Good value for the money. Solid infrastructure (fitness, SPA, restaurant, bar). Large(!) and well-equipped rooms, including all stuff needed for cooking. Some rooms have a nice view over the bay. There are two different pool areas outside, plus a pool inside. A few hot/warm dishes for breakfast, large enough variety of food altogether. We also had approximately every third dinner at the hotel restaurant: it was not outstanding, but it was not bad, and given the location, we liked it overall.

1) The music at the main pool was painfully loud most of the time. 2) We were staying at this hotel twice, and the first time (a year ago) we got a room with large stains of vivid black mold in the shower. We complained a couple of times, but to no real effect during our stay. During the more recent stay, and in a different room, there were no such problems. Also, to give credit to the staff, our other requests were dealt with properly.

Professional, very welcoming and polite staff. Nice, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Very nice facilities , good pool, really nothing to moan about . Short walk to the sea.

There is nothing to don’t like. I saw some people were complaining about the music at the pool but if you don’t like it simply tell them, they’ll change or turn off. Book your taxi from and to the airport from booking.com, it’s much cheaper.

Location, ambiance and cleanliness. Staff was accommodating and we got free room upgrade and parking. The pools are excellent and beach is just 5mins away. There is a beautiful view point just above the resort and a must go.

We were on the top floor and there was no lift in the 1bedroom apartment building so going up and down everytime was a struggle especially after a whole day of hiking,, swimming and walking around town.

Location was good, very close to the claim shopping area but located on a slope so very difficult to walk around locally. I got a free upgrade from a studio to an apartment which was amazing.🤩 the spa facilities were perfect beautiful and the spa packages were very reasonably priced. One of the cheapest I’ve seen in Europe. The breakfast election was good with options of fresh made eggs and omelettes. The stuff at the reception were fantastic, especially when I ordered food or groceries they would bring them directly to my door if the delivery driver didn’t.

It’s hard to express just how delighted and pleasantly surprised we were with this hotel. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels—some better, some worse—but this one is absolutely exceptional. What truly makes a place special are the people you meet, and here, the entire hotel staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. From the very beginning, we experienced outstanding guest service. Since we were visiting off-season, it wasn’t a surprise that renovations were underway. However, what did surprise us was the staff’s approach to ensuring we had the best possible room under the circumstances. The room we had originally booked, with a sea view, was located right next to the construction site. We arrived late at the hotel, and the receptionist informed us that if we weren’t happy with the room the next day, we could choose another one. We didn’t end up changing rooms because the one offered to us was perfect for us—it had a partial sea view and was conveniently close to the restaurant and spa. The receptionist lady was so polite and very professional. The reception service was absolutely top-notch. Ibrahim who was always there in the morning greeted us with a warm smile and was ready to assist with absolutely anything. He even arranged a very late check-out for us (since we had a late flight). Similarly, the restaurant staff, especially Güney, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and had a very positive attitude. And of course, I must mention the spa staff—the ladies were absolutely charming and highly professional. I also want to highlight the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond routine cleaning to take care of our room. It’s the small details that make a difference. For example, the hotel slippers we used had worn out, and I never expected anyone to notice—but they were replaced with new ones without us even asking. This level of attentiveness truly impressed us. In summary, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The location of the hotel is great, little bit outside of the noisy center but still walking distance. We had an amazing room, facing the port where you could see everyday the breathtaking sunset. Room size is perfect, spacious, comfortable, very clean, the hotel itself is really well maintained and super clean. Gym facilities are amazing, best hotel gym, with everything you need for a workout. Breakfast options are plenty, everyone can find something to eat. The underground garage is a big plus, if you come with a car, you can park your car comfortable,plenty of parking spots,so it doesn't need to stay outside in the heat all day. I would definitely come back. Special thanks to Fati for staying friendly and for serving us every evening evening the dinner!

This is must probably a general problem in Turkey, but the lack of English knowledge of the stuff is not ideal. A little more English and some more manners would help a lot in the service. However some of the stuff was kind and helpful.

We stayed at two bedroom apartment and it was super cosy. The staff was amazing and helpful. The facilities are great. The food at the restaurant was really good. The best menemen I have ever tried for the breakfast. We also had a la cart lunch and dinner there. The fish and spaghetti bolognaise was delicious. Great value for money

We booked a 2 bed apartment which was spacey and had a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms etc Breakfast was great really fresh, kids loved the fresh pancake station. Special mention to Mustafa who was so kind and friendly every morning and made us feel so welcome and the lovely lady who made all the coffees (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) whole pool area was clean and well kept and the pool staff were also really friendly. We used the gym and spa - great facilities but worth mentioning that you need to buy a hair cover to use the indoor pool. The location was great. Not noisy, away from the main Gümbet strip but close enough that you can walk to it or to Bodrum for dinner or a day out (yellow taxis are cheap if you don’t fancy a walk)

Someone had been smoking in the apartment before we arrived so the smell was really bad. Not the hotels fault because it clearly says no smoking but a bit off putting it needed a really good airing! The music in the Mako bar is really thumping from 11am-10pm. So if your apartment is in this area there is really no escaping it. Great if you’re in a party mood - not so much if you need a rest. Best to be asked to placed around the ‘quiet’ pool if it’s not your thing.

Our first time at Jasmin elite and we loved it…… the food is good, the rooms are clean, and prices are very reasonable.

There was nothing really apart from I reported that our TV phone & iron did not work but nothing was done about it.
