Due to the bad reviews, I was very skeptical before I booked the property. But out flight was canceled and the price was great so I thought “how bad can it be for a few hours of sleep.” After staying, I can tell you: IGNORE the bad reviews. It is a budget hotel so if you align your expectations accordingly, you will have a wonderful stay. Now the positives: rooms are decent size and very clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The small balcony is a treat. The AC works great. The location, you are right on the main street. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food and decently priced for Dalyan (coffee 100 tl). We were very happy with our stay and I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Location is great. It’s on the main street and within minutes of many riverside restaurants and cafes. Migros (a local supermarket) is around the corner and less than a minute walk. Rooms are small but more than enough for a family of three. Beds were comfortable. Shower was clean. The price is very good. The young guy at the reception is helpful and very kind. We personally had a very lovely experience. We will definitely come back whenever we are in Dalyan.

Excellent location, right in the cenre of the restaurant and bar area of the town. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good supermarket near by, which was great, as the appartments were self-catering.

Nice and helpful young woman who spoke English. Good price. Curtains on the windows and nice little balcony. It's not too loud my baby slept well.

the price for breakfast is very high and different than on Booking. Breakfast small with no choice. You get a plate with a small portion. High price for instant coffee which should be free for breakfast. We agreed with an employee that we would leave the hotel at 1pm and that was also a problem because suddenly someone came. We had to get out quickly.

PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS OLD MANAGEMENT!!! I love how it is run. The Owners are lovely, speak good English and make you feel very welcome.

Staff were amazing! Really hospitable and great guys! The pool was a little treat when the weather was hot and it was centrally located to the strip.
