The room was really nice and clean. The AC worked as it should. Amazing price when you take into consideration the quality of the accommodation.

They don’t accept credit card payments. We didn’t know that, so we had to go to the nearest ATM and withdraw some money to pay for the hotel. That was really inconvenient since withdrawing from ATM in a different country can be quite difficult. The breakfast was only for 2 hours from 8am until 10am, the breakfast time could be longer. We had only a small trash can in our room that we filled after a day. During our stay, nobody took the trash out.

I recently stayed at the Grand Heykel Hotel and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, like I was at home. I would like to give my very special thanks to the Arabic-speaking Syrian gentleman and his Turkish colleagues (I apologise profusely for forgetting all of their names) who looked after me during my time in Bursa. They were very kind, polite, and friendly. I was offered a nice breakfast (lots of variety of food on the 8th floor) and an early check-in (earlier than requested!) and the staff allowed me to sit in the lobby and leave my bags there after I had already checked out. The receptionist even sang me a song in Turkish - if that isn't welcoming, then I don't know what is. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it is centrally located. It is just around the corner from the main street, which has many shops, restaurants and transport connections. Tourist attractions such as Koza Han and Ulu Cami can also be easily reached by foot. The Orhan Gazi Mosque is only a 5-minute walk away, and you can hear the beautiful call to prayer echo through the bustling streets of Bursa - a true highlight of my trip to Bursa. The size of the room was perfect, with a fresh comfy double bed and crisp clean sheets (it felt amazing to lie in after a long journey) . All the amenities a guest would require - such as AC, fridge, toiletries, towels, paper slippers, kettle, tea, water etc were all supplied. The bathroom was also very clean. I hope to come back to Bursa and stay here again 10/10

Minor suggestions for improvement: - More soundproofing in the building (the hotel was quiet when I stayed; there were not so many guests) - The shower is only partially enclosed in room 202 so you have to try not to make the entire bathroom floor wet - There was no insect net covering the window. The above points were not really major problems that would ruin a stay and can be easily overlooked in light of the price, hospitality and quality of the service offered.

Muslim friendly. Very2 clean. Extremely strategic location just 3 minutes walk to shopping place. All facilities functioned. Free parking and we always got a place. There's sufficient space to solat and that's extremely important to us as some hotel is so tight that we have to pray on the bed but not Heykel. Now, the best part...is the healthy buffet breakfast, the tea and coffee and the incredible view of bursa from the top floor where we had breakfast. The food never stops reloaded. Thanks Heykel. I'll choose the hotel if I go there again.

Great location, 5mins away from Ulu Camii. The walls of the room were well insulated, so although the next door guest was very noisy we could sleep ok. They offered parking in the street. Reasonably confortable, although the room was small. Good value for money, breakfast ok with great view. All in all, it was a good choice.

Could be cleaner. The hotel is a bit run down, can use some renovation. It was ok-ish overall.

Almost everything else was good. From the help and treatment of the stuff towards the guests to the breakfast and the comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the place was indeed small but very comfortable. Location is really good, just a few meters from important places in Bursa, like Koza Han, the Grand Bazaar, the Grand Mosque Bursa and the Green Tombs, which can be seen from the rooftop.

The walls are too thin, so you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING of what happens inside the building. The lift is too small and a bit too slow as well, and also, although the room was super clean, the bathroom was smelly due to the pipes.

The hotel's location was exceptional, situated conveniently close to a plethora of attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even offering to upgrade the room to a suite at a fair price which we accepted. Despite a miscommunication on our part regarding breakfast inclusion, they graciously added it to our stay at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated.

The location is lovely, although it involves a bit of walking down/uphill, which I personally don't consider inconvenient at all.

Location is just behind LC Waikiki bursa. You can stop at heykel tramway station and also bust stop Just few minutes walking to bursa grand mosque and koza han. Walking distance to teleferik taxi station and also dolmus. Iskandar kebab just steps away. Our room was upgraded to suites. 2 connection rooms and 1 bathroom. heater work perfectly. Wi-fi also working fine. Restaurants for breakfast good view of entire town. Carrefour just behind hotel

Soundproof. I can hear people running at the stair. No bottle of water. Breakfast very limited. Location need to be hike a bit.

Since we arrived, the people at the reception helped us with our luggage to carry them to the rooms. The rooms were sensational, everything was new and the view was sensational. The rooms were on the 7th floor on a street that is on a slope, so we were high up and could see the whole city. The restaurant is on the 8th floor of the hotel with a panoramic view. It is very nice to have breakfast on the terrace of the restaurant while you see the whole city of Bursa

It was super cheap and comfortable having 1 room with one double bed and 1 twin bed. Additionally 1 lounge with a sofa and 1 twin bed. It was centrally located inside the old town. 6 min walk to old bazar. The property manager was very friendly he gave us free parking right in Front of hotel,since it is old town and parking is difficult to find. It is the best option in this price. Only downside was breakfast which was very basic

The hotel's location couldn't have been more convenient. Situated in the heart of Bursa, it offered easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. One of the standout features was the availability of free parking, which was greatly appreciated as a traveler who arrived by car. The hotel staff was exceptional; they had a good command of English, and their willingness to store our luggage after check-out allowed us to explore the city without any hindrance. Lastly, the lobby's comfort and the 24-hour reception desk's availability were additional perks that contributed to a pleasant stay.

On the downside, the three-bed room was small, and the breakfast didn't live up to expectations. Additionally, the elevator was inconvenient.
