Fantastic location on the river watching the turtles at breakfast & dinner. Staff fantastic too, very friendly and also helpful

We were Half board option and there was no choice given at each meal time, also no drinks given with this. Breakfast was the same basic cold offering every morning apart from omelettes which could be made apon request. Coffee machine seemed to run short of milk or even coffee most mornings too. We were in an old and very small room..too small for a double bed and a couple and really should have had a single bed in it. Aircon was good tho. & included!..…. also the use of a room safe so thumbs up for that, but would book one of the new rooms this hotel now has if booking again. Overall hotel had a lovely chilled feel with a great swimming pool area and gardens kept lovely too. Good value for money if only taking the room only option I would say.

Location on the river was excellent. Superb breakfast taken each day on a pontoon watching Nile Turtles (a great surprise and delight), terrapins and mullet swimming about. Kingfishers flitting across the river and boats chugging up and down. Very relaxing. Good sized pool and an abundance of sunbeds.

A small brochure about the hotel facilities would have been much appreciated. The hotel has bicycles which anyone could borrow - we weren't told - and there are some excellent bike rides using the cheap ferries both upstream and downstream - which we only discovered by talking to other guests. Also the hotel has a pedalo for anyone to borrow, and there is a very pleasant hot spring bubbling away just across the river, very secluded and beautiful - and we again only found out about this by chance!

Been near the river, 15 min walk to town. Nice gardens, plenty of Little private areas to sit. Still had feel of an independent hotel hope this dosnt change now its on the jet2 package. Breakfast included and other food good and well priced. Staff friendly and helpful. New rooms comfortable. Fridge in room. Terrace we're you could sit to have breakfast or other meals or just read a book. Morning you can see the regular turtles. Lots of cats and kittens. Looked well cared fir.

Woken up early by noise young crying children. No one's fault just one of those things. Maybee better sound proofing for windows. A few guests bit loud. No TV in room

Outstanding location directly on river. Tasty Turkish food. he food is great if you like Turkish, but, if you want lots of meat then probably look elsewhere. The main food focus was on mezze salads and starters, and then fish or chicken. A la carte restaurant did pizzas, burgers, pide etc. well. Nice pool. Pretty grounds. Popular with Turkish families. All in all excellent value.

The rooms are small and without desks. WiFi was never good and sometimes it was bad. If you want an English breakfast or heavy meals, or can't live without your phone, this hotel isn't for you.

A lovely little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My room was small but clean and comfy. The pool area was a good size and usually had sunbeds to spare. Some in the shade, which was appreciated. The hotel sits right by the river, and there is a nice path alongside that takes you straight into the town. Breakfast and dinner were both good and can be eaten by the river while turtle spotting. Credit to Hassat and his team for keeping the restaurant running smoothly and making me feel welcome.

It could be noisy late at night by the pool bar.

Fantastic location right on the river. You can watch the river turtles as you eat breakfast and there is a lovely lounge area with cushions with a fantastic river view. It's away from the touristy centre of Dalyan, but a lovely shaded riverside walk to get there if you want. Pool was also great. Nice and deep and bigger than it looks in the pictures.

It was fine for me but the rooms are pretty basic. If you want luxury, go somewhere else, but if you want great views and a chilled vibe then this is for you.

The riverside terrace where we had breakfast and dinner with Nile river turtles in such a glorious location was a highlight. Stunning view to the cliffs and river. Our room was cool and we enjoyed the Sirius pool all to ourselves. Lovely grounds and very good breakfast. I enjoyed watching the cook light the fire and hand bake the bread in a brick oven. Great staff super helpful. Saw 3 hedgehogs, 7 turtles, Purple Heron, Pygmy Cormorant and I was only here 2 nights!

Someone had tried to sweeten the drains with crystallised cleaner which was a heady mix and not an improvement.

The hotel was in an ideal location only 10 mins walk from Dalyan & right next to the river. In the mornings we had breakfast and x3 turtles arrived.to entertain us. The Riverside Hotel has their own boat and arranged various There were boat trips to the lake and mud baths & also we went on one to evening BBQ to watch the sunset at turtle beach A couple of nice pools. Friendly staff, Alp the manager super helpful when arranging taxis, restaurants, local Turkish massage. A very relaxing holiday but there are enough things to do if you don't just want to sunbathe and chill out.

Wonderful setting next to the river. Lovely swimming pool. Outstanding breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The owner took us on a boat trip to see the turtles. It was a privilege sharing the afternoon with this passionate and inspiring person. Seeing the turtles and blue crabs from eye to eye is an unforgettable experience. The barbecue on the boat was delicious. All in all a great experience.

Missed a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea.

Good value hotel on the riverside. Rooms have powerful air conditioning, a very comfortable matress and a hot shower room. Terrace with chairs and table over looking the well laid out gardens. Lovely pool and a breakfast buffet with a good choice of cereal, yogurt, bread, olives, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber cold sausage, fruit, both dried and fresh, honey, jams biscuits and cake. Tea, coffee fruit juice available. Good value evening meal should you wish to have dinner there. A very enjoyable stay.

Everything was good and as we expected.
