We loved the hotel: it was beautiful. Breakfast was heaven. The spa is really cool and offers so much variation! All in all. It was super fun and chique!

The receptionist told us no busses were coming here, but that wasn't true (the lines to uludag-mountain pass here and people can take white taxis. Lioe the lovals if they want to (but it's a bit of a gamble, because it backfired on us a few times)). We understand we are tourists, but that doesn't mean we MUST take taxis to everywhere. We vhose to treat ourselves on this hotel. It was an investment. That doesn't mean that we can afford all things luxurious. We travel on a budget, just like everybody.

Very comfotable and clean. Great thermal spa. Very good breakfat. The lobby is inviting with many places to enjoy sitting and relaxing. This is my fifth or six time here and I ended up extend my stay each time because of the comfort. They have great spa service and thermal turkish hammam including private one for couples and families. We were 12 persons this time with different ages and tastes but we all liked the hotel. I and my wife were given a free massage service and family bath since I have been a loyal guest.

The breakfast menu need to be expanded. The pools look somewhat dirty this time. No AC in the lobby during the month of July.

We had stayed for one night the previous week and returned to break our journey and enjoy the Hamam and massage facilities. Once again the room was very comfortable and clean and we slept well. The private Hamam we booked would easily accommodate a family and was fabulous. We had room service from the a la carte restaurant after our massages and the food and service was superb.

Again, worth mentioning how awkward it is to fill the bath from the shower as no separate bath tap. We had been upgraded to a suite on arrival but it didn’t have a balcony, important for my partner who is a smoker. After the intervention of Yunus on reception, always so helpful, we managed to get an identical room to the one we had previously stayed in (note, there are very few rooms with balconies so booking is important). The massages at almost £60 each were a disappointment. There are so many massages offered but we felt we were given general massages rather than what we booked and they were mediocre. Also worth mentioning the cheapest bottle of wine in the restaurant has a 500% mark-up (no typo 500%).

Where do I start? We booked in for 2 nights and we were overwhelmed with the hotel and the service. From the moment we checked in with my children, the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Sude at dinner who made a special effort with my 4 Yr old (Shayma) 😄 The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a selection of bread and fruit. There were eggs made to order and pancakes which my children always love. The salads and meats were well chosen and I enjoyed the extra touches like the honey tap. We stayed on half board basis and were impressed with the restaurant service. IT IS AN a la carte menu but each dish is carefully prepared and we enjoyed the selections on both nights. A very special mention to the Tiramasu which is one of the best...if not THE BEST I have ever tasted. See pic! The spa is absolutely 💯 spot on. The thermal pools are both heavenly and very hot. You will love them. There was also a steam room, sauna, Hamam, shock shower, snow fountain and adventure shower. All amazing...you have to try it to believe it. I will definitely be back in the future!

Everything was excellent, nice hotel on the way to Uludag, good facilities and helpful staff, some speak English.

It was a strong smell from tobacco in our room on the second floor, due to a problem with ventilation. We changed it to 210 and had no further problems with the smell. Small kids including very young are allowed to the spa area. Too much aromatic substances (menthol) in the sauna - sometimes it cause a burning feeling of skin. Coffee mashing is often inaccessible due to lack of grains, milk, etc.

The staff was very kind. I highly recommend this hotel. One of the staff members parked our car and helped us carry our luggage to the room. We were also two hours late for dinner due to long delays at the border, but they were extremely nice and waited for us so we could still be served. This hotel is a great choice if you're traveling to Antalya, as it's located right halfway between Antalya and Romania. On our way back, we'll stop here again — and definitely in the future too.

It was really great stay in terms of all facilities. All staff cared about our child closely. Our room has been upgraded without additional cost, and room really met our expectations. Thermal areas are enough in therms of quality, variety and peacefulness. Since you can choose this property without even thinking. Breakfast offers many varieties and MUMM restaurant has many options for dinner and delicious to be tested. It was a good experience in a fine dining place.

General thermal area could be enhanced by adding a swimming area for children since current pool temperature is a bit high for children usage.

Hotel was really nice and clean. The stuff is amazing, they are very helpful always with a smile on their face. We also used hamam and had massage there and everything was perfect, relaxing. Breakfast was really delicious with good variety.

Before we came to hotel I via mail reserved the massage service but when we came to reception for massage they said we have to pay extra as they do not sell packages. I showed the receptionist the mails and their price list therefore he said his colleague made a mistake but then they quickly fixed it and we paid the before agreed price. This cause a little bit inconvenience but it was ok.

We stayed at thid hotel 29.12.2023 - 01.01. 2024. The staff is great. They helped in everything. Good location. Check in was very fast!. The room is clean, nicely decorated, daily room cleaning and towel change. The breakfast was tasty and every day different food. The pool is clean and cosy, there is even a fitness but it's very comfortable. All organizational issues are resolved very quickly! Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome. When we were leaving the hotel we got a sweet gift from the hotel, it was a surprise for us and we were very happy. 🇹🇷🇺🇦

Amazing hotel, very clean and airy! photos don’t do justice. I travelled with young kids and elderly parents, the spa, 2 thermal pools, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath were outstanding. Had a small play area for kids.

Rooms were slightly smaller than expected, BUT I can’t complain as everything was exceptionally clean. Great breakfast
