Very nice and friendly staff

Our recent family vacation to Bursa was made truly exceptional by our stay at Bursa Suites Apart Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the sheer comfort of our accommodation. One of the stand-out features for us was the spaciousness of the apart-suite. Traveling with family often means needing extra room to spread out, and Bursa Suites delivered perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind, and truly feel at home. This was a significant advantage, especially after busy days of exploring the city. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and we particularly want to commend Abdullah for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Being so close to all the local markets was a huge convenience for our family. We loved being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the vibrant local life, discover fresh produce, and find unique souvenirs. It made exploring Bursa on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable, with many key attractions just a short stroll away. Bursa Suites Apart Hotel is an ideal choice for families seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our Bursa adventure and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful city. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The hosts Wissam & Salih constantly checks on us when we arrived (booked transfer from Mudanya ferry terminal) & made sure we safely reached the hotel. Shortly after, we are able to check in and rest. The hotel itself is located conveniently near Koza Han & other local landmarks. Plenty of food options & if u are short for cash, there's ATM tills just outside of the hotel. Our apartment was cozy, complete amenities provided & my kids loved their sofa beds & huge room all to themselves. The housekeeping staff were so kind and accommodating, n there's always someone to greet u by the entrance. We will definitely come back!

Front office Saleh, Abdulla & rest of the team were excellent. They made our first visit to Bursa so easy.. Thank you guys. Location was superb.. 3 minutes walk to Grand Bazar, 8 minutes walk to Grand Mosque. The neighbourhood was full of restaurants, cafes, Mini Marts & all your needs. Parking & Valet parking available free of cost. Clean apartment with excellent daily housekeeping.

The mattress was bad in our room but I saw better quality mattresses in other rooms. Reception offered to chane the room but unfortunately we were already unpacked & didn't want to go through the hustle of changing rooms

Everything, the location was central, close to metro and bus links. Most destinations were at walkable distance. Staff were all very helpful and had lovely smiles. There were certain staff manning reception that spoke good English and were really helpful. They went above and beyond making our stay very comfortable and assisting us with all sorts of queries. Fatima was my favourite, she was lovely and made sure our room was spotless and maintained. Overall would definitely stay there again and highly recommended.

There wasn’t anything about the property itself, but there is a small restaurant at the back of building and it got quite noisy some nights especially when the football was on.

Staff very friendly and location is good. If coming from main Bursa bus station (about 7 klm out) take number 38 bus- there is a stop very close). Large apartment, but needs to be updated with kitchen utensils, only has a few spoons and forks, no knives or anything else, some floor lamps and bedside lamps. Would make a big improvement on what could be an excellent apartment.

Needs more kitchen utensils and lamps. The heater in lounge area isn’t strong enough for area size so would be very cold in winter

Location - is really good Staff - Really friendly , even helped with the parking . And brought the car when we were leaving . It is very crucial because it was a little bit difficult to find parking place

No breakfast . But it was not big issue , because we had a little kitchen in the suite . Nothing other than that.

Mr. Saleh even waited for us during our meal and escorted us back to the apartment. Special thanks to him for helping us arrange transportation with the wonderful Mr. Eren, who not only was a kind and helpful driver but also assisted with our luggage and recommended the best places to tour around Bursa, making our full day truly wonderful.

While the 1-bedroom apartment stole our hearts with its spacious living room, bedroom, and restroom, not to mention the incredibly comfortable sofa bed, the 2-bedroom apartment had its own charm. Though the living room was slightly smaller, it featured two bathrooms, each of standard size. The design differences between the two were notable, and we found ourselves favoring the layout of the 1-bedroom apartment for its generous space and inviting atmosphere. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we appreciate the thoughtful service and attention to detail that made our time here memorable

Nothing bad, everything was perfect and for sure we will return back to Bursa Suites Apart Otel and I highly recommended this hotel, especially if you traveling with family and friends.
