Nice cozy room.，really comfortable～The reception guy is really nice～He helped us with our luggage and show us where the pamukalle is～And the view from the balcony is wonderful！

This is a little gem. Located a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars in the village means it is very quiet. Rooms are comfy and unusually come with a kettle which does make a difference for tired travellers! Breakfasts are great and beautifully fresh. Just when you think you are set they appear with a plate of cooked food as well! The staff are lovely and most helpful. The pool area is a bit small but whilst we were there (4 nights) only once were all the sunbeds taken. We stayed at the end of a touring holiday and it was great to have a place to relax, whilst also convenient for visiting the travertine terraces and local eateries.

Common areas were well taken care of. The room was spacious. The owners were very helpful all the time.

The shower sewer was clogged and the shower head was too low, I needed to bend my head to fit in.

Swimming Pool excellent, water not cold as sun hits directly most of the day. Restaurant around Pool very good ambience. Breakfast very good

Before reaching rang up on +902482722250, at least five times, previous day and day of arrival. Did not pickup. At hotel rang in front of receptionist, ringing, so why No answer. TV in room not usable. First they connected power board to connect TV power cable, as existing points on the wall not connectable. Then had to wait for two hrs before TV man came and made OK. Room should be checked before handing over. 15 mts uphill walk to Travertines. In summer this walk exhausting

We had a near-perfect 5-day stay at the family-run Melrose Hotel. We loved the location on the edge of the village, a short walk from the centre. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and really looked after us. Communication was easy. We swam in the pool every day and also ate at the hotel one evening (the kofte were superb).

When we stayed, the wi-fi wasn't great. It was good enough for everyday use, but it struggled when I needed to join a Zoom call. But, to their credit, the staff found a solution for us. The breakfast was perfectly adequate but unexceptional.

We had an exceptional and unforgettable stay from the moment we entered the hotel, and everything was wonderful. All the staff were wonderful, especially the young man at the reception. They offered us tours that were very enjoyable to visit the pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, Alexandria, and the White Desert, accompanied by our guide (Marwa). He met all our needs and it was an excellent experience. Very enjoyable, and the view of the rooftop from the top was very good, especially the Bedouin tent. I loved everything there. I recommend it.

Family ambient, quiet place, surrounded by nice neighbours with small olive, pomegrane and quincy orchards. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Breakfast, and menu for lunch/dinner were very tasty and well prepared. Well located, at walking distance to downtown.

Room was too small to accomodate 4 people. Some arrangements such us stair lamps, railways, and small stais need to be improved for better safety ( one lamp was too low and hit my head, a small stair was not obvious and almost fell). Pool is clean but water is not heated.

The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. We were happy with our stay, except there is no bidet in the bathroom. Staff are nice and accommodating.

We requested if we could have our breakfast in advance upon our arrival in the hotel, as we are leaving early the next day for our flight. They didn't allow us. We were told they would prepare packed breakfast in the morning. But the sandwich was with cheese, cucumber and tomato only. No eggs or any meat on it. No coffee 😔 No bidet in the bathroom.

Centrally located in a quiet part of town. Walking distance if restaurants and shops and walking distance to Pumakkale Travertine Pools. Friendly staff. Fantastic pool and breakfast and dinner area. Good restaurant.

Sound proofing is non existent. We could hear every conversation and furniture moved from the adjacent room. Restaurant more expensive than restaurants in town. Example: EFES beer at hotel 180TRY and at a restaurant 110TRY. Food was also much more expensive than highly rate restaurants in town.
