The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city. The price was reasonable, especially with breakfast included. I booked a non-smoking room, but there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. I assume the room was previously a smoking room before being converted. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was quite rich and satisfying.

The hotel was very nice, we were at the top floor and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was great, as usual in Turkey. They have their own car park in the side street. We visited Hierapolis, Pamukkale and Laodicea. Denizli was the perfect hotel stop. Piskin Hotel is close to the center, with many shops and restaurants around and because there aren't many tourist in Denizli the location gives you a real sense of life in Turkey. Safe and no pushy sellers, just friendly people around.

We only spent one night to visit pammukale from Denizli. The receptionist allowed us an early check-in which was nice and helped us with directions to dolmus station and a restaurant. It has been the only room in turkey where once you turn off the lights, the room gets fully dark to sleep, which was appreciated. Good breakfast

The hotel and the room had a strong smoke odor despide being a no smoking room. It rained and water came into the room throught the window, we had to ask for extra towels. It was difficult to comminicate either English or Spanish at the hotel and Denizli.

Very spacious room including a huge bed. Lots of little things in the room that make the stay better: minifridge with free water, tea/coffee, AC. Also a working TV in the room although that mostly had Turkish channels. The hotel is on a large road so there are lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Pamukkale, either get a taxi straight outside of the hotel or the bus station is a 15 minute walk away. Staff were always very friendly too.

A spacious and comfortable room in a great location which is opposite a taxi rank. There are some nice places to eat close by. We were able to travel to Laodikia and Pamakale/Heriopolis easily as the taxi drivers were really helpful. The breakfast was very nice

The shower head was in need of replacing and the shower door was a bit awkward.

We had a nice stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed. Convenient parking space just behind the hotel for our rental car. Breakfast was pretty good. Decent location, easy to access and close to restaurants. Good value for the price.

+Centrally located, at the beginning of Denizli’s main commercial street +Public transport stations in the vicinity, including those connecting to the airport and the University +I walked from the bus station to the location, so I’ll consider it close to that too. +Permanent police post across the intersection (for those security minded) +Good breakfast; not extraordinary in terms of variety (I think I had the same during my 5 nights stay), but what was provided was very good and nutritious. +I had the room with the view towards the “boulevard”. It was surprisingly quiet (especially for Turkey), with a nice view towards the mountain at the end of the street. +Had minifridge, safe and I think also hairdryer. +Everyone is complimenting the personnel, and with good reasons +Price was Great

The location is near the bus station..just in drive from Otogar to the hotel. There’s a taxi stand just opposite the hotel so if you need a ride to Pammukkale or Otogar or anywhere else, you can easily get the taxi from there. There are also a lot of good food places around, mostly traditional Turkish style (kebab etc) and also Burger King if you fancy some fast food.

The room was changed twice due to the facilities (door cannot be locked and remote controller for AC is not working etc) but the staff was very nice and accommodating to help us with all the problems:)

Customer service and location were really good!

The air condition had a bit of mold smell, you could see that the wall had spots starting to show the mold. I guess the humid weather has a lot to do with it.

Location was along the city centre, they have a dedicated parking area for hotel guests which was located separately . It was at a side street. Stayed for 1 night for our visit to Pammukale, coming from Antalya. It was a 3 hour car trip and wanted a restful sleep before setting out in the morning. Beds comfortable and breakfast was included.
