I really enjoyed spending time here. We were informed about Pamukkale during check-in. We visited Pamukkale and Hierapolis based on this information. It really made our job a lot easier. And we had a few beers in the garden to relax from the day. Everyone in the restaurant seemed happy. It was the first time I felt so safe away from home. Breakfast is open buffet and arranged on a long counter as much as possible. The interior of the restaurant is also big, it feels comfortable. The coffee is important! It is freshly brewed.

The location is great! It’s closed to everything. There is a small supermarket near the hotel just like 1 mins walk. The staff is amazing especially Mr. Yousef from reception. We arrived very eatery and been invited for breakfast and we could check in right after wile finish breakfast which is plus plus amazing for us. The could arrange transfer from airport. The taxi driver is very on time for us which is appreciated. The day for our departure is earlier than their breakfast open time but they got the breakfast ready in restaurant for us so we could have quick breakfast before leaving. Amazing! We got three single bed rooms and it’s comfortable for us! Definitely recommended!

The stairs to go to second floor is a bit dangerous since is outside. The help to carry luggage but it’s also dangerous for staff

The map about Pamukkale at the entrance is very informative. The activities you can do and all the places you can visit are photographed on the map. The hotel staff informs you at check-in and makes plans for the places you want to visit. How easy! It's great that things are easy and fast. people from all over the world are here. I'm sure it was a nice stay for everyone. I didn't see anyone dissatisfied. The staff are happy, the guests are happy. the room is clean. The restaurant is great. The view made me take many photos for Instagram. Even group check-in was very easy and quick. I am grateful! mr. Yusuf and Mrs. Yesim Thanks for everything!

We received much more service for the price we paid. Massage and transfer are arranged by the reception staff. room service is fast. The rooms are spacious and well designed. It makes you feel comfortable like being at home. And knowing that the car we rented was safe in the parking lot made me sleep comfortably. If I come to Turkey again, I will definitely come here again. and advice for visitors: the sunset view from the pool with slides is wonderful. There is a children's playground built on the grass. It is the most suitable hotel in Pamukkale for families. Visitors from many different countries stay here. The bed was comfortable and the shower was comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast, buffet style, was great, the veg of salad was fresh. And quite a lot of choice. We have booked 3 double rooms for a 2 nights stay. The rooms were specious, clean as described.

The only thing annoyed us especially were the bathrooms. One toilet's shower head holder was missing and a hairdryer in another bathroom is not working. The issues were sorted out by changing rooms once we reported it to the reception the next day. And WiFi signal were a problem as well. We were told by the reception it was the reginal problem beyond their control. So we have to switch off WiFi and using our mobile data. Otherwise, there are no complaints.

The staff were exceptional, they upgraded our room to a family suite, provided information on the Hieropolis attraction and even provided us with a ride to the entrance which would have been quite a walk if we went ourselves. The location of the hotel is exceptional to view hot air baloons in the morning and to visit Hieropolis. If you are going to Pamukkale to visit this world heritage site then this is the hotel to stay at. The room is value for money and ideally located, expectations should be in line with this. Thanks Anya Resort for an unforgettable experience in Pamukkale! I will visit again to hopefully do the hot air baloon this time...

We enjoyed our stay at Anya Resort and special thanks to Ali who helped us with everything throughout our stay. He and his team were kind enough to extend the checkout time cause we checked in late, helped us visit the Hierapolis ancient city and the travertines. Also, they helped us to purchase swimwear for a cheaper price in a local store rather than at the Cleopatra pool. Ali also arranged us to and fro transfer from Denizili Airport. The dinner and breakfast at their in-house restaurant was great and value for money. We can’t recommend enough of this resort. Would definitely visit again.

The toilet seat cover was bit damaged. But that was a minor thing which didn’t bother us compared to the great experience we had.

I travelled with a large group of students and teachers in a project. I kept in touch with Ali, the personnel at the check in desk on the way to the hotel and he was so nice to do all the arrangements before our arrival. So the check in took us only 5 minutes for a group of 30+, while in other places we spent like 2 hours to do that. So we took advantage to relax at the restaurant for the time Ali offer us. It is important when you travel in such a large group. He also managed to arrange the balloon ride for the next morning at 7 am, even it was almost 11 at night!! Since the next day it was one of the students 16th birthday, he also offer us a place where to buy a birthday cake at 8 in the morning. The personnel helped us to organise the surprise for the girl at breakfast.

One of the ladies who was a guest at the hotel was so annoyed about our students that she went to their doors to scold them for making noise, even it was 10 pm. It was very rude and mean of her, but the personnel was objective and tried to solve the problem politely.

Anya resort is great value for money, all the staff were really welcoming and accommodating. The rooms itself seemed quite large and clean. My room was facing the travertines and in the mornings through the balcony I could see hot air balloons flying over them. It was a short drive to the attraction as well, approximately 6-7mins? The breakfast spread was good too and there were actually two dogs every day who were owned by the hotel that would come, kept all the guests quite entertained. Would recommend for a stay!

The property is so much better than the pictures and is really beautiful… nothing that you will expect in the small town of Pammukale. Honestly it was such a comfortable stay even though it was only for one night. From the moment we entered the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was large in fact we were upgraded to a room with the view of the Travertines and wehen we woke up in the morning we woke up to the view of hot air balloons flying right outside our window. It was beautiful. The cleanliness was taken care of and the breakfast was a large spread. The property has two large swimming pools truly giving it the feel of a resort. Much recommend. The best hotel stay.
