By far the food exceeded any expectations. Especially dinners. Room was big. Staff was friendly. Plenty of options to spend time and have fun during the day. Clean sea. Big swimming pool for a good workout.

The cleaning part was average if to compare it with other hotels we've been in Turkey. Lunch was OK but with a smaller selection (provably by design). I only mention it here because of the big difference vs dinners. A bit far from city center (20 minutes by bus). Gym was not to the level of a 5 stars Hotel.

Amazing time, amazing staff

The shop in the middle is a scammer. Prices changed constantly, hope the manager sorts that guy out and gets someone else in

from start to finish the place and people were amazing, I found everyone helpful, we had a little hiccup with the a la carte booking but guest relations resolved that very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and more specifically for couples. The food and entertainment was great rooms comfortable and spacious.

Though I have a small critique, I can’t hold that against giving this place a 10/10…. But paying attention to little details and requests could go a long away… I notified the hotel in advance that we were ok honeymoon and celebrating our birthdays so it was quiet a special occasion but nothing at all was done ( even a little note would have been a nice a personal touch) I also requested a full sea facing room and was advised that same was my room type but ended up with arguably the worst seaside room… again it’s only the view and thus isn’t a true deal breaker…. The excellent ground staff like hasan at the bar, and amazing guest relations ladies really were on point.

The resort itself is a true paradise: peaceful beachfront location, stunning pools, endless food and drinks at five different bars, and vibrant activities throughout the day. The animation team was the best I’ve ever encountered — energetic, international, and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to my favorite bartender Hasan, who not only remembered my favorite drink after just one visit but treated every guest with the same personal touch and care. Every corner of the resort is immaculate, every meal a feast, but it’s truly the PEOPLE that make this place magical. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Thank you to the amazing entertainers, lifeguards, servers, and the barmen — you turned my vacation into a breathtaking experience. I cannot recommend TUI Magic Life Bodrum enough — I will definitely be coming back!

I had to think very long for this part but no i wouldn’t change one bit

A must stay in Bodrum!! Everything was excellent. I have travelled extensively and can safely say this was one of the best kept properties I’ve stayed at.. not once was there even a piece of paper to be seen.. the staff where just exceptional too.. always cleaning and keeping the hotel and its grounds in tip top condition. I work in the service industry and was amazed to find every staff member whom I came into contact with be more than polite, helpful, friendly. A testament to themselves for how courteous they were and the training and management. The grounds, location, variety and standard of the food was above average. The food choice was brilliant. Thank you TUI magic we will be back.

Noting! But if I was being picky the beds were uncomfortable, too hard for us but just a personal thing.

Beach great, Food - speacialy dinner more then amazing, friendly stuff, nice Beach restaurant for Lunch, so that you dont have to go to room to dress up.

Small things like cleaning could Be better, bur nothing to big to complain

The hotel structure is gorgeous. Everything is perfectly clean, organized and beautifully decorated. 10/10 for the staff service. They were always friendly and very helpful. The private beach is gorgeous with crystal clear water, and more than enough sun beds for everyone. The two outdoor swimming pools are also beautiful. The indoor pool in the spa was freezing though. So many activities you can book through their app. You will never get bored, there is always something going on. We mostly enjoyed the Archery, cocktails making and barbecue making classes. The parties were also so fun. I loved each event because they really put lots of effort and money into the entertainment aspect. The food was amazing, from breakfast to dinner. The ice cream kiosk could be open longer hours in the morning I think. The cocktails were ok, nothing special. The lack of beer options was disappointing though. Could give it 10 stars easily if it wasn’t for the lack of care for our especial occasion, mentioned below.

- Went there to celebrate wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, but nothing especial was offered or suggested. They didn’t care much. - No alcoholic drinks in the room mini bar. - Only one type of draft beer included. - No basic toiletries offered in the Standard rooms.

It is a very nice hotel with beautiful sea view. Rooms are comfortable and lots of facilities. But what stands out most is the extremely friendly staff! Everybody is helpful and takes time to get to know their guests. All staff is great, but the stars of our holiday were: From the restaurant & bar teams: Özgul: kindest and most committed waitress we have come across. She made sure our experience at the beach bar was exceptional Burak: Chief of the Alacarte. Excels as a host and pays attention to details. Creates a pleasant atmosphere in the experience of dinning Taylan: such a passionate worker who takes pleasure in giving a great service. The entertainment team is sooo much fun: Jason, Taryn, Paula, Pablo, Carla & Nicholette really made our stay memorable! What great vibes, all smiles and lots of fun they are! From all of the all inclusive we have stayed in, this one definitely wins. There are lots of activities to keep you entertained. All the staff makes sure you’re catered to from the moment you walk the door. Valet parking, bell boys, waiters everywhere and high quality food all the time. Everything with the widest smile. All in all highly recommended all inclusive resort!

The resort is so good, that the only thing that bothered us was the sound the buttons make in the elevator from the lobby to the ground floor ;-)

It is a spectacular location very dramatic spectacular and stunning scenery it’s like stepping into a postcard The staff are all super friendly and helpful The food is delicious and the al La carte restaurants are amazing Great daily activity programs that you can pick and choose from if that’s your thing also great water sports activities including kayaking, Paddle Boarding and Windsurfing The beach bar is friendly and fun and comes with amazing views Easy to get to Bodrum in about 2o minutes on a dolmus (bus) for €1 or by Taxi for just a little more both are right outside the hotel entrance they both stop in the central bus station and every where in Bodrum is easily reached on foot you can also take a fantastic gullet boat trip for the day from Bodrum Marina for about €30 including lunch you will sail around the Bodrum Peninsula and gulf of Gokova swimming in Cristal clear turquoise water in I would say the most spectacular scenic uninhabited natural beauty spots in the world AMAZING

What’s not to like !!

We asked for a quiet room within the complex and were given a great room close to everything. There is huge choice in what the hotel can offer, staff can't do enough for you and understand that all guests have different requirements from their stay. Everyone we encountered was polite and helpful when asked or spoken to. The politeness works both ways, just because you've paid for an all inclusive hotel doesn't 'entitle' you to be treated as 'special'. Ignore any negative reviews as it was only a positive experience for us.

It was everything we needed and expected. The only thing we could have done with would have been a quick tour of the site as we were useless at navigating the place!
