The hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from the pools (city entrance). The room is very large, comfortable, and clean. There is private free parking just in front of the hotel (not sure if enough spaces if the hotel is full). It's not an issue, but consider that just cash is accepted (also EUR)

Breakfast is good. Take care, because 30 minutes after starting, there were items missing on the very limited buffet. I asked for a bit more yogurt, and they refused to bring it to me. Wi-Fi signal simply doesn't exist in the room.

We arrived in Antalya a day earlier than expected, called the hotel, and they offered us a room at the hotel next door with breakfast at La Paloma Hotel. This made our arrival much easier as it was nearby. The next day, we moved to La Paloma, and from the moment we arrived, Aniel greeted us warmly and kindly, helping with our luggage and check-in. Upon entering the room, what a surprise! The decoration and a bottle of wine as a courtesy to congratulate us on our honeymoon were wonderful. Breakfast by the pool was fantastic, as it had everything we needed. The location was in the best area, just steps away from everything, with very little traffic since it’s in a restricted tourist zone. Coming from 15 years of working with the Marriott chain, I can say this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at during our two-week trip to Turkey. Keep up the good work in making travelers’ stays enjoyable. I will definitely be back and recommend it 1000%!

Location , warm hospitality , great breakfast

Great location, beautiful hotel exterior, friendly staff, less than 10mins walking distance to Pamukkale village gate, cosy eateries nearby (great pizza), balloon and Pamukkale view right at window. Absolutely adore the outdoor swimming pool, so happy to be able to buy ice-cream conveniately at the reception as it is really hot in summer. Staff responded quickly to our enquiry, they arranged good taxi drivers for us to go to the South Gate and to airport. They even took the initiative to pack our breakfast as we have to catch early flight, how thoughtful.

This sweet little suite has so much potential. It will be great if they can upgrade the shower facilities and blanket. Definitely would love to visit again.

The quiet location away from the main area, but walking distance to restaurants & shopping, was perfect for viewing the Travertines & hot air balloons from our bedroom window. Staff were amazing from Coskun on Reception who was so helpful, the housekeepers/cook & Seker who prepared & served the amazing breakfasts with a wide variety. All required facilities & bench space in the AC room. Great clean pool with decking area. Drinks & ice creams to purchase. Parking right outside hotel.

Only problem was a lack of warm water in the shower which may be when hotel fully occupied

Apart from the amazing structure, it was the service, the hospitality and the generosity of the people working there that really struck us. Everyone is very helpful and always greets us with a smile and enthusiasm. The food at breakfast is superb and we didn’t need to go out for lunch and dinner as their restaurant’s menu is enough and soo inviting 😁 Special mention to Busra who went all the way to help us and even drove us to Pammukale since we can’t find a taxi . She also made transactions for our Ephesus tours and shuttle transfers to airport very smoothly. you can tell that the people working here are not after the money but are focused on proving excellent service and satisfaction to their customers. I had a very early flight to the airport and left 1.30am and to my surprise, they even packed breakfast for me, so thoughtful. This is by far the best accommodation we had in Turkey! ❤️❤️❤️

We spent one night here and I had only pleasant impressions. We were greeted very hospitably at the reception, I think it was the owner of the hotel, he is a very friendly person. I no longer expect anything from hotels in Turkey, but this one pleasantly surprised me. most importantly, there was no smell of tobacco in the room, not a bit of tobacco smell at all, this is very rare for Turkey. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay there. The bed is very comfortable, several types of pillows are softer and firmer. in the bathroom the hot water was really hot and flowed without restrictions. the towels were tired, but compared to everything else it was a minor thing for us. for breakfast there was an omelette and various Turkish snacks, as well as coffee, tea, cereal and fruit.

The location, view of the springs & the apartment building itself was just, well for me personally, the very definition of Melrose, interpret it whichever way you see fit. The hosts, a husband & wife couple were just so friendly & accommodating, it was as if we were like old friends seeing each for the first time after many years apart. Their pool area, bar area & restaurant area were a welcome addition, where in the morning you'll be served up a killer breakfast, not to be missed! I can't recommend Melrose Viewpoint enough, enjoy your stay & the natural wonders, that is the springs nearby.

Nothing really, all seemed to be in good order, the room lights & electrics were a little wonky but it was not such a major issue for us because there were many lights to choose from. I mean you could literally set many different moods with the lighting combos the room offered!

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful here - full marks for the welcome we received! The hotel was well placed for accessing Hierapolis (you could even walk there, though it was uphill all the way). Our room had a great view over the travertine hillside. The bed was spacious and very comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast, too!

A few minor niggles needed to be sorted out, otherwise all was good.

For a short stay, it was good for what we needed - close to the local bus, close to restaurants, close to the sites. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and lovely to deal with.

While the breakfast was free, they bring out set dishes and a lot was wasted because there was just a little too much for 2 people. Also, the bathroom sink was left a little unclean unfortunately but nothing we couldn't clean ourselves.

They informed us about the hotel in advance. Easy to access to the town gate by walking. Served hot meals and the buffet was very nice at the breakfast. Parking was in front of the door. They prepared sandwiches and fruits when we checked out early. Clean and spacious room, and plenty of hot water and clean air inside the hotel. ○ electric kettle,sorp,shampoo × fridge, conditioner No elevator, But they helped us. And the steps were wide! They provided all of these with THAT PRICE! Why not!!
