The hotel is very exclusive and at a high level. THE ONLY BIG COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY CHARGED US 10 EUROS FOR ALL THE TURKISH COFFEE DURING BREAKFAST TIME. A hotel of this level shouldn't mind charging for Turkish coffee! HUGE SHAME THAT THE HOTEL REALLY CHARGES TWO COFFEES FOR HOTEL GUESTS!! I WOULD GIVE THE HOTEL A RATE, BUT BECAUSE OF THE CHARGING FOR THIS COFFEE, I WILL GIVE A RATE OF 8

The place is pristine clean. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast was very rich. I also had the best truffle oil-sauce pasta of my life in the restaurant, great job chef. Perfect price for the service. Everything feels really professional, prim and proper. Good for business travels, couples, as well as families. Definitely recommended.

The location is great for those with a car as you don't have to deal with the traffic inside the city. But I don't have a car so I had to use a taxi to commute to the city center. Taxi cost is around $6-7 usd per one way trip. One thing that made me upset is how the rooms can get all the noise from the corridors. Especially if you are staying close to the elevators. The doors are being shut too loud (due to the spring mechanism) and people start making noise from 8 am. Definitely killed my sleep, but I requested 1-2 hours late check-out as a compensation and was able to sleep more. And lastly, spa was fully reserved when I arrived so I could use it during my one night stay. I could have been sad if I were hyped about it but it was not so important for me.

Loved everything about this property. It's a brand new place and it had a way better fitness center than some of the big name hotels. Pleasantly situated on the hwy for easy access The breakfast spread is really huge with combinations of hot, cold, Turkish and western choices. Wish I had spent a few more nights here

That they didn't have an Iron and when asked they had no clue and asked that we wait for housekeeping to get in, in the morning.

The breakfast offering at the hotel was extensive. Instead of a usual buffet, all dishes were brought directly to the table. This personal touch contributed to a relaxed start to the day. The ambiance in the entrance area and the breakfast room, with its appealing wooden tables and modern yet cozy furnishings, was very appealing to us. We were passing through, so the location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it is situated right by the expressway. Despite the proximity to the road, the double insulation of the windows ensured that we did not perceive any car noise in the room. Moreover, the road is hardly used at night. It is also worth mentioning the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. Both the cleanliness of the entire hotel and specifically that of the rooms made an excellent impression on us. Everything felt very inviting and well-maintained, which made the stay very pleasant. Overall, we can recommend this hotel without any reservations and would stay here again at any time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, modern and clean. The wifi and AC worked well. Although situated on the main road it was very quiet in the hotel. Lots of parking available. There is a restaurant on site although quite expensive, we didn’t eat there. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet but there were lots of options including hot food options. Would recommend.

Great hotel, really enjoyed the stay, very friendly staff, very helpful, rooms were really nice, very spacious. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit, would love to have tried more. Food and service is 5 star. Breakfast is a really interesting experience, a Turkish breakfast, very tasty, very fresh, I was amused that cappuccino was an extra but it was a very cheap addition.

Leaving. Will definitely be there again.

It's located outside of Çanakkale which is very convenient if you only need one night to sleep on your way to the resorts in Turkey. The car park is big enough and easy to use. The staff was very professional. The room was clean and had everything we need it.

You can't choose what you want to eat for breakfast. But they gave us a lot of food. It's just not what we normally eat in our country for breakfast.

We stayed here for one night. The staff were exceptionally kind and accomodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable but alas it was rather stuffy even in winter. This was because our rooms faced the setting sun and as it became rather uncomfortable the staff were very accomodating and moved us to rooms across the hallway with windows that faced the opposite direction. What a world of difference! Breakfast was very good as well. We were happy with our stay and would reccomend staying here.

Nicely designed hotel, excellent attitude from all staff, very good service, perfectly clean, excellent breakfast. Good location for the the trip around Çanakkale by car.

When considering the booking please take into account that rooms with windows towards the highway can be a little noisy (but nothing you would not be able to survive).
