Fantastic Stay at Lotus Park Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways! Location: Perfectly situated, close to major attractions and easy to reach. Comfort: The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Staff: Extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Plus, they speak English, which made communication smooth and easy! Breakfast: A delicious variety of fresh and traditional Turkish dishes. View: The breathtaking view from the 5th-floor breakfast area made my mornings even better! Overall, I highly recommend Lotus Park Hotel to anyone visiting Bursa. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!

I loved the central location The reception staff and all staff who worked below and including the 3rd floor were exceptional. Our family stayed on levels 2 ,3 and 4 The Hotel has the potential to be excellent with minor changes to breakfast menu such as variety and care with food ,for example not overbooking the eggs so the yolk turns green

We didn't enjoy the breakfast at all which was the same daily and the staff who worked there seemed unhappy to be there. Also the cleaning staff on the 4th floor were very poor , even though we asked for the room to be cleaned it was only cleaned once during our 5 night stay

Perfect location. It was located in the old town, so we could go to a lot of shops, restaurants, and historic sites on foot. Metro and trams were also within walking distance. Nevertheless, our room was not so noisy. (maybe because it was inside the building - trade-off between view over window and noise) Basic breakfast included with great mountain view. Front staffs were friendly and helpful.

The door of the room was a little hard to close. (A front staff told us how-to, so we didn't have a problem actually.)

Great location, very close to the old city, Ulu mosque, local market. There is also Zafer plaza mall, imediately above hotel. Around hotel are couple of good restaurants. Hotel was clean, room service is every two days. The bathroom was big. We neede one more night, because we arrived early, and it was arranged imediately. Hotel staff were very helpfull and professional, one of the best ones I met. We had decent breakfast, it was something new every morning. Air condition is avaliable, and beds were large and comfortable. Happy with the price also. And the staff can arange you a parking spot, we payed 6 euros per day.

There is nothing that I could write here, I had really good experience.

The location is ultracentral, situated downtown, in the middle of the city. There is an amazing restaurant next to the hotel (and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from because the hotel is placed exactly in the heart of the "old town", near the Green Mosque). We didn't have enough time to visit everything, but it surely is an amazing place. Omar, the receptionist, is an awesome, friendly and sociable person from the staff who speaks English well and he's very eager to help you with everything you need (from pieces of information to showing you where to park your car). He is a great help. The parking lot is safe and the price is truly fair. The beds are also so confortable, we slept extremely well here.

Our room and the breakfast buffet area were spotlessly clean. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, courteous and friendly with excellent English and booked an early morning taxi for us at a price we felt confident was fair. We had arrived by bus which was excellent but the time of our return ferry made a taxi a more reliable option. The hotelis ideally located to see the main attractions in Bursa.

I find that stairs and handrails are awkward for me in nearly all public buildings in Turkey, this hotel is no exception. The lift was fine but I prefer to use stairs where possible.

I just loved it! The room was a comfortable size, AC worked well, great shower and bathroom. Perfect location in the middle of everywhere you’ll want to go. The staff is incredibly lovely and also very helpful. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay and they directed me to a nearby medical center that was excellent. View from breakfast room is gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was a little soft in side but otherwise I loved everything!

Location is great, it's cleaned every day and the receptionists are just amazing, they will do their best to help with everything.

The turkish coffee with breakfast is not included, it costs additional 100 lira. The lady in charge for breakfast is not very friendly (unlike all the receptionists), and quite uninterested, on her phone instead of filling in juice when they ran out of it. At least a smile would be appreciated.

It's a good hotel at a reasonable price. The location is just perfect: right in the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a shopping mall at hand. It's possible to park a car not far from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English. The room is comfortable, well designed and complies with standard hotel expectations.

Cleaning should be improved. The electric kettle and the fridge were really dirty inside, so I had to clean them on my own. The floor also needs better maintenance. I would also recommend adding some European food to breakfast because for us there was not much to eat.

Friendly staff, the rooms are not super new, but clean, settled in quickly, there is a place to park the car. There are elevators, which is convenient because there are 5 floors. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the city and the mosque. The choice of food for breakfast is not large, but you can have a good breakfast. Separately, I am delighted with the location of the hotel, the Great Mosque and the square and baraz are nearby, there are places to go and take a walk.
