Perfect stay at Oya Butik Otel! Everything was great, the hotel has a beautiful Greek style, the room was not very big, but coomfortable and clean. The toilet/shower are all clean, working properly, hot water, no leaks etc. Breakfasts were simple but good, with enough variety for different tastes. It was such a pleasure to spend time by the open swimming pool! Very beautiful. The hosts are very attentive and speak good English. The hotel on the hotel is quiet and cosy. The sea is in a walking distance via the central street, which has a lot of shops and boutiques, so the walk to the sea is quite pleasant.

The kindness of the staff, they are all very attentive and helpful. They kindly upgraded my room to a bigger one ! :-) Delicious breakfast with lots of options and excellent restaurant menu. Everything is homemade and fresh! There are plenty of plugs in room, the water pressure in the shower is great, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, the small fridge in the room is a big bonus! The lighting in the room is nice and the AC works well. The pool area is lovely and kept clean and tidy, the sun loungers are very comfortable and cushions are provided, such a chilled atmosphere all around :-) The place is conveniently located less than 10 minutes' walk from the old town and to the marina for boat trips. There are at least 2 supermarkets right behind the hotel. A big thank you to the whole team who were absolutely amazing!

Every thing,every thing really was so great,the owners,Mr Tulga and his wife Sermin hanim were so kind and helpful for guests,the personals are very good too,such as Mr Suat with his nice permanent smile and french words and accent😊,Mr Anas that worked very well and at the breakfast time always asked:do you want every thing else?😊 The breakfast was so good and healthy and complete with a good variation of many home made things,we were for 7 nights in this lovely and nice Butik Otel and we missed Tulga bey and Sermon hanim and all of their staffs so much😊🙏🍀❤️ Rooms was so clean,our room was suite that was so big,the pool was so nice,the garden and pool area was so nice for seating and relaxing any time of the day. Tulga bey and Sermin hanim surprised us with a cake and candel for our 21 anniversary of our marriage,Thank a lot of them😊🙏🙏🙏 Our pick up time was midnight and Sermin hanim prepaired for us sandwiches for airport, The location of this hotel is in heart of bodrum,4 minutes walk to bodrum otogar(station)that you can with one dolmush go any places of bodrum area or other cities of turkey with bus.very near to marina and bar street that is full of bars and restaurants.I really offer this place to any one that wants to go to bordum. Perfect traditional style Turkish breakfast which had everything that you needed . The hosts Tolga Bey & Sermin hanim are just fantastic people who just know how to make guests feel welcome and remain relaxed in a superb and relaxing environment ! This is our second stay here in 2 years now , It just has a family friendly appeal to it , perfect for couples in particular who just want a few days to get away! We prefer to always stay here in Bodrum as it is in the perfect spot and location to be just out of the hussle & bustle of downtown Bodrum district , but yet is still not too far away to get to by foot if necessary !!

The beds could be more comfortable, and the rooms were a bit on the smaller side. However, these minor issues didn’t overshadow the overall warmth and charm of the place. The personal recommendations and inviting atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable.

Everything was perfect. I don’t like crowded hotels with loud music so I chose a bitik hotel with a good review and low price. I liked everything about this place. The location was very good for me because it is a little remote from other hotels but at the meantime it’s close to the city center and all shops. I also chose this place because of the vegan restaurant close to the hotel. The place is really amazing. Once you enter you can feel the good energy and atmosphere of it. Quiet, relaxing, super clean. Very friendly staff who speak perfect English. Amazing breakfast! I’ve never seen small hotels in Turkiye serving pogaca and simit for breakfast but this one does. The room was clean and cozy and the shower was spotless. Amenities (such as soaps, shampoo and water) were available upon arrival. Also I got a very early check in after they heard that I traveled all night from Antalya. Thank you very much! Very nice and memorable stay. Definitely recommend it!

The great reception we got on arrival at the property. We arrived at 9.30 after a very long flight from South Africa and we’re offered complimentary breakfast until our room was ready. The owners were always at the ready to supply any information we required and very kindly offered to supply us with a yummy sandwich and juice as we had a early departure. They also booked a taxi to the ferry terminal. Thanks a mil

We were there for 3 nights and no cleaning service was offered. I personally emptied our dustbin on a daily basis. Also no drinking glasses in the room-just to supply 1 in the bathroom would have sufficed-not all countries drink water out of a bottle!! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks

Cosy small family-run hotel. The hotel is close to the centre, in a nice quiet location. It is located close to the bus station. We had a large clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Good breakfast. Everything is very tasty and cooked with fresh products. Kind and helpful staff. Thank you very much, we enjoyed everything!

Very friendly members of staff. I had the impression to be welcomed and valued. Family atmosphere, relaxing environment. Breakfast was good with options. I have been asked if cleaning of the room is needed on daily bases. Good value for money

This hotel is a hidden gem for its size , just away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main precinct area which is a warmly run establishment mainly because of the owners who run it and make it a really welcoming and friendly place to stay ! Sermi & Tulga Bey are the perfect host and will look after any of your needs with a smile !! The food ordered in-house was terrific , clean and tasty and their pricing for drinks & food was more than reasonable !! We can’t speak highly enough of them and will no doubt go back there when we go to Bodrum !
