Our stay at Costa Viva Bodrum was nice overall, but there were a few aspects that could be improved. Initially, the first room we were given was quite old, with some broken or dirty elements. However, upon request, the staff kindly moved us to a much better room with a balcony, which significantly improved our experience. Regarding the staff, our experience was mixed—some were very friendly and helpful and other not so much

The hotel was in a great location everything in a walking distance, staff was really nice and helpful, good wifi service and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is great and all, because its new (just opened few weeks ago) it need more finishing construction work inside the room. The problem i had is with the bathroom toilet seat, it was dirty since check in, after complaining, they sent room service to clean it, but wasn't great.

The location is excellent and at the reception Sema was amazing! She did everything to make our stay unforgettable!

the property was so close to the town center , too close to the beach , you have restaurants next door . Perfect location , very clean as well . We were only two females in the room they did allocate us in a very calm and lovely room , i never felt safe and comfortable until i booked in this hotel . Staff were soo nice, Specially(Sema ) she was so helpful and so friendly , she did always welcome us with a very big smile every time . Breakfast was very fulfilling and we had a lots of choices everyday . I do highly recommend. ❤️❤️

Hotel location is very central; there are 2 supermarkets which are just 2 minutes walking distance, less than 50 meters walk to the sea, all beautiful cafes, pubs, clubs and tasty food are less than 5 minutes walk. Wireless internet works very good. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The inside garden of the hotel has very nice atmosphere with the beautiful swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast was tasty with different kinds of food. All hotel staff are kind and helpful, especially Mr. Coşkun is very helpful.

the location was by far the best benefit of this hotel. it is just steps away from the beach, the main road and thoroughfare where there are lots of shops and eateries. everything is in walking distance. the city bus stop for transfer to the hotel is also 10 minutes away. You can walk to your boat trip meeting point, to the port and to the beach. good daily breakfast with slight changes in hot food in the morning. friendly staff and helpful. bathroom and rooms were fairly clean. housekeeping done well if you asked for it.

i hoped for a slightly bigger room for our triple, but didn't get that one. it was sufficient though but felt a little cramped. there was no chair or place to sit in the room except to lay on the bed. bathroom needs a few more hooks for towels and clothes to hang. have to ask for housekeeping or they will not do it. wished they told this to us instead of us being surprised the first day to a dirty room that was not cleaned.

It was a nice property right outside a strip of multiple food places right by the ocean, with another pathway leading towards multiple shops and small grocery stores all within walking distance. The room was very clean and was cleaned very well when requested. Mini fridge was also provided and a small balcony with 2 chairs to sit outside. Air-con temperature was adjustable.

The bathroom did not smell the best and was not very clean, it had mould on the side of the sink, shower and shower head.

The breakfast was very exceptional, there were various mezes available and the host was very welcoming and attentive that they offered us fresh orange juice after our breakfast. We got the balcony room the top floor and we can see mountain and sea, and the scenery is very beautiful. The location is at the very center of Bodrum, it was walking distance basically to everywhere.. to the pier, restaurants, market, bazaar, and any other tourist spot.

It was still pretty cold when we came (first week of May) but we only had thin summer blanket.. probably should’ve provided duvet

What a great stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best (without even knowing that we'd had a really difficult journey with a cancelled flight etc). Thank you for being so genuinely kind and helpful! It was lovely having breakfast by the pool in the morning too. Ps - go to Otantik Ocakbaşı restaurant just round the corner if you want to try the delicious dessert, katmer, from the east of Turkey :)

Everything was amazing, as a family we have enjoyed everyday with great hospitality. Everyone has greeted us with a smile every morning. Bilal was super helpful and really made the hotel feel like home with his great level of care and company. He was always willing to solve any issue that we experienced. Truly a wonderful person He was! Serkan on the other hand, was very understanding and caring towards kids. He has always volunteered to take care of my son while I have my breakfast. He was amazing! As a family, we have really enjoyed our time and would definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this place. The location was in the heart of Bodrum.
