Hello guy, we're absolutely recommend this place as for your stay in Bursa. The place located in likely private street and nice window view of the old city, and also close by Historical areas and the Grand Masjid, and it super easy to get to the restaurant and (civiner) shop. We choose to stay at the "apartment" that have a warm room providing a necessary stuff, super convenient, make your holiday feel like home. Morning breakfast is well provide. I love the place of breakfast dinner. Staff are super nice, and super helpful. If you need anything, anything at all, just ask them. Can't wait for the next trip.

Kutlucan Hotel is right smack in the middle of historical sites, Koza Han, bazaar, Grand mosque and walking distance to Irgandi Bridge, Osman and Orhan Gazi tombs,etc. This made our short stay in Bursa easygoing, especially with the kind and helpful owner Mr Tuncer and hotel staff. The property is well kept and the rooms are very clean, beds are very comfy, breakfast was lovely. Mr Furkan who fetched and send us to the airport in his new, spacious vehicle also took us for a day tour to Mt Uludag etc with a flat fee. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We highly recommend this hotel.

We liked everything.

Awesome place, on top location, walking distance to all places of interest and just next to all bazaar streets. Hotel personnel is nice. Price is good and there is a free multy storey parking just next to the hotel. Breakfast on top floor with beautiful views. The breakfast is good. Rooms were spacious and well furnished. It is clean an being cleaned every day. Good WiFi.

- windows were locked with a special "rope" and could not be opened more than 20cm - no normal coffee or coffee-like drinks at breakfast , just American coffee. -pillows are very high and mattress is like water bed (slight move and the whole mattress is shaking)

The breakfast spread was great, the staffs were all friendly and very helpful, the rooms were in great condition. The view from one of the rooms was exceptional as it overlooked the city. The hotel is walking distance from all the landmarks in Bursa (as me and my family had planned) and everything worked out beautifully. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would surely stay here again.

Excellent location = right in the heart of the city, next to the Grand Bazaar, one block from the main street where you can catch public transport or get a taxi but its also within 30min walk to many of the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start the day. Room is modern, cleaned daily and was given 2 small bottles of water daily, has everything you need including a kettle with tea and coffee, mini fridge, hairdryer, working tv, air con and you can also open the window if you like. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tuncer = thank you! Highly recommend, great value for money. Will book again if I revisit Bursa. I suggest 2 full days minimum to sightsee, relax and shop til you drop. You can also spend a few hours in Cumalikzilik Village UNESCO. Theres many day tours from Istanbul to Bursa for a day but I think thats very rushed - its worth staying in Bursa for a few nights.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We loved everything – from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the spotless cleanliness of the room. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, yet completely quiet. Breakfast was generous, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Location is excellent with all the places to visit at walking distance like ulu chami, kuzu han, tomb of Osman ghazi. Very comfortable rooms with nice view. Special mention of the staff which are extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Tuncer SANDIKÇI who really made our stay so lovely. Breakfast was very nice and filled us up.

Nothing to dislike.

You can't fault this property. The room was wonderful, recently renovated in fresh cream and cool grey decor with pale timber trim, a large window overloooking the district with afternoon sun streaming in and a great view of the sunsets. The property is offset from the main road so is whisper quiet but everything is a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent, staff are helpful and very professional.

I loved everything, the breakfast,room,shower and the bed was truly outstanding. 2 bottles water, tea, coffee and sugar refills were provided daily. As for the shopping and areas to visit, we found everything within walking distance. The shopping bazaars were right next to our hotel. The reception was another bonus for speaking English which made our stay a memorable one. Directions and suggestions were spot on. I've been to Bursa twice previously staying at another hotel have to honestly say I've found a new home at Kutlucan Oldtown Hotel great value for money too.

I had absolutely nothing to complain about.

This is one of the best places that we ever stayed in . This family owned property is located in the most privileged area of Gomlik near Bursa . It is a very beautiful boutique resort, where you enjoy the best hospitality by the owner Mr. Fahrettin Kurtuldu and his family .They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Here You also get maximum comfort in absolute harmony with the environment and breathtaking when you walk in. It has spacious rooms with beautiful views . We found the property extremely clean, and very comfortable . I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Bursa and Yelova . Would definitely go back and send friends there.
