Check in-out completed quickly. The hotel staff replied my message quickly via Booking app. The car park has enough spaces. Thermal pool was meeting expectation, clean and fun for families. Room was clean, air conditioning was working well. Staff was helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was tasty.

I was expecting to find more different types of food for breakfast. The options for the breakfast were limited, it was not reflecting the generous traditional Turkish breakfast. But, the available options were tasty.

Perfect location to visit old town, big free parking place and a lot of hospitality of personnel I didn't have anny turkish Lira only Euros. Receptionist offered me 100 Liras for paying the taxi driving me in the old city with comment, you will exchange money in the city and pay me back after your return. Hospitality on high level! Breakfast real turkish breakfast with a lot of tasteful vegetables, cheese and fruits. Thank you Ramada by Wyndham, I will for sure come back again! Dare

I didn't experienced anything bad. I had in Bursa in the past some "not expected" ocasions, but here is everything according to expectations for me.

The breakfast was really good, the staff excellent and in general they really cared and made my limited stay excellent. The parking was free and easy. The down side was that the spa was not open when we got there and did not open until 9am the following morning. This was not good by the time I could use the spa breakfast would be too rushed. However overall the hotel was great and I'd certainly stay again.

the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about 5kmn from the city centre - so need a taxi to get into town.

room was on first floor - and when people at reception make a noise - you can hear it. There was a group of people that came in late after 11pm - and they continued to make a noise till about 3am. hotel management should at least stop this - since it is happening in the common area

Actually nothing, just the air-conditioner in the room was a little bit noisy, that bothering me at the nights.

parking is private and big, clean rooms , nice bed , nice shower,not crowded,

the shambo and hair conditioner not to up standard 4 star hotel, tv very small , it be better if hotel put tea and coffee in tray not putted on the desk, you can not select cold air in room as they say it’s October and we are in winter season but in side room hot so I solved the problem by tilting outside window to have some fresh air, breakfast is standard not much extra ordanry.

The Wellness area was a little small but I'm in a minority of guests who actually use it so no big deal

To be honest, everything was excellent, I thank all the staff, especially Brother Burak and Brother Imran, thank you for the good treatment, a beautiful and quiet location, there is free parking and there is an market in front of the hotel.
