Nice staff. Very close to tram which goes in a circle around the city so if you get lost just find the tram and it will take you back to the hotel. Close to Kent Meydan and Osmangazi metro station. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways close to the hotel. Two grocery shops next door. Freshly decorated rooms, nice view of the city and mountains from the balcony. 1 min walk from a local mosque

The street itself is full of shops that sell machines and tools so it is not the best for window shopping but the tram takes you to Fawzi Cakmak street and the bazaar so those needs are easily met there. The room could do with some kind of bedside lighting for reading etc before sleeping.

small bathroom staff had a bad attitude the parking is horrible and when i asked them to park my car they assured me it wont be parked on the street i found it in the morning when checking out it was on the street and i had trouble with the parking guy and police and had to pay a fee and ticket

On one side of the hotel is a big shopping mall however on the other side it does not look like a very safe neighborhood. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke perfect English at first stay day. However the other morning the receptionist didn't know English and was speaking rudely with me. He was ordering me to cancel my booking order and pay directly to him which I refused. After arguing he just said go to your room and didn't even say sorry for creating a conflict situation. The toilet has some bad smell going from the shower. The old water from the previous person was left in the fridge.

parking was not possible here, as the parking lot is a joke breakfast was extremely disappointing staff barely understood any basic english toilet was leaking small room

The guys behind the desk are very polite, but we did book and made a reservation in euros. At the counter they asked for turkish lira and then gave us the option to pay in euros with a terribly poor exchange rate.

The breakfast was terrible. My room was ok but the toilet and shower had a terrible smell
