I sat with them 10 days of the most beautiful hotels I have landed in all my many travels. All the staff are great, special and welcoming all the time reception, restaurant and even security as well There is a young man in the restaurant who is very distinguished in his work and assists you in everything and provides service with a smile always and in a very nice way, There is also a reception girl who is not separated by laughter and smile and always helps you with very great respect.. Green Parsa I wish you well and continue to provide outstanding service always and I hope to return to Bursa soon🌟💪🏻

we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. - room size small, but clean, and functional. we hat everything we needed. - beds comfy and clean - staff friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies and gentlemen in the breakfast area. - diverse breakfast, everything you need avalaibale, fresh and clean - private parking spot - this was the main reason for me to choose this hotel and I was not disappointed. - not even 5 min walk to Kent Meydani and the mall. - very easy to reach by car coming from the highway from Istanbul. not positive, nor negative: - City center is about 25 min (!) away by walk - which was no problem for us. We enjoyed the walks through the city.

- the bathroom in room 702 needs a serious make-over. Not only the equipment was old, but also damaged. Starting from the shower cabin. - the sink was constantly leaking. We needed to use our towels in order not do stab on the wet floor. - very thin walls... noise sensitive people should make sure to bring gar plugs.

Bursa is a big and bustling city but the Green Prusa was easy to find and we were able to pull our car up in front then a porter took it always and parked it for us. The hotel is very nice and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the immediate area doesn’t have any attractions it was only a 150 lira cab drive to the old city which has many sites worth seeing and it was an easy 20 minute downhill walk to get back.

It was all good for what we wanted although it would have been nice if the restaurant was open for dinner instead of just breakfast.

The room was very nice, had very nice and modern luxurious design and an excellent bathroom. Shower was great, the room had everything and beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Thanks for everything! The hotel also has free parking on the back side of the building.

After the room was cleaned, staff usually left the AC on in the heating mode, which made the rooms very warm when we arrived. If the AC is left off in the room by the guests, do not run it. This will also save energy for the hotel as well.

Very nice and clean place just 400 meters away from city center, easy access from the main bus station if you are travelling by bus. Staff was very cooperative, specially front desk staff, they made check in very smooth for us. House keeping staff was very good they cleaned our room each day very good

My room was towards road side so quite much traffic noise during night time.

Close to the attractions. Most of all breakfast was awesome. Very impressive. Tried tea, and lots of nutritious options. One night stop by before heading to east, was great choice to see Brusa as well.

A bit hot at night, and noisy. But no issues while sleep.

The room was very big, private and of great standard. Great place to relax with a nice mountain view. Staff were very professional, helpful & lovely and gave us a wonderful welcome. The breakfast was also nice. This was a really great experience.

The location is good if you’re driving or want to take taxis to get around, but if you want to walk, it’s not very close to restaurants, cafes etc

I will be having breakfast Monday morning, watch this space.

I have only ONE observation, nothing else. > There is no television channel broadcasting in English, it doesn't sound much BUT with all these facilities available i.e. Fire TV Stick - International Version, OR Surfshark just a thought for the Hotel Management to consider. Myself I am embedded in my laptop, that's all I need.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service provided by the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay extra special by bringing a cake during the breakfast ! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more memorable. The hotel itself was very comfortable and provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality. Thank you to the lovely staff for making my birthday celebration truly special!

The room was very nice, spatious and clean, very comfortable!!! The receptionists and the breakfast staff were super professional, respectful and helpful!!! The breakfast had a good variety of food items. The overall appearance of the hotel was really nice!!!

Some food items of the breakfast may have been spoiled, at least it tasted like that to me.
