Staff exceptional Customer Service, excellent food and lots of choice, very vibrant atmosphere in the hotel where everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Everything I asked for regarding help was dealt with immediately and nothing seemed to be a problem. Facilities wonderful and the Reception staff even sorted my car when the car park was full. I simply left them the key and they dealt with it. The Spa facilities are beautifully presented and very good idea to have a Chill Pool and a Fun Pool and the location could not be better, a few hundred metres to the centre of Bodrum so you could walk everywhere.

- The swimming pool Policy very bad the guests was reserved all chairs with umbrellaes by covering towels on it and left it for periods of time, which many of us did not benefit of it because there were no places. - Food The cuisineIt is not known which approach and which cuisine is followed ( International, Turkish , European or arabic no line for it ,)

This was my third time staying at Mandarin Resort & Spa. I like their rooms, they're spacious. The value for money is very good compared to other resorts in the area. The staff was very helpful.

There is a margin to improve housekeeping at the hotel. Add more amenities and maintain their replacement after use.

Nice pool, they let us use all inclusive from 9am in the morning when we came and the room was ready at 11am, so it was very nice, and let us have a late check out at 2pm:) We like checking different hotels, so we did and in the end we came back to this one as best big pool and nice spacious rooms too:)

Food wasn't the best

The staff were lovely and friendly from we arrived and left 3 weeks later. The food was beautiful and fresh and our room was a great size and kept spotless. We had no complaints at all loved it. We plan to go back in October for 2 weeks. Thanks

Nice hotel near to Bodrum city just walking distance to Akkan beach.

Hotel room cleaning should be improved, the cleaners are very young boys in their early twenties and they need to be fully trained for cleaning.
