Very cute hotel in an excellent location - right in the middle of Bodrum City and there are loads of taxi ranks around the hotel area in case you want to take a trip to one of the beaches further out. Despite its central location, the hotel was very quiet and I slept really well. The staff were so kind and friendly, and the hotel was good value in terms of typical Bodrum prices.

The hotel is very simple and rooms are quite cosy, so there isn't much in the way of facilities. However, the rooms have all the essentials and I think that this is to be expected given the price. I was actually concerned that it would feel too much of a "budget" hotel, but the property exceed my expectations and I ended up really enjoying my stay.

I knew it was going to be great because of the reviews and photos but wow we arrived in the evening when everything was lit up with lights and it was beautiful. Firstly, the staff are so great. I don't what his name is but one of the staff members who works there during the day/morning was so helpful. He helped us book a boat trip to Kos and book taxis for travel. All of the staff we met were just so lovely and always willing to help. The location of the place is great, right near the beach and also in Bodrum city close to tons of places to eat, taxi ranks, shops etc. We really loved how walkable the places we wanted to go were. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and so cute, really fun decors. Loved having a place outside to go out and relax and eat breakfast at. Regarding breakfast, we had no complaints. It is the same selection everyday but we really enjoyed everything and found it met our needs! Tea and coffee was also on offer at the table throughout the day. We really liked our room and it had everything we needed including an AC which was perfect for the heat. We also loved the mini fridge for storing our water and food in. There was a TV with various different channels which was nice to flick through in the evenings. We asked for towels after a day out in the ocean and were provided some immediately without hassle. Our rooms were also cleaned immaculately and towels refreshed after. Honestly, can't recommend this place enough! It is so worth value of money you pay. If we come back to Bodrum, will be coming back here again!

Unique and authentic hotel with very friendly staff. Best location, near beaches and all the places you want to see. Staff so helpfull and recommended great, local restuarants. We arrived early morning, around 08:00 and they made it possible for us to check in early!

Very cosy and welcoming to the eye. Everything is colourful and beautifully decorated. Excellent choice for a solo female traveller. Friendly courtyard and excellent buffet breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Very close to the sea and right in the middle of the old town. 8-minute walk to the bus station. I would come back!

My bathroom was damp, the slats were falling off the ceiling and the tile grouting was black. The shower didn’t work well and the shower door seal didn’t work. Apart from that the bedroom was clean and comfortable. I really didn’t like the fact that smoking was allowed outside the rooms and in the courtyard when people were eating.

Everything was amazing especially the location you are directly in Bodrum center and you have everything around you

Bodrum Sade Pension (or Sade Butik) is a beautiful hotel situated right next to the beach and the shopping area near Bodrum Castle. It is also an 8 minute walk from the old bus station, so it is very accessible if you arrive by bus to Bodrum centre (we arrived at the Otobus Terminal which has buses to the old bus terminal, around 15 minutes away). Another advantage of the location is that it is just outside of the potentially nosier party areas along the beachside. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, knowledgeable about the local area and local transport options. The breakfast is on par with the excellent hotels across Turkey and you can enjoy the breakfast outside, under the shade.

The room was quite small and it was difficult to open our suitcases in the room. That being said, we realize that Bodrum is more expensive to live in/travel to, and the price was excellent.

- very central location, yet quiet - fresh and delicious breakfast with many options everyday - clean - comfortable beds - if you ask they change sheets/towels and clean the room for free - amazing price/quality ratio - friendly staff - slippers in the room (amazing for a pension)

- nothing luxurious but we don't look for it, just be aware of this and keep your expectations right - facilities are not so new, but functioning well and were enough for us

I loved this property! It’s homely and colourful, everything just worked nicely. A great area to work on my laptop in the garden cafe. The water was hot and the air con cold, the breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.
