Wonderful location (next to the main historical places and public transport 2 minutes away). We spent a very nice week with friendly and warm people (special mention to Yussef with his natural smile and also to all the staff). I will keep good memories. Thanks again !!! Inshallah i will come again and speak in turkish a little bit more...😉

A very nice hotel right next to the old part of the city and all the main tourist attractions. For sure its location is the biggest plus of this hotel. The hotel itself is nice, clean, good priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking included, but it is in the underground garage, so the car gets parked by its staff only, as the access ramps are very tight. Free breakfast. Nothing fancy, but OK. Good place to stay for one night.

Nice room with a great view of the city. Walking distance from the Green Tomb/Green Mosque and Grand Mosque. Tasty breakfast.

Pay careful attention if arriving by car. The hotel is down a blink-and-you'll-miss-it side street and driving in Bursa can be challenging.

Excellent hotel easy and fast to check in. All the staff are friendly and helpful to everyone. It's clean from lobby to your room. The staff Asli Öztüfekçi (The Manager) and Mahmood Al Salh are helpful and understanding for all your needs. we enjoy staying in this hotel and we high recommended this it. I will be back again. This is the 3rd time I stayed in Bursa Palas Hotel. It's opposite the silk Han , Ulu Cami. And towels market just 2 minutes walk. The hotel in the city center. Reception speak English Arabic and Turkish languages. They help me to check in early and check out late. Thank you for everything you do for us .

Big room.Located in the city but not noisy. A short walk to the places of interest. Many restaurants and shops nearby

A few lots of parallel parking in front of the hotel's small alley. Good thing is the staff helped to park our car.

The location is nearby to bursa mosque and bursa bazaar. Breakfast have variety of food. It's also nearby mini mart & local restaurant (delicious food ; you can ask the counter for recommendation).

The wifi is a bit weak at my room. Had to use my laptop infront of my door to get a better wifi connection.

Best location and beat staff. I forgot my Debit Card in the room Mr.Mahmoud Alsalah came fast and returned it very honest person also he checked on me if I have reached back safely :-) Mr.Saif was helpful as well. Mrs Asli the manager came out just to say bye. They speak Arabic & English which was very helpful. if I'm ever back to Bursa for sure I'm staying here. Thanks all. Everything was nearby. Room size, No shampoo rack in shower place which made me unconfutable somehow. Shower head very small, these are not major issues which can be rectify easily. rest all good.

Unexpectedly very good. The hotel is centrally located to most attractions. The hotel deco is charming and the breakfast spread is decent. Special mention to the front desk staff, Asli and Mahmud, for their ever ready assistance. A definite recommendation! :))

The hotel is decent for that part of the city and has a big underground parking, which is needed if you travel by car

Of course, there is no Internet in the rooms, but this is normal for Turkey even in 2024.

Location is great. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Within a walking distance to downtown and grand mosque. Breakfast selection is superb, with lots of varieties. The staff are friendly and very customer oriented. Highly recommended.

The parking is fine if you could find any open parking, but in our case, my husband had to ask the staff to park the car in the basement parking because the space was tight and steep especially for a big car. Staff is very helpful.
