The location and the staff were number 1 for us. During our stay, my husband had an important 2 day interview and they were able to accommodate for him to have a quiet and well lit space for the whole time. The location is right next to the heart of Bursa with the Ulu Cami mosque and the Koza Han. If interested, there are bus stops, metro stations, and taxi stations all within a 5 minute proximity.

Our first impression of our room was that it was small. We had a standard room, so we should've expected it. (The rooms dedicated for families whoever were very large). We learned from a nearby barber that the hotel used to be a hospital so the standard rooms will be small. With that being said, there was still enough closet space for a whole week stay, and the staff kept the place so tidy that it made up for it. The breakfast location was incredible, but I'm not sure if it was worth the daily charge (given there were better options outside, hotter, and for cheaper).

A really good choice in the heart of Bursa. And a wonderful welcome on arrival from Kardeler on reception, even if one of the two rooms was not ready when we arrived. Fantastic valet parking included in the room price. We were upgraded to a better room, but the room itself wasn't completely refurbished; it was still very nice though, and very comfortable, and a great bathroom. Lovely breakfast room on the top floor of the hotel with great views.

It would have been really nice to have a glass of wine or a beer in the top floor panoramic bar, but we understand that alcohol isn't usually served in most places in the city.

Rooms and bathroom were spacious enough..views wonderful..and especially the staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us whenever we needed throughout our short stay..kaldirem/Carmen, the receptionist who greeted us( she will recognise herself😊) gave us a warm welcome and advised us..Borek and Ahmed..and the concierge, everyone was great…we asked for a late check out whixh was accepted.. and even when we came down 30 mins later than agreed, the receptionist didnt make a fuss abt it..our taxi driver eas patiently waiting for us and he disnt rish us to check out of the hotel…would definitely come back there..the hotel is well situated with the metro within walking distance, even the kozahan is within 10-15 mins walk..

My overall experience was great with the stay. The reception desk is available 24/7, and the staff are very friendly and are eager to accommodate your requests. The car park was great as they have a free valet service which fetches your car in-out of the garage when you need it. The room was also modern. The price I paid was very reasonable. The sky lounge restaurant is fantastic, great food with great views and the staff there is also helpful, and the prices are very reasonable, with the selection also being good.

I stayed during late November and the room was cold, despite setting the heating to max (32 degrees) and it going 24/7, the max temperature in the room was 20.5C, which when getting out of bed in the morning was not pleasant. Also the staff speak English, but not at the best level, so sometimes communication was a bit of an issue. But these two small factors didn't influence the stay much.

The Hotels location is simply excellent, its right in middle of town close to all shopping and amenities. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are spacious and have great views of the Ulludag mountains. The hotel staff is also very courteous. I want to specially call out KARDELEN at the front desk. She was one of the most polite and friendly staff members. She ensured we got the best treatment and genuinely cared about our stay and well being. She also upgraded our two families to larger 2 bedroom suite that was massive in size and had amazing views. The roof top Restaurant is simply stunning and has great views of the beautiful Bursa city during the day as well as night. Great vibe and excellent food as well. Kudos to this property and the management for a great experience. Thank you! If I come to Bursa again, will surely be only staying at this Hotel. Highly recommend it, don't look anywhere else, just choose Lilium Hotel.

The staff was friendly and reliable, but not intrusive. Everyone spoke at least basic English, which was helpful for communication. Our request (issuing an invoice for the appropriate company, provided later) was fulfilled within an hour (immediately upon arrival in the morning) without any prompting. The location is actually right in the city center. The breakfast was good and tasty, with slight variations each day. They also brought us the phone we had forgotten in the car, which was really thoughtful, even before we realized we had left it there.

Some details could be improved: the blackout curtains do not block out light completely, and there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. However, these are just minor details that did not affect the overall experience.

lovely stay, the hotel is better than expected, it is new (only four months) very clean and quite. as a big family of 11 members with many thanks the hotel upgraded our rooms to a very spacious two and three bedrooms apartments which were very well equipped with an open kitchen and a washing machine (note only washing not dryer) the hotel contacted my through whatsapp to make sure that location is easy and the trip is ok. room service respond fast, restaurant is on roof top it gives warm felling as it is winter time and it has a wonderful view. the staff are very nice polite smiley and super helpful, Edib the bellboy is very helpful smart proactive and always smiling, he can also speak Arabic and English. and for sure the super helpful and beautiful receptionist KARDELEN, she was very helpful and fluent in English. location is perfect on the mydan (the square) the central of the area where you can do some light shopping, and the old market (similar to grand bazar in istanbul but smaller in size) and other facilities are 5min walking. Also the Othmani village you have to ask about it, it is 15 min by car. next to the hotel are two supermarkets were you can find all what you need and more.

My 3 nights stay in Lilium hotel was very convenient and comfortable. I would like to thank the hotel reception staff ( day and night shifts especially Mr. BURAK /محمد براء )for their dedication, supportive and kindness . Thanks Mr. BURAK for his customer oriented and always satisfying the customers. Thank you again and will definitely stay again with lilium.

I have one concern related to the house keeping that the hotel management needs to fix it to make sure rooms are well cleaned daily. Already mentioned to the hotel reception to pass this message.
