Good pool and pool area which was never crowded, with sunbeds and umbrellas and a bar! There were various seating areas, always somewhere with shade. The place had a very relaxed feel, was a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street and water front, and 10 mins to the bus station so a great location but quiet (other than the mosque call for prayer). The staff were very friendly, helpful, always available but not in the way. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Welcome air con in the room. Quite a bohemian and relaxed feel which we really enjoyed.

The unmade dirt track to the entrance was not easy with cases.

Bodrum was the most beautiful trip of our lives, and it’s partly thanks to you. Costa Bodrum stands out with the kindness of its staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful — always available whenever we needed something (a taxi, a drink, information, or simply a nice chat). The hotel is very close to the marina and the center of Bodrum. Everything is within walking distance — just 5 to 10 minutes away. For destinations that are farther away (Yalikavak, Gumusluk, the airport…), you can easily ask for a taxi at the reception — no need to leave the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, tidy, and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and varied, with a wide selection of food and drinks. The toast and pizzas from the hotel bar were also delicious. The pool was large and very clean, with plenty of sun loungers and sofas available. I had such a lovely stay at Costa Bodrum City Hotel! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming – they truly make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The vibe is super chill and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The location is also ideal – right in the center of Bodrum, yet tucked away in a quiet area, so you get the best of both worlds. One of the sweetest touches was the presence of a friendly dog and a few cats around the property – it made the whole atmosphere feel even more warm and cozy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Breakfast was extensive and fantastic, staff extremely friendly, great pool with beautiful surrounding gardens and sitting areas. Room was good size, tastefully decorated, and clean…with very nice balcony and outdoor furniture. Location fantastic, short walk to Bodrum bar street, castle and bazar.

Bathroom was very small, no room to move freely and no bench space at all to put your toiletries. Shower,toilet and basin squished together….very tight space. Toiletries provided were bare minimum (you needed your own) Shower not that clean, stain on shower screen door. Wardrobe space great, however only 2 hangers!

Pool was nice, and much needed to beat the heat. The breakfast buffet spread was great with a lot of variety and the service was impeccable. In true Türkiye fashion, it was a bonus having the hotel dog and cats around to keep you company.

The facilities were outdated and run down. A couple of the pool chairs were broken (as well as some of the umbrellas). Be careful around the pool as some of the wooden planks lifted, and the steps on the pool ladder broken. The pillows were too soft and lumpy and unfortunately, the blanket was too small for the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the grounds are lovely with trees and flowers. The pool is really clean and breakfast is varied and delicious. Location is perfect - five minutes from the centre. We would absolutely stay here again. Excellent value for money.

A couple of the sockets in one room didn't work, and the other room could have benefitted from more storage. There is a tiny bit of litter in the grounds probably due to the breeze and it would be nice to have that picked up each day.

This charming hotel is truly a slice of paradise in Bodrum—peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of character. Every detail feels thoughtful and authentic! The staff were absolutely incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Specially Sinat! It felt like staying at a good friend’s villa rather than a hotel. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh vegetables, jams, local cheeses, and the most delicious pastries—all served with a view of the pool and garden!- Very peaceful atmosphere! Location-wise, it’s perfect. Tucked away from the hustle, but still close enough to explore Bodrum’s beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Costa Bodrum City is an underrated gem in central Bodrum. It’s a family-run establishment and their love for what they do shows. My standard double room was a good size, clean with a cute balcony with a garden view. The breakfast was superb and made with love by Nagehan’s mother, which made it all the more special. There are lots of options, and she talked me through the traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. Fruit and olives are picked from the hotel’s garden. The property is central and close to everything but a peaceful oasis. The only noise I heard was the pleasant sounds of birds tweeting. It has a guesthouse feel, and the whole team is lovely and helpful. I would definitely return. Thank you, Cinan, for the excellent recommendation for authentic Turkish food, which also had an authentic atmosphere. Yeto for recommending a great hamam experience and Nagehan and the whole team for your warmth and kindness.

There is nothing to dislike. It's exceptional value for money. I usually say you get what you pay for, but in this case, you get more than what you pay for.

I really love my stay here at Costa. I want to thank Nage and her husband, also all staff , especially Etkin for such a great service. I found myself in a very unfortunate situation but they were super helpful and understanding. Breakfast was amazing, I especially liked eggs and Turkish pastry with cheese. The variety was great but I would suggest to also have some fruit for the breakfast buffet. They have a pool in the hotel , which is clean and convenient. But if you are a beach person like me - the beach is about 10 minute walk if not less. WiFi works pretty well. Also, if you did not find a safe box in the room- don’t worry , a front desk personnel can take your valuables and store it for you. The area is very safe and Bodrum is generally safe for single female travellers.

Great location, in the middle of the town yet feels far away in nature. Very cosy. The compound is full of greenery with smells of lemon trees and leaves in the air. Lovely little pool in the center. Exceptional breakfast with a lot of homemade specialities. Very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced for the value what you get. Also, great water pressure (not always the case everywhere in that city) Overall it adds up to a very harmonic stay.

Facilities in the rooms are a little old, little neglected. Towels and sheets are fine but the room wasn't super-clean, instead just it's alright-clean. The bathroom, again could be more clean and easier to operate.
