disappointing.

everything was perfect. We were treated with warmth and kindness, with generous attention. the rooms had exquisite detail, comfortable and without being pretentious for a 5 star palace. they thought of every detail. they have an ambassador assigned to you to make sure your always happy. breakfast was insanely tasty and varied. the beach area was great. came in may when there wasn’t a big crowd.

the 3rd party restaurants were too expensive for the quality of food they offer. the spa had treatments that were exorbitantly pricey.

The stay at the MO Bodrum was exceptionally nice. The overwhelming kindness of the personnel, the beauty of the facility, the large modern and very tasteful interior of the rooms, the views and the fantastic, divers options to wine and dine ensure that the guest has a wonderful time at the MO Bodrum. We would like to give our special thanks and congratulations to the F&B Director Mr. Atilla Ozan for the extraordinary care he and his team took of us during our stay. In this context we want to especially thank Mrs Selin, Mrs Gül, Mr Cagatay, Mr Firat, Mr Sercan and Mr Yunus, who were not just trying to serve our orders, but much more were anticipating what we or our kids might need, like to eat or drink and would love to be surprised with - and they managed to do this extremely well. Further special thanks to our Ambassador Mr Batuhan Gençer, who was available 24/7 to ensure that any of our questions or requests were answered. Beautiful gardens (1,200 plants, trees) amazing 6 star luxury villas, great view - breathtaking, best hotel 4 hours flight out of London and one of the best Mandarin Orientals I’ve stayed in.

I think the gym should be 24 hours as befits an international high end brand and not 8 am to 8 pm

The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind and supportive. The kids' area was fantastic—welcoming and well-staffed with friendly, attentive team members. There is also a great shallow pool for kids and outdoor playground which my toddler loved. The concierge was incredibly helpful, attending to all our needs with care. Overall, the service was truly top-notch—definitely five stars!

Many of the restaurants on the property were closed during the off-season, which limited dining options. The available food, while decent, was significantly overpriced for what was offered.

Mandarin oriental never disappoint me, my stay here was exquisite as always the staff were beyond nice and welcoming they did everything to make our stay at mandarin memorable and comfortable. Sinem was great!

The property is a piece of heaven. We were upgraded to a villa. Staff treat you as if you are the most special and unique guest. All staff were very supportive and friendly (Yarin, Ela, Rabiya, Ramazan, Ege, Hasan, Berfu(breakfast reception), Murat at Hakkasan and to all the buggy drivers BIG THANK YOU
