The biggest highlight of this hotel is its amazing location—perfect for anyone wanting to stay right in the heart of Bodrum city centre and close to the beach. The area has great vibes, making it an excellent choice for those who want to soak in the lively atmosphere of Bodrum.

Our stay at Costa Viva Bodrum was nice overall, but there were a few aspects that could be improved. Initially, the first room we were given was quite old, with some broken or dirty elements. However, upon request, the staff kindly moved us to a much better room with a balcony, which significantly improved our experience. Regarding the staff, our experience was mixed—some were very friendly and helpful and other not so much

The hotel was in a great location everything in a walking distance, staff was really nice and helpful, good wifi service and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is great and all, because its new (just opened few weeks ago) it need more finishing construction work inside the room. The problem i had is with the bathroom toilet seat, it was dirty since check in, after complaining, they sent room service to clean it, but wasn't great.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days with my husband and enjoyed it a lot. 1. The property offers perfect Turkish breakfast with fresh vegetables and home made food. 2. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff was ready to answer all our quires asap 3. The pool area is very nice and cosy 4. The location is just in the city center, easily accessible and walking distance from all restaurants and bazaar 5.staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help, always smiling 6. They offered us to stay longer after check out and leave our bags

When we booked, we didn’t check in advance that there’s no parking available, but the hotel has an agreement with the parking nearby with 50% discount.

An exceptional stay at Costa Viva. Great location - very close to the Old Town, restaurants, shops, 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and 12 minute walk to the Ferry port that takes you to Kos. The staff were so wonderful. Check in was smooth and they catered to all your needs whenever you needed something. Breakfast was included and was a traditional Turkish style breakfast. Fresh everyday with fresh tea and coffee. Absolutely amazing breakfast served near to the pool area with all guests having tables to sit. The room was clean and had everything in it - including a small fridge with water bottles. The beds were extremely comfortable and AC was inside the room to use as you will. The bathroom was very clean. I will definitely be rebooking when in Bodrum again.

The location is excellent and at the reception Sema was amazing! She did everything to make our stay unforgettable!

This is an interesting hotel to give a score for as some aspects are outstanding - the friendly staff, the pool, the location, the breakfast, the comfortable bed are all excellent - but the rooms are not well looked after which is a shame. I will give some more detail as I was worried after booking as it did not seem to make sense to me that some people were giving 10 as a review and others a 1. It makes more sense now as it depends what matters most to you - so here is the detail which I hope will help! Staff - 10 out of 10. Friendly and always someone around to help. Breakfast - 10 pit of 10. Lots of choice. We had lovely omelettes and Turkish coffee in addition to the Turkish spread. Ask the helpful staff and they will bring them to you. Pool - 10 out of 10. Lovely! Location - 10 out of 10. You cannot be in a better location in Bodrum. There is a mosque next door but it never woke me up - I sleep with earplugs so the hotel was nice and quiet. The area is pedestrianised so no sound of traffic. I did not hear any late night bars either. Room - 4 out of 10. This is where the hotel lets itself down which is a shame. There is a small hanging space but no cupboards or drawers. There is one hook in the bathroom so not enough space to hang towels. You end up hanging wet swimming towels and swimsuits over the shower area so it all gets very cramped. The room was not that clean - I gave it a quick wipe round when we arrived. It is not cleaned during the visit - we were there for 6 days. When we asked for clean towels and for someone to empty the bins this was done quickly. I think the key here is to ask for things and the staff will happily help. It is odd though that they do not clean at all during the stay - especially since you are asked not to throw loo roll in the toilet!!! We only had a small towel like cover for the double bed and I just asked for another one which again was fine.

The location is perfect, literally right In the heart of bodrum harbour, 2 minute walk from the sea, and the shops. There is something for everyone right on the door step, beautiful beach side restaurants and night life. The staff in the hotel were really friendly and accommodating, they all went the extra mile to make our holiday perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh with lots of variety, overall a perfect location for a holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the standout features was their flexibility with early check-in — I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, making the process smooth and stress-free. The location is also perfect — conveniently situated near everything I needed, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. It made getting around the city incredibly easy. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Everything was perfect

the property was so close to the town center , too close to the beach , you have restaurants next door . Perfect location , very clean as well . We were only two females in the room they did allocate us in a very calm and lovely room , i never felt safe and comfortable until i booked in this hotel . Staff were soo nice, Specially(Sema ) she was so helpful and so friendly , she did always welcome us with a very big smile every time . Breakfast was very fulfilling and we had a lots of choices everyday . I do highly recommend. ❤️❤️
