Very delicious breakfast with a tasty variety of food on offer. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to Bursa's main points of historical interest with many mosques close by - it was easy to find. The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive and gave their recommendations of what to see, do and where to eat in Bursa; they were more than happy to help. I give a special mention and many thanks to Lamya who staffed the check in desk and was very helpful during my stay at the hotel. She looked after and cared for her guests very well - I am grateful for the hospitality and welcoming I received here at this hotel. The room was very cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and hotel facilities. I would really like to visit Bursa again and stay here.

Leaky, outdated bathroom fixtures, but not really much of an issue.

Nice Hotel, personal is very friendly they helped us in everything we needed and they've recommended us nice places to eat. The Hotel hall is very nice, with a lovely turkish book collection and we've had a nice breakfast there. The rooms are a bit old (specially the bathroom) however it had everything we needed and the bed was confortable.

The receptionist is very gentle and friendly. He gives us some info about the city and the historical sites. Latter are near to the hotel, so you can reach them walking few minutes. Room is ok for few nights.

The biggest plus about the hotel is definitely the location - minutes from the bazaars, Koza Han and many more of the exceptional places of Bursa. The bed was very comfortable, I got updated from the host to a bigger room, which had a beautiful city view. The interior of the lobby is very welcoming and homely. I appreciated that the host spoke English to me. Breakfast was fresh and good, although the location is very close to many places where you can try out different types of breakfast. I hope I will be back soon and I would definitely recommend it.

The water could be a bit warmer and the electric socket close to the bed could be easier to approach. The noise from the elevator was a bit stronger than my liking.

Probably the room fridge can be upgraded and to have extra or bigger bins with plastic for the room.

The breakfast was OK but would be better with yogurt or some different yemek. It was boring. Also fresh fruit is uguz in Turkey. The lady at Reception treats the guests like aile. She is kind and cares about everyone!!

You must listen more to the ideas of your night manager and receptionist! They are banda intelligent. Take all the information from our credit cards plus the 3 digit secret code. Then if we do not cancel within 3 days, charge our credit cards!! You will sleep better at night!

Hotel Cesmeli exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional with a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel's location is also a plus as it is situated in the heart of the city, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. What stood out to me the most was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always willing to assist with any queries or requests I had, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Hotel Manager Mehmet even arranged a friendly tour guide Mohammed Ata, who exceeded our expectations. He was very kind and helpful in every matter. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cesmeli to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city. The exceptional service makes it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers alike.

The location is super, just a short walk to the silk market and the train station. Mehmet was wonderful. He went to the trouble to write out detailed directions for me to get to Istanbul both in English and Turkish so I could show people if I needed help along the way. He even gave me his phone number so I could call if I needed help. I was so grateful and it made the trip very easy.

This is a very basic hotel. You are not getting anything deluxe here, but if you are just interested in a place to stay, it is adequate.
