The location is wonderful. Inside the forest. 2000 meters altitude, totally silent place. The fresh air, the air temperatureis lower than in Bursa with the difference can reach 10 degrees. Amazing zigzag road, rent the car to enjoy the road and view. The clouds were beneath our legs. The house number is 16. In the night you can see fox and other wild animals

Not so critical, but it is better to get some goods that you will need there for breakfast like tea, sugar, bread etc. Buy them in Bursa before going Uludag.

Exceptional place for a secluded getaway in the forest around natural areas and serenity. Stayed cor 2 nights with my family and extended another 2 nights. Facilities were great. Staff gave us a quiet cabin that exceeded our expectations. Experience of a lifetime for family and children. Staff were amazing and very friendly. The area is in the Middle of a forest with breathtaking views. Close to the telefrik. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

You just need to make sure you get enough food and drink from Bursa before 7pm as the markets nearby close early amd don't open until 10am.

A wonderful cabin in the woods concept property. If you love nature and are looking for a place that is calm and peaceful to relax - here it is! Situated nearby one of the cable car stations. House was comfortable enough for our small family of 3.

The kettle provided was dirty and rusty. Advisable to bring your own appliances if you’d like to cook / use their kitchen. The electric stove worked fine though. Staff spoke little English but were helpful.

I advise everyone to visit this most wonderful resort, especially in wintertime, as it is a place for psychological comfort. Meals, its available at an external restaurant. for the first visit is a new experience for you, As for the upcoming visits, my advice is to stay in Bursa City and go up to the resort for a visit only. Bursa is a very beautiful city, characterized by popular places and cheaper prices than other areas.

Life stops after seven in the evening Sometimes we smell an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The aerial lift working time you must adhere

Great location. Minutes from the middle station of the Bursa cable car ride. The chalets are beautiful, and extremely functional. In the middle of the forest, if you like nature you will love this place. These huge dogs roaming the hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and protect us people against the wild forest creatures nearby ( beware of the bears ). Do not miss the cable car (teleferik) ride, its amazing. Definitely try fruit and corn sellers near the teleferik station, maybe a little expensive, but worth it.

There are no grocery stores nearby. So either you buy from Bursa village before coming up the mountain, or just take the cable car down to Bursa and shop around and come back up thereafter. Also do not be intimidated by the hotel reception staff. They may be a little rough to deal with and speak not so good English, but they are practical and efficient folks. Ask and they will assist.

We stayed here for two nights so that my kids can experience snow. Luckily for us, we arrived on the day that fresh snow was falling. Unfortunately, it was also a blizzard so that meant the roads were not cleared yet of the snow and it was difficult for us to go to our cottage with the snow up to our thighs! The cottage was just lovely and very warm. The kitchen was well-equipped and we mostly cooked our own meals as it was very difficult for us to walk to the restaurant in the snowstorm. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

We thought that reception would be located at the restaurant but actually it was towards the other end of the road. The few times that we had to ask for help from the staff, we had to walk to the reception, as communicating to them by phone can be problematic sometimes.

The experience staying in the cabin was very nice. The cabin is clean and facilities inside the room is working. The surrounding is very nice, my kids enjoy playing with the snow just outside the cabin. Beautiful scenery at this hotel. Overall I like the experience staying at the cabin.

No wifi, no breakfast, no coffee/tea. Food at the restaurants up there are expensive, if possible bring food from Bursa. You can either cook or use the BBQ pit. Staff never respond to any of my chats but they attend me well when I arrive.

Really good location if you want nature and peace. Chalet are well equipped and clean. Reception staff were kind and helpful.

Not about the hotel itself, but the surrounding: We visited in the summer so activities are limited (most were closed on weekdays) Everything closes early (resto, shops etc) so plan ahead for meals (especially dinner)

Honestly exceeded my expectations, the rooms seemed newly renovated and are neatly done. No hot water problems even when it's -4 outside. The Sarıalan area is one of the teleferik stations and has a small market, adventure park and a few BBQ restaurants. The hotel itself has a restaurant, the breakfast was good.

Technicians/plumbers don't stay 24/7 as they stay in Bursa center (available during working hours) so if you have an issue with your room better report as soon as you can
