We arrived and checked in early afternoon, Found car park space right in front of hotel; Fantastic location - walking distance from Pamukkale lower gate entrance; Mr Murat the owner is nice and helpful, after our Pamukkale sunset trip we ate delicious vegan dinner at his White House restaurant; The room and its private barroom was small but perfect to sleep over for one night; We booked directly via hotel an early morning/ sunrise hot air balloon trip. Our pilot Huseyin was amazing and very efficient, and the view from above was just incredible! Fine landing was followed by a glass of bubbly, certificate and option to purchase the 370 videos which we did and was totally worth it! Thank you so much :)

Great location and great owner, Murat. He offered us a lot of useful information about what we can do around Pamukkale and he also helped us with booking a hot air balloon trip. We had a very good communication on Whatsapp, he was very attentive and asked us if everything was ok every day. He also has a restaurant White House close to the hotel, with a beautiful and quiet garden and delicious food at reasonable prices. His dad was also very nice with us. The rooms are small (ok if you don't have many luggage), but we liked the building and I recommend this place.

Comfortable beds and friendly owner, provided useful info. Very close to the Pamukkale site, bus station and supermarket within 5 minutes

No hot water in my room but owner was helpful and suggested that I could use the one in another room. Room isn’t got even if the ac is on. No isolated shower space, you basically shower right next to the toilet bowl.

Close to everything in Pamukkale! The hotel owner's family and even the hotel owner were all very friendly✨ They helped us a lot with not only pick-up service from Denizli Airport but also purchasing bus tickets for the return trip. The owner pretty much did everything! I was also able to ride a hot air balloon thanks to the owner’s help! If you come to Pamukkale, be sure to stay here! He took me to see Pamukkale and I was very satisfied with all the services! I felt like I could stay a little longer.

I booked for single bed .The host upgrade me Double bed. The host s honest man. I ll give him cash, I said that chk ur credit card first

The boiler cable is short and the power outlet is high from the floor, the hotel should give the long cable connector . The breakfast s not included, it is still my doubt.

The hotel is 2 minutes far (by walk) from Pamukkale thermal baths. The staff has been incredibly kind and available to meet our needs and beyond. They prepared for us a great turkish breakfast even if it was outside the breakfast scheduled time (were overslept). The facility has also private parking spots, which are essential if you come by car.

Bathroom might be a bit tiny and rooms a bit minimal. But it's not a big issue, I wouldn't say it was a problem. Let's remember we paid a great price for staying right in front of Pamukkale thermal bath, so it was way more than acceptable.

Location was great. Few minutes walk to entrance of the travertines. The owner is super friendly and helpful. He offered to make breakfast for us in his living room for a small fee. Very nice. We were also able to choose which room we wanted. We took the 2 single beds. Quiet. Minibus stop nearby.

Bathroom could use an upgrade. Can be noisy but depends on your neighbours.

Owner Mr Murat is friendly and helpful.He has a restaurant, spa, hot air ballon and tour services. Room and toilet are clean, bed blanket are soft,. Environment quiet to sleep.Excellent location in town, walk to pamukkale cotton castle.

The owner was super helpful and kind! He introduced us many good places to visit. The hotel is only 2 mins on foot from Pamukale lower entrance. Very good location. If you would like to go paragliding or a hot air balloon flight, you can also book the tour in the hotel. The price here would be much cheaper than in Cappadocia.

This property is run by the most lovely old man. His smile and kindness made the stay even more lovely. The rooms are clean, simple, and is located very close to the travertines. Pammukale is a small town of just a few streets and everyone is friendly.

The rooms on the ground floor tend to get cold at times. But it's not really a problem.
