Except for the night staff at the lobby, all the staff at the hotel were very attentive. Everyone was solution-oriented and kind. We were very pleased with everyone, from the hotel manager to the waiters. The food was delicious and sufficient. We loved everything we ate. The hotel's location and direct access to the ski room were excellent. Getting to and from the slopes was very comfortable. The room size was very adequate, and the rooms were very warm. A special thanks to Mr. Gülkan for his attentiveness. He was everywhere at all times. They are very lucky to have such a staff member. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is quite sufficient. We also want to thank the hotel for accommodating the needs of our family with a baby and our pregnant friend to ensure their comfort. Everyone in the ski room was very kind and attentive. Direct access from inside the hotel is possible.

However, the common areas of the hotel were very cold. In the evening, everyone had to sit with their coats on. While we understand that alcohol consumption is prohibited in the common areas due to the alcohol-free concept, the designated area for this was an enclosed space filled with cigarette smoke, making it unbearable to sit in. Additionally, the bathrooms in the rooms were quite disappointing, with an unpleasant smell coming from the sink drains.

I had a fantastic stay at Trendlife Hotels Uludağ! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the all-inclusive service made everything seamless. The location was perfect for enjoying the snowy scenery. A special thanks to Gülkan, the bellman, who was extremely helpful and polite throughout my stay. His kindness and professionalism made my experience even better. I truly appreciate his assistance and warm hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Uludağ!

Gulkan was very great I would like to thank him for his hospitality and kindness he was so helpful and supportive big thanks to him. He made our stay much better. Also Mr Kannan we were in need of plug no body wanted to help. I asked him by coincidence since I was in trouble He offered the help with smile and brought the plug of us. Overall very welcoming staff , the location is great. recommended

Most of the staff don’t speak English . The pillows were not comfortable

The amazing experience started with the two concierge staff (Recep & Gokul). Their welcoming smile was so genuine and humble that melted s instantly. They helped to park my car that got stucked in snow a bit. By the time I went to check in, the receptionist also surprised us with free room upgrade. She had a genuine smile as well. She (I forgot her name 🤦‍♂️) informed us the timings for meals all thru the day. Then I met with another beautiful receptionist (Cyndi, forgot the Turkish name), who advised all the places and activities that can be done. Also informed her about my wife birthday surprise plan and she instantly proposed all the options and a real surprise were done along with Dicle who was responsible guest relation. My daughter loved Dicle so much...took some modeling photos..😁 The view from the room was simply breath taking

The snow at the entrance needed some more cleaning perhaps to have much fantastic entrance.

Our stay at TrendLife Hotel was fantastic! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. Their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. The room was perfectly clean, and everything about the experience was more than good—it was outstanding! If you’re considering a place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely return!

I like the facilities, service, activities, the hotel is in the center of all Snow activities only few steps to reach everything. There is a small place for kids to play. The reception staff are very lovely, always smiling and aware of customers needs. Thanks Ouren for the nice hospitality.

The rooms are small. The restaurant need more improvement like live cooking of eggs, pancakes and others.

The location. The stuff were very helpful. The room was very clean but very hot they control The heart from the reception . We take skiing ⛷️ course the trainer was very helpful 👌

There is no alkol in the hotel. The food buffet weren't very rich like other hotel but it was very delicious 😋. I would recommend it for other friends especially families

Location to the ski lift was excellent. Exit from hotel’s ski shop and you are meters away from the slope. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Staff Shown flexibility when need arises. Restaurant’s catering was excellent. Especially dinner. Very well fed during entire stay.

Sound proofing was rather poor. Entire convo can be heard from the next door.

This is the best place that i had visit in turkey , The staff was so kind specially the man in the reception, also most of service are completely free. It will be an next time in the future.
