The breakfast at Alida was homemade and absolutely delicious. The owner, Hakan, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Staying at Alida added extra perks, as some local services offered discounts because of our stay. One of the main reasons we chose Alida was its prime location. Waking up in the morning, looking out the window, and seeing the stunning travertines with hot air balloons "parked" right outside was simply amazing! Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience.

Simple, comfortable, feeling freedom and being respected. Hakan and his father, also Baris, they know English.  They are helpful and will answer your questions as they could. Breakfast is simple but good taste. i really like. Room is small but enough to open 2 big cases. Toilet is spacious and separate with bathroom.  Strong water for shower make me feel comfortable 😌. I will stay this hotel next time if I come again. You can walk to the gate of Pamukkale (not South Gate) around 10 minutes which open at 8am, the direction is go upward. if you want to go from South Gate. you may go by taxi or asked Alida to help to call a car to South Gate. From South Gate, you can walk around 10 mins, then you will arrive the starting point of Pamukkale to go downward. Remember, for buying tickets, they only accept TL cash, not accept EURO cash. But you can pay by Visa card. Ticket charge €30 or €40 depends where you visit.

We like the genuine interest in our accommodations and stay. We saw the Owners every day and were always available to answer any questions we had. They assisted in our pickup, set up of balloon ride and bus (dolmus) ride to our next destination. Hakan Bozkurt, one of the owners, answered my emails almost immediately. We had one of the best breakfasts served to us each morning during our stay at Alida. If we make it back this way again, we would definitely stay here. They are located within 100 meters of the central gate to the Travertine Pools. We were able to walk up the Travertine hill to the pools as the Tour bus crowds are dropped off at the top and do not to experience the full length of the Travertine hill.

Fabulous location. We had rooms on the top floor and the terrace outside had a wonderful view of the travertines. We could see people walking up and down the trail. The room was small but comfortable. There was a buffet breakfast with a good selection, and the view from the breakfast room was also excellent. We woke up early to the sound of hot air balloons filling nearby and saw them taking off, which was fun. We were able to park across the road for free. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to walk only a few minutes to find a good selection of restaurants. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool - that was a bonus!

We were very happy with the hotel

The hotel has an authentic, local vibe. It isn't fancy or new, and neither is the town. It emanates the character of the town and its inhabitants. Although the room is not fancy, all facilities work well, and the view from the balcony is what we came for. We were welcomed with Turkish tea and treated to a grand Turkish breakfast with bread toasted on the cast iron stove in the breakfast room. They excel in hospitality.

Only that we didn't know all the options for transportation to and from the hotel before we came. We flew in and out of Denizli. At the hotel, we learned that they could have arranged more convenient transportation for us.

The staff were always available and always very helpful. The location is perfect for tourists given its proximity to the travertine, hot air ballooning and that Alida has their own beautiful restaurant with wonderful views but also in a location where there is a great variety of restaurants, to operators And convenience stores

No complaints. Perfect choice

Hakan was incredibly welcoming, yet discreet. He assigned us a room overlooking the travertines. The heating conditioner worked excellently, and there was also a heater in the room. Upon arrival, we were offered a cup of tea, and there was a basket of seasonal fruits with a knife for slicing. Breakfast offered a stunning view of the travertines. Overall, a delightful experience with thoughtful amenities.

The location is fantastic - Kapadokya wise. It's not because it's near to shops or public transport, but I can just walk to view sunrise at sunset point! I managed to watch balloon pre fligh preparation from that viewpoint. And the view from our room during hot air balloon time is magnificent! Breakfast is simple but perfect. The best thing is they prepare it hot! You can inform them when you plan to eat so they can prepare in advance. I love the breakfast. Oh missing it so bad while typing this now. Stairs / Lift - Theres no lift, but no worries the hotel staff will help to bring your bag. Kindly inform them what time you are arriving. Remember that hotels in Cappadocia are mostly small with less than 20 rooms. So you may want to update your ETA so they can be ready for your arrival. Room - I love the room, it suite the price. :) And there's big bottle of drinking water too! Perfect!

There are minor things that I hope Arif Cave Hotel can improve. One or two bulbs There are broken bulbs in our room, and its nice to have a better shampoo and shower gel. It doesnt have to be a branded one, but maybe a little more than average.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay truly enjoyable. The property is well located, close to the Pamukkale travertines. The hot air balloons are also a nice sight to see in the mornings. Amazing breakfast.

Perfect location just across from the travertines - the South Gate is about 200m walk - and lots of restaurants close by. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is good, there’s free parking right outside and there is a nice-sized pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Highly recommend waking up at dawn and watching the hot air balloons drift over the travertines, what an amazing sight! We’re so glad that we stayed the night.
