We arrived quite late at night and the communication with the host from booking to check in/out had been great. She even upgraded our room for free, thanks! Spacious room, comfortable for my family. The location was great, just within walking distance to markets and some other main attractions. There was free parking too. From outside, the building didnt look very ‘fancy’ and it’s located in a corner out of the main road, so it’s a bit dark to walk at night if you’re alone. But don’t let this bother you, the inside is very comfy and we felt safe staying there.

One of the toilets had a leak beneath the shower area walls, so every time we took shower the floor outside the shower area got all wet. The lighting in the room especially one of the toilets was quite dim.

To my surprise, I was given a whole apartment with 6 beds, kitchen/dining room and terrace. It was a pity to remain just one night! General cleanliness acceptable, big bathroom, the best shower I personally found in Turkey. At the reception you can count on a couple of people that speak good English and that's pretty rare in Bursa. Their kindness and disposability were really great! I would came back for sure.

The guesthouse is located in a secondary street and the surroundings are not aestethically great, although the position is quite central.

My friend and I loved how spacious our top floor flat was. We really appreciated the table, chairs, sofa, and many windows with gorgeous mountain views. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were so, so grateful for the complimentary washing machine available for guests. Great location, too!

Our flat’s shower drain barely worked. A bad smell came up from it, and even after short showers, the water pooled. Highly recommend a plumber.

location was strategic, close to bus station, and we got the bigest room in the same floor as we entered the house. so no need to climb upstair with luggage. and the room was really big!

the bathroom needs a maintenance for sure. the water from the shower was leaking and caused wet everywhere in the bathroom. also they need a cable extension for charging station. lucky we bring one from home, coz there were only 1 available. also lamp definitely needs more brighter, since we got the biggest room, and it was quite like living in a cave with limited light.

Super comfy beds. Spacious bedroom. Super helpful receptionist. You can do free laundry. Close to touristic spots.

Hallways & stairs are kind of dark.

This apartment was a fantastic choice! The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city. The manager was incredibly helpful, courteous, and always available to answer any questions. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Location is great, walking distance to Bazaar, Ulu Camii etc. The room is clean and spacious.

We arrive at night and finding the location by taxi can be a bit tricky. For some reason the wifi seems not be really working. No elevator so need to bring up the luggage. But no big deal is manageable.

Very accommodating host and entertained all our request. Large flat suitable for big families. Fairly close to all the tourist sites snd amenities. Definitely my choice for future stay in Bursa.

Lack of kitchen utensils, minor cooking for long stay. Senior citizens should ask for lower floor since there is no lift.

Woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful, it is in great location within walking distance of sites of old city and our apartment was spacious. Good to have a fridge and provision to make tea and coffee etc.

The bedside table lights did not work, the hotel need to pay attention to cleanliness and maintenance – cigarette burns of sofa, smell in bathroom etc. There is no elevator and breakfast is no longer provided.
