It was very good stay, actually its one of the best hotels i have visited, definitely I recommend it..

My only negative comment is about the receptionist ‘Muslum’ he is so rude and unprofessional and clearly hates foreigners, Without the involvement of the reservation manager i could have not stay an hour inside the hotel.. it was so unfortunate that they have such an employee ..

In general everything was amazing. Everyone staff member we met was smiling and helpful to the roof. Room was very clean and relaxing. Food is amazing and has so many varieties. Kids enjoyed the daily club and activities. I’d like to thank everyone there especially Mr. Ilhan the duty manager who’s made our stay comfortable. Mr. Chifik at the restaurant who was so kind and caring. Mr. Mustafa at restaurant who took care of our needs at table. And mis Adil who took care of my family and kids the whole time. All of them made my trip worth every penny. Thanks from our hearts

Everything was great, starting with the early communication on whatsapp before arriving in Turkey. Mr Merit was very helpful to offer all help required for transportation or other services, as well as answering any questions or quiries about the hotel amenities of ski activity. Food is superb, clean, and speacious rooms, free room service "upon your request" and friendly staff all over the hotel. The massage service in the spa was very good. My favorite thing was the amazing selection of music that you can hear everywhere in the hotel. Skiing is right outdoors on 3rd floor, which is very convenient for people with children that you don't have to carry your luggage and walk or drive to the ski location.

The Jacuzzi was not working for the period we spent there, which was a bummer. I would increase the light in the bathroom around the mirror

Our stay at Bof Hotels in Uludağ was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a perfect winter getaway, with top-notch hospitality and excellent facilities. The ski activity was an absolute highlight of our trip. With well-maintained slopes and easy access to ski rentals and instructors, it was an amazing experience for both beginners and seasoned skiers. The hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the snowy adventures right at our doorstep. The all-inclusive food was another standout feature. The buffet spread was vast and offered a delightful mix of Turkish and international cuisine. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and catered to a variety of tastes. One of our favorite spots in the hotel was the hot chocolate station by the fireplace. Sitting by the warm fire, sipping on rich, creamy hot chocolate while watching the snowfall was an unforgettable experience that added to the charm of our stay. Overall, Bof Hotels in Uludağ is the perfect winter retreat, offering excellent skiing, delicious food, and cozy ambiance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Uludağ!

The location is wonderful; however, the ski area might be quite challenging for novice skiers. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. Room service was excellent. Complimentary beverages were available throughout the day. A children's play area is provided. The gym is open 24/7; however, it would benefit from additional weightlifting equipment. Given the hotel's high cost, one would expect the highest standards in all aspects.

Windows are very small. Make sure to choose a room with a good view. The first room they gave us was small, and then we moved to a spacious one. Shower water flow and temperature are inadequate. Room service is a bit slow. While the food was generally good, it did not represent good value for the high price. This area could be improved. The ski center is conveniently located within the hotel; I had hoped that hotel guests would receive preferential pricing, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I felt it was overpriced.

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel with an inclusive package. I would like here to thank specially Mr. Mert guest relation manager for his assistance from the time I booked the room. He arranged for private transportation from Bursa to the Hotel. He and MR Muslim , the hotel manager, arranged an upgrade for a bigger room with a nice view of the mountain of snow. Special great thanks to both of them for making our stay enjoyable and exciting. Special thanks also to all of the hotel staff. Everything was fantastic. The food was delicious and many different dishes with great quantity were available. I will hopefully come every year.

We had a wonderful stay at BOF Hotel Uludağ! The hotel itself was very nice, with comfortable facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was personally contacted by Mert before my arrival, who informed me he was available to assist with anything I needed during my visit. This level of service truly stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. The food variety and quality were excellent for an all inclusive hotel. The ski slopes and general scenery around the hotel were breath taking. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend the BOF Hotel Uludağ.

One aspect that could be improved was the room temperature. The weather outside was warmer than expected, which made the hotel room and the general indoor areas feel a bit warmer than I’m usually comfortable with. Even with the windows open in our room, it still felt warm at times. A better cooling system or improved ventilation would have made the experience even better.

We stayed at BOF with the kids for a couple of days. The hotel is good. The fact that the ski elevator is right outside the hotel door was amazing. Though I’m not a big fan of open buffets, the open buffet at BOF had a lot of options and the food was very tasty, which was a big plus. A special thanks to our Ski instructor Jameel who ensured that the whole family had a great skiing experience

We did face a couple of hiccups. At check in, we found one that even though we booked a room according to the hotel’s WhatsApp representative’s recommendation, we actually had to pay extra for the extra child at check in. We also had another hiccup with house keeping where the room was very well made the day we arrived, however during our stay the room was barely done; beds seem to be poorly done, and no toiletry replenishment.

The property is quite family friendly. Lots of activites , dont need to go out for any goods or food.

Quite outdated furniture. Food quality is not that great. Aminites in the room such as shampoo , shaving cream are expired. Skiing is not organized , smells bad and unfriendly staff. I paid a fortune to ski but in return it was so disorganized.The employee on the desk was quite rude and threw the pen on the desk. Its not my problem that in such a touristic place he cant speak or understand English or even communicate in good behaviour. Yes I enjoyed skiing and skiing instructors were good but also paid alot of money and my instructor dosent speak any other language. I assume in such a touristic place some would be able to communicate with staff. Skiing area made me feel like I was in a zoo. Felt unwelcomed and unsafe.

Perfectly located right outside the Teleferik, this hotel offers convenience and great service. The buffet has a wide variety, though some mains are hit or miss, and a coffee machine would have been a nice touch. Skiing was a fantastic experience with a great instructor, but beginners should note that gloves, sunglasses, and ski slope fees aren’t included. The hotel caters more to families, though there are peaceful spots like the quiet library. As a solo traveler, I wouldn’t return, but with family or friends, I definitely would!
