The staff/owner was very helpful- even checking with us when we were lost and arranging a slightly early breakfast for us so we could eat before our dive trip. He also volunteered that we could check out late since there were no next day bookings. The location is also fantastic and breakfast was good and served in a cute little garden .

We stayed in the apartment and the bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner. That was fine for me but my husband felt it too warm and so stayed in the main room with our children on the sofa beds.

We loved our stay at Arden's house. Fantastic location, our room/ apartment has everything we needed, and we had a good breakfast each day to get us started on our day! Few things to consider before you go, this property is like an Airbnb or B&B. You'll have a nice homemade breakfast to start your day and a clean and comfortable bed to rest your body after a long day of activities. Our unit didn't have a TV ( some units do), which wasn't a problem for us as we didn't stay much indoors.To our surprise we had a washing machine ( big plus!), which in my opinion is more important than the TV! There are towels there, and if you ask the owners for more, they are happy to help. You'll need to bring your own personal stuff ( shampoo, body wash,etc). There is an iron and ironboard in the unit to use. Our unit had a small kitchen with a stove and fridge and basic cooking supplies. The location is in the heart of Bodrum. Everywhere you turn, you'll find restaurants, mini market to get necessities and tons of shops. It's not a beachfront, but the beach is a nice 5 -10 minutes walk. We loved everything about our stay there, highly recommended it!

It is really a nice residence and a super comfortable house. Every apartment has a different style and was made with love. The owner and his sister are so nice and hospitable people. They really take care about there guests. The breakfast ist really typical turkey style and so delicious. I can’t understand the bad reviews. The garden ist small but nice with a special style. The location of the house is near the harbour and the city centre. The only pity thing is there are is no own park space. My girlfriend and I enjoy the stay) we definitely come back again!!!

Everything is fine

Our stay at Arden’s House has been just perfect. The location is the best possible in Bodrum, just two minutes from the main streets and the beach. Breakfast was delicious every single day. The room was big and comfortable, the common garden was super cozy and relaxing. The best part however has been our host; he has been so helpful and kind to us. He gave us great suggestion for local food and activities, and his attention and care for every single aspect of his hotel and of his clients is truly remarkable.

This little place is set in the heart of cobbled streets, beautiful garden, peaceful, rooms are charming and quaint, Turkish breakfast was plentiful and a refreshing change to English breakfast. Kivanc and his sister are lovely people, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We loved our stay here, thank you

There are no negatives at all . Being so close to the center the prayers from mosques are loud and sometimes late at night.

Taxi drop off not available because of location (can drive up close but only until 10am) The city shut off water on the day of our arrival so we were not able to take showers that night. No wifi in our room, needed to go downstairs in the garden

Very nice bed and breakfast , centrally located in the heart of Bodrum . Very helpful staff.

Our stay was wonderful but there is a comment to be mentioned: Room cleaning and towel changes rules should be mentioned clearly .

I stayed at the villa with 3 bedroom, fully equipped modern bathroom, very large kitchen and a terrace with the most amazing view of the marina. It was a delight waking up and see the view and an even bigger delight to see the sunset from the comfort of your own terrace. There was a few days we didn’t leave the house cause it was so relaxed and chill. I was here with my daughter but the villa is big enough for at least 5 people. You get way greater value for the price you pay. Arden’s House is really a hidden gem. Especially the villa !

I left my shoes outside the house. Not so smart. Cause the neighbourhood cats went and left with one :)

The location was perfect. Rooms were spacious. We traveled in a group and one of our friends had a birthday. The owner surprised her with the most delicious birthday cake. There is a small seating area where one can sit before going to bed. All in all.we all liked our stay in Bodrum.

The water pressure was low but still at a pressure that one could have a shower in. There is a dog on the premises, so it is a bit uncomfortable at times as the dog has to do his business in the garden

- excellent location (five minute walk from sea front) - very friendly and approachable staff - lovely Mediterranean breakfast with local delicacies - accommodating to late arrival (was expected 2300-0000, arrived after) - comfortable beds, working A/C, appliances and warm water - close to local amenities (ATM, money exchange, supermarket)

- lack of parking is an issue but this applies to most hotels in the area (there are however car parks dotted around, for which you have to pay) - difficult to find at first (owner met us on the main road thankfully), but once you get your bearings it's not a problem
