Strategic location.. The location is perfect—within walking distance to all the major attractions we wanted to visit, such as the Silk Bazaar, İskender Restaurant, the Mosque, and the Tombs of Osman Pasha and Orhan Pasha, the founders of the Ottoman Empire. The hotel itself was warm and cozy, making us feel right at home.

Location is excellent. Very close to the tourist attractions and taxi stand. Walking distance to Sehrekustu metro station (10min)

I was given a room at level 2 on the side of the building without an elevator. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs. Already browsed the hotel's facilities before i booked and there is an elevator in the list but i was not aware that the building has 2 wings, only one wing has the elevator service. I would ask for a room on the other wing in the future.

The location so strategic, in front of Bazaar, easy to catch the tram, bus and taxi. The staffs also very helpful and friendly, especially the young sweet lady. Clean room,comfortable bed and good shower.

Nothing, just that the room is small for 2 person, no place to put and open the luggage, the breakfast menu is same everyday and not many choices. Hopefully, there are improvement in future on the menu.

Location of this hotel is excellent. The hotel staff is just superb, everyone tries to go above and beyond to help the clients.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of traditional Turkish breakfast items. In addition to the local options, they also had boiled eggs, cereal, milk, and sausage. If you're looking for something specific like an omelette, it was available for an extra charge.

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was great and the location was so convenient for both sightseeing close to the hotel and for taking buses to go further in the city. The highlight though was Fatiha at the reception. She was extremely kinda and helpful.

Our room was a bit small for 4 people that we couldn’t open all our suitcases at the same time.

Everything: the location is right in the center, the stuff is very friendly and kind, the room, beds very comfortable, the hotel decorations are lovely, the breakfast is delicious. I recomand for longer stays, because Bursa has a lot to offer, even I was passing through it and stayed only one night.

The parking spots: because the location is in the center, it's very difficult to find a place for parking, even in parking area in the middle of the day. In the morning or late in the evening, they are empty. It's a very crowded city and the traffic is horrible, they don't respect any rules.

The hotel is located near to the Bazaar and Grand mosque, and not farther away from the Osman Ghazi Mausoleum. Climbing a little higher can provide a breathtaking view of Bursa. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. As a family, we enjoyed our stay. This hotel is value for money and I would recommend it.

No windows to look to the street Restaurant Noise circulates to the rooms. Rooms are not sound proof…Annoying when tired and wanna have a late morning wake up

I stayed for 3 nights. room options for 4-5 persons are not align between booking.com and the actual in hotel. the options in booking.com : a. standard quadruple (max 4 adults) consist of 2 single bed & 1 queen bed with area of 20 m2 ; and b. family room (max 5 adults) consist of 2 queen bed and 1 single bed with area of 22 m2. I paid for family room (higher price) but when I arrived the hotel gave me room with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed, after I complained the receptionist said this room is family (quadruple is considered by hotel as family room ) and the room which I want only available on the next day. it seem the hotel did not provide correct info of the beds, area, and pricture to the booking.com and booking.com did not verify the data.

Overall a great hotel for families. Location is perfect for tourists as a lot of places are at a walking distance. The entire staff was very polite, welcoming and always helpful. Osman took good care of us. Breakfast tea was 10/10. Hopefully the printer would be fixed soon. 😀 Already looking forward to our next trip.
