Bursa was the capital of the Ottoman Empire and offers so much to see. We loved all the sites and hiking up into the forest Not many tourists in the area, authentic. We also loved our room that was upgraded without our asking by the very professional Mr. Hakan when we checked in. Excellent English and helpful, he was quite welcoming. Our room was spacious, the bed large and comfortable. A handsome, exceptionally nice young man, Edib, brought our bags up. Checking in was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices. Our standard is yogurt, fruit, eggs and it was also offered along with much more. Turkish coffee, but other types available with extra charge. We don’t smoke and the staff designated a part of the area non-smoking for us, or perhaps they would anyway. What is particularly impressive is the Restaurant on the upper floor that has amazing views. It spans the immense forested hills and the roof and large windows open. There is a lot of seating and it feels like you’re on a veranda. The views are absolutely gorgeous. (To be noted, we like a simple glass of red wine in the evening. There is no wine / alcohol in Bursa at all - at least that was our experience.) We want to also recognize Ms. Merve and Mr. Bülent who were professional & helpful as well and very friendly - and also spoke English. Thank you for being so kind, Merve and Bülent, as you made us feel welcome. Exceptional staff makes a huge difference in a hotel. We recommend Lilium Hotel & Suites - perfectly located as well! I had the pleasure of staying at Lilium Hotel Suite from 17-20 May 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. To my delight, Ms Merva upgraded my room, which truly made my stay even more special. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. The lovely lady Ms.Merva at reception is the cheerful face of lilium and she is extremely courteous and hospitable....other staff members Mr.Hakan , Edib and Ahmed are all very cooperative. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bursa—it deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating! The location and the staff were number 1 for us. During our stay, my husband had an important 2 day interview and they were able to accommodate for him to have a quiet and well lit space for the whole time. The location is right next to the heart of Bursa with the Ulu Cami mosque and the Koza Han. If interested, there are bus stops, metro stations, and taxi stations all within a 5 minute proximity.

Our first impression of our room was that it was small. We had a standard room, so we should've expected it. (The rooms dedicated for families whoever were very large). We learned from a nearby barber that the hotel used to be a hospital so the standard rooms will be small. With that being said, there was still enough closet space for a whole week stay, and the staff kept the place so tidy that it made up for it. The breakfast location was incredible, but I'm not sure if it was worth the daily charge (given there were better options outside, hotter, and for cheaper).

The room was clean and organized. The staff members were friendly and wonderful as well.

Everything was great, but it would be nice to put more tissue in the room. The cleaning button: It was cleaned only once and the cleaning service was wonderful, that was when they were on the same floor as we saw them as we were leaving in the morning. We clicked the cleaning service button from 9 to 10 a.m. and then left two times. As we returned to the hotel at 2 to 3 p.m., the room was still not cleaned. Nevertheless, everything was fantastic and amazing 👏.

A really good choice in the heart of Bursa. And a wonderful welcome on arrival from Kardeler on reception, even if one of the two rooms was not ready when we arrived. Fantastic valet parking included in the room price. We were upgraded to a better room, but the room itself wasn't completely refurbished; it was still very nice though, and very comfortable, and a great bathroom. Lovely breakfast room on the top floor of the hotel with great views.

It would have been really nice to have a glass of wine or a beer in the top floor panoramic bar, but we understand that alcohol isn't usually served in most places in the city.

The location was excellent, and the view from our window over the mountainside and old city from our very comfortable room memorable. A nice new hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. And Bursa itself is well worth a visit: there were very few foreign tourists there.

A minor point, but that view would have been better if the windows were cleaner! This was strange: the hotel is dry - as is Bursa as a whole - but on the website the lounge bar still shows beer taps, wine glasses and Johnnie Walker bottles. Perhaps update the website, although the change must be recent.

Rooms and bathroom were spacious enough..views wonderful..and especially the staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us whenever we needed throughout our short stay..kaldirem/Carmen, the receptionist who greeted us( she will recognise herself😊) gave us a warm welcome and advised us..Borek and Ahmed..and the concierge, everyone was great…we asked for a late check out whixh was accepted.. and even when we came down 30 mins later than agreed, the receptionist didnt make a fuss abt it..our taxi driver eas patiently waiting for us and he disnt rish us to check out of the hotel…would definitely come back there..the hotel is well situated with the metro within walking distance, even the kozahan is within 10-15 mins walk..

My overall experience was great with the stay. The reception desk is available 24/7, and the staff are very friendly and are eager to accommodate your requests. The car park was great as they have a free valet service which fetches your car in-out of the garage when you need it. The room was also modern. The price I paid was very reasonable. The sky lounge restaurant is fantastic, great food with great views and the staff there is also helpful, and the prices are very reasonable, with the selection also being good.

I stayed during late November and the room was cold, despite setting the heating to max (32 degrees) and it going 24/7, the max temperature in the room was 20.5C, which when getting out of bed in the morning was not pleasant. Also the staff speak English, but not at the best level, so sometimes communication was a bit of an issue. But these two small factors didn't influence the stay much.

The Hotels location is simply excellent, its right in middle of town close to all shopping and amenities. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are spacious and have great views of the Ulludag mountains. The hotel staff is also very courteous. I want to specially call out KARDELEN at the front desk. She was one of the most polite and friendly staff members. She ensured we got the best treatment and genuinely cared about our stay and well being. She also upgraded our two families to larger 2 bedroom suite that was massive in size and had amazing views. The roof top Restaurant is simply stunning and has great views of the beautiful Bursa city during the day as well as night. Great vibe and excellent food as well. Kudos to this property and the management for a great experience. Thank you! If I come to Bursa again, will surely be only staying at this Hotel. Highly recommend it, don't look anywhere else, just choose Lilium Hotel.

Overall this hotel is very cozy and accommodating. It exceeded my expectations. And I liked it so much that this was the third stay I booked there within a very short time frame. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Also the restaurant staff is superb and the rooftop bar 24 hour availably is extremely convenient. It's good to have a place to work relax and enjoy that overlooks the city always at hand.

The possibility to have a pool and/or rooftop gym would be amazing. Even though I was said they are likely working on a pool already
