Lovely hotel recommend by Mick Amca from YouTube. It was all that he said. Spacious room, good facilities, lovely balcony, air-conditioning was working. Bed lovely and comfortable. What more do you want? I would love to come back. There was a weighing machine in the bathroom...! Has anyone seen such a thing ever, so thoughtful.

Location was a bit out of the way. But remember there is a Metro Station 🚉 nearby called Kuturpark. Use it..! Some corridors had a stale smell, needs airing. The swimming pool wasn't open. I'd love to come back though.

Staff were so friendly & welcoming, Nothing was too much trouble! Berra the receptionist was exceptional and always had a smile on her face! Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked fried eggs & omelettes were delicious. Bonus of an outside pool which we used on a daily basis... Thank you Divan team from room 413!!

Rooms were spacious with a big balcony. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and linens and towels nice and fresh. Buffet breakfast was good with a few options, and we also had lunch at the hotel which was decent and reasonably priced.

Some things are quite old and stained. They could change them every few years to look a bit better.

This was my second stay in this hotel. No one would stay a second in a hotel if they had a bad experience. This hotel is very good for the price, they have a very good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. In the lobby theres a small 3rd party shop, they have good stuff with reasonable prices as well. The Uludag Teleferik is just 15 mins drive from the hotel.

Pros: 1. Location: It’s the center of Bursa, nothing much is in the center though. 2. Cleanliness: Very well maintained rooms, and clean all areas. 3. Comfortable Accommodation: Spacious rooms, with a great spacious balcony. 4. Breakfast was good since the choice of omelets was available and they were good.

Spa I think it is not under management of hotel very poor management of that spa Outdoor Swimming pool was closed and we are in July!!! Some of the parts in the room needs maintenance and refurbishment

The service, room is big and has all amenities needed.Staff are great special thanks to Ayberk and Salih at the reception desk.

Room Windows need better soundproofing as noises from cars can be heard.

A good hotel that we booked for one night only and got a very attractive deal through Booking.com. Comfortable rooms, good location. If you want to visit the Old Town, need to take a taxi. Our stay was too short to get a more detailed review.
