The place is truly lovely, with a comfortable pool and friendly staff. The hotel is kid-friendly. The Turkish breakfast is exceptionally good. Guest Relations Manager Emam is very nice, and for my birthday, they organized a delightful little party with a wonderful cake. I am really very happy.

The only downside was the bathroom, which had a strange smell, possibly due to humidity, and the air conditioner wasn't working, so the nights were quite hot. However, I didn't report this to the reception; I believe they would have found a solution. Thank you!

Good breakfast and to my delight they were ablt to give my some gluten free bread - the only time in my 12 day visit to Turkey. They were happy to keep our luggage in reception after we had checked out and while we went on a 3 hour boat trip.

There's no official parking - just on the street. When we arrived we found about 5 cars parked on the sidewalk and none on the road. I asked in reception where to park and was told outside where others were parked. The next day we all had parking tickets! The receptionist needed to be specific that the parking should be on the road. Only one small container of water provided for the whole stay!

We stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled on arrival at the airport. We booked the last room and arrived soon after. Staff were so friendly both on arrival and the next day during breakfast (breakfast was also great quality). They kindly let us leave our luggage and use the pool/common areas to relax in until our flight the follow evening. We were really grateful and the relaxation was much needed after the stress of the cancelled flight! Felt very serene.

Welcome drinks upon arrival. Lovely room over looking the pool. The swimming pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Plenty of sunloungers and great breakfast supplied every morning. Also 3 supermarkets directly opposite for all your room essentials. Aircon worked perfectly, good water pressure in the shower and the fridge was cold. 3 things you don’t always get when visiting Turkiye

Too many children, the staff know as I told them before I left. This is a chain so I’d think that they would keep a few of their hotels child free as rooms are all doubles but sometimes 2 adults and 3 children were coming out of rooms. Plus the hotel was definitely built more for couples and friends travelling and you could see that by the clientele. Also the hotel is on a busy road just outside town on a bit of a hill. 12-15 min walk up a hill at night in 35 degree temp was difficult dome nights.

We spent one week in a hotel, and our experience was truly remarkable. The value for money was exceptional. The rooms mirrored the photos perfectly, and we enjoyed the freedom of cleaning whenever we desired. The breakfast buffet was delightful. The location was ideal—peaceful and serene, even though we heard the hotel was overbooked; we never noticed it. The atmosphere and tranquility were everything we hoped for. I want to especially thank the staff, who were incredibly helpful and always ready with answers to our questions. I highly recommend speaking with them for tips on where to go or eat in Bodrum; it can really enhance your experience

The hotel is very quiet and tranquil, beautiful pool and surroundings , approximately 15 mins walk to the beach . The staff were so lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for anyone . Reedvan who works on reception through the evening was wonderful every evening and was always so helpful and is a credit to the hotel .

Room 404 had the worst shower room which was dirty , tiles were missing as they had blocked up a door in the shower room and just left it like this . It needs to be completely re fitted . The sink area wasn’t pleasant either . The sleeping room otherwise was pleasant .

Firstly, the staff, everyone were Super nice, professional, helpful and spoke perfect English. They helped us with everything we needed and never hesitated to provide any additional amenities we needed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, cleaned every night and the courtyard was also cleaned every couple of days. The facilities in were also very accessible and available 24/7, great service. The Breakdast was also super tasty and with great variety, catering to all cultures wherever you're coming from. The rooms were also very clean, and fully furnished with all the amenities you might need. Didn't feel like we needed any extra. There are also three Super Markets infront of the hotel if you needed any snacks or drinks, and another drinks supermarket 5 mins away that's available 24/7.

I would only say that the walk to the main Bodrum market was a bit tiring at 15 minute walk with a slope, but this is the case in all of Bodrum anyway.

Hotel is very clean , ever morning pool has been cleaning by staff. Atmosphere of hotel is very good , flowers with lovely white architecture. Room are also designed Bodrum style . Foods for breakfast are delicious and also various . Turkish tea is always ready :) And thank you for all workers , they are very helpful. Special thanks to lady who is delivered very delicious cakes for everyday :) And Sky is as a very hardworking staff 💓

maybe towels can be served near by pool and maybe you can change some fruits mornings strawberries etc…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and fast, and we were immediately made to feel at home. The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view from our window was just stunning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip!
