It was excellent except the local staff gave us conflicting information regarding arriving at the hotel. We were told by one staff member that our 34 seat tour bus could drop us off at the lobby but when we arrived another staff told us the road in front of the hotel was not reachable. We had to walk up to a very busy street that included a tram line and rush our luggage off the bus then walk to the hotel. No one at the hotel was there to help us. Loading up in the morning was a similar stressful rush.

See above. And the receptionist made a complete mess of our check in. I’m a tour guide/leader and I always provide rooming lists and passport photos in advance, which I did here. All hotels usually allow me to get room keys in advance and just hand out keys and room assignments as my clients arrive. This receptionist refused to do this and made each guest come to the counter and fill out paperwork and hand out keys. It took us close to an hour to complete check in for 8 rooms. My cliewere very tired and upset especially since the receptionist became angry at us. In my long experience I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience. Ever!!!!!

1) Very good location - bazaars are very near by, 2 mini marts/supermarkets - one next door another across the road, good fish restaurant down the road and many pideli kofte restos around. 2) Helpful staff - the girl at front office (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) spoke some English and she was very helpful in answering us re olive oils, resto recommendations and bus schedule. The gentlemen was also friendly and helpful. The cook in kitchen and girl at bfast were helpful too.

Bed was soft and a/c didn’t seem to work one night but we left the balcony door slightly ajar and it made it all ok.

Breakfast was buffet style and really good. Room was clean and nicely decorated. I love how there's a cosy lounge area outside my room so I just chilled there while doing my exams. Location was superb. Walked a short distance to the bazaar and there were so many shops! It was a small street to get to the hotel, but I love how there's an underground carpark and a staff member helped to park the car, and also took our bags to our room. Brilliant customer service and we thorougly enjoyed our stay.

Only criticism is that I didnt see any coffee when I went for breakfast.

Staff smile, the hotel is very new. I want to thank the guy who was helping us for parking the car, unfortunately I didn't know his name but he was having problem at his voice. This guy was super perfect. He is very polite and has optimistic smile coming from deep inside his heart. If I came back for the same hotel definitely I will come because of this gentleman. I really appreciate his job.

Just one day they forgot to clean our room. But honestly it made me feel some careless feelings from their side.

The Hotel seems to have been renovated recently and is looking quite modern. It is located centrally in the old part of Bursa within walking distance of the Grand Mosque, Bazaar and Citadel. The Breakfast spread was good. There are also lively restaurants outside where you can grab a good meal. There is a Taxi place at the end of the street where you can easily get Taxis to anywhere you want. Better still they are all metered taxis and the taxi drivers there do not rip you off like they do in Istanbul.

Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Its location is in the town centre of Kayhan region of Bursa, makes my travelling become easier bcoz near the metro station and has a lot of restaurants and banks near by. The breakfast was nice. The workers are friendly.

There is no iron provided in the room. It is better if kayhan city hotel can put an iron and iron board in the room service.

This is my fifth time staying at kayhan hotel. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. I felt really comfortable during the stay. The location is very very close to transportation, market, mosque and all attractions.

All the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable (: The location of this hotel is 2 minutes walking to OsmanGazi market and about 5 minutes walking to OsmanGazi Mosque. also 10 minutes in the car from the Tellfreek. taxi office is exactly by the hotel.

The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes walk from all main places. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is nice and local that I definitely like. The room is well furnished, and my room has a balcony overviewing old city roofs. WiFi is fast and stable.

Beautiful modern hotel with great facilities and a central location. The staff were very friendly too.

Very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Ample, varied breakfast. Safe in room. Helpful English speaking staff. Great location, walkable to most attractions and shopping.

We could have used more than just 2 hangers in the closet.
