The place is truly lovely, with a comfortable pool and friendly staff. The hotel is kid-friendly. The Turkish breakfast is exceptionally good. Guest Relations Manager Emam is very nice, and for my birthday, they organized a delightful little party with a wonderful cake. I am really very happy.

The only downside was the bathroom, which had a strange smell, possibly due to humidity, and the air conditioner wasn't working, so the nights were quite hot. However, I didn't report this to the reception; I believe they would have found a solution. Thank you!

Good breakfast and to my delight they were ablt to give my some gluten free bread - the only time in my 12 day visit to Turkey. They were happy to keep our luggage in reception after we had checked out and while we went on a 3 hour boat trip.

There's no official parking - just on the street. When we arrived we found about 5 cars parked on the sidewalk and none on the road. I asked in reception where to park and was told outside where others were parked. The next day we all had parking tickets! The receptionist needed to be specific that the parking should be on the road. Only one small container of water provided for the whole stay!

We stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled on arrival at the airport. We booked the last room and arrived soon after. Staff were so friendly both on arrival and the next day during breakfast (breakfast was also great quality). They kindly let us leave our luggage and use the pool/common areas to relax in until our flight the follow evening. We were really grateful and the relaxation was much needed after the stress of the cancelled flight! Felt very serene.

Firstly, the staff, everyone were Super nice, professional, helpful and spoke perfect English. They helped us with everything we needed and never hesitated to provide any additional amenities we needed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, cleaned every night and the courtyard was also cleaned every couple of days. The facilities in were also very accessible and available 24/7, great service. The Breakdast was also super tasty and with great variety, catering to all cultures wherever you're coming from. The rooms were also very clean, and fully furnished with all the amenities you might need. Didn't feel like we needed any extra. There are also three Super Markets infront of the hotel if you needed any snacks or drinks, and another drinks supermarket 5 mins away that's available 24/7.

I would only say that the walk to the main Bodrum market was a bit tiring at 15 minute walk with a slope, but this is the case in all of Bodrum anyway.

Lovely hotel, quiet, peaceful location. Clean, lovely staff. Towels are provided for the sunbeds. Lovely lady in the breakfast/snack area. We had a trip early and asked if we could come down a bit earlier for breakfast, this wasn't a problem , couldn't do enough for us. We loved sky the hotel dog.

It does say 10 mins walk into centre, it's more like 15 to 20 mins. The breakfast was OK, didn't always have omelette , one day had eggy bread fried which was nice. But mainly had to have bread/toast and jam. A bit more choice would be good for us British, but understand this wasnt a big hotel.

We had a good time in Sariyaz Hotel, the staff welcomed us, they help us to carry all lugages and offer us soft drink. They always smile and if you need anything, they will help you. The hotel is clean, calm and relaxing. If your room is on top floor, you have nice view of the mountain and the swimming pool. The design of the hotel is stunning . The place is not far from the center, maybe 13 minutes by walk . Just opposite the hotel, there are few groceries where you can buy water, fruit, anything and a few restaurants next by.

We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, good service and in a good location. The breakfast included was also great and varied.

The only negative experience we encountered was during payment for laundry services, we were not informed in advance that they only accepted cash for this service. This led to some frustration from the receptionist when we were unable to pay in cash and ended up having to do a bank transfer. It would have been helpful to have been made aware of this policy beforehand.

We loved staying in this hotel, the staff are exceptionnally sweet and kind, all of them. The room was beautiful, the neighborhood so calm and peaceful and super safe ( we are two girls), the pool is great, so we feel really lucky find this gem ♡ We have been going throught a lot of comment trying to find a good hotel and we feel so grateful finding this one. Special thanks to Hümeyra's beautiful smile and delicious breakfast and the home made cakes🍰 😋, we felt at home because we were fed well every morning. Big thanks to the guys for being so helpful and kind. For the proximity, everything is close by, the beach side, the local market, the castle, the autogar ( where u can take a dulmuş to gümüşluk, and yalikavak ans other beaches) are all 8-10 min walk away. A plus : If you have a picky appetite, Sultan bahçe is just around the corner, and it is delicious, a pharmacie, Bim/carrefour are just in front of the hotel, if need of anything. Honestly? Just book this hotel and have fun enjoying Bodrum !
