The pool was great, the location was incredible, walking distance to Hierapolis. The staff was friendly, they even served me coffee and biscuits at 5am before my balloon trip!!!! Turgay is a star, he looked after every detail of my trip, he fixed my transfer everywhere I wanted, anytime I wanted, he fixed my train, he fixed my balloon ride, he gave me the best tips on everything, the guy even arranged a hair appointment for me with Nazife (another star!) at Salon She. There is nothing they will not do, totally worth the 5⭐️ Thank you so much for the hospitality!

I liked everything!

Very friendly and helpful staff, they helped us a lot. The room that we got was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great, too. There was a private bathroom in the room and also a fridge and a TV (just plug them if they're unplugged from the mains). The hotel building is like an atrium with a swimming pool in the center. The pool looked good, but I didn't use it, because I was too busy exploring the travertine pools in Pamukkale and the archaeological site of Hierapolis. Lots of natural and historical attractions there. The entrance to both of these sites is in a walking distance from the hotel. The minibus stop is near the hotel, too, and you can get to/from the city of Denizli quite easily, just tell the driver where you want to stop. Also, there're lots of restaurants near the hotel.

This was not a big problem, but the bathroom door could not be closed so easily, so push it harder and it willl close.

There was a good variety of food as there were few people in the hotel it was quiet & relaxed breakfast. Swimming pool was clean & refreshing! Hotel is a little rundown like so many there - it’s seen its heyday but it is clean & in a good location at a very reasonable price.

Our room was not cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed so my wife took out the garbage & toilet paper bin each day. If toilet paper has to go in the bin surely the bins should be emptied daily !!

The staff was the most adorable we have encountered the whole trip. The location of the hotel os just perfect (15 minutes away from the travertines and the hotel itself is beautiful it kind of looks like a riad and the pool had water straight from the travertines very pure. I 100% recommend this hotel I would love to go back myself in the future.

Room was spacious and beda were really comfy. Breakfast was buffet style and really tasty. I like the location, it is really close to the Pamukkale Town entrance. I love the fact they have a pool, since it can get very warm in Pamukkale.

The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Water was flowing underneath the shower cabine while showering, which made the whole floor wet and very slippery.

This hotel is perfect for a visit to Pamukkale! Really good value for money, the breakfast is very good (I loved the green olives, the cheese, etc.). It is also walking distance from the central entrance of Pamukkale/Hierapolis and the stop of the public transport from Denizli is just at the door. The owner was very kind, speaks English and overall I had a very pleasant stay.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. They gave me great recommendations on where to shop and helped me find local tours and activities. Their support made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was also amazing with a wide variety of options. I would definitely love to come back again

I really liked that the place is super close to the Pamukkale, has very nice staff being super helpful and caring as well as that there is a nice swimming pool in the middle. Also amazing breakfast with staff coming and asking if we want more.

Nothing much. The rooms might need some renovation but it's not a big deal given all of the other advantages.

Great basic stay. Walking distance to the main sites (though that does require 10mins uphill walking, some without shoes) Large pool with sunbeds, breakfast is a great spread. Helpful staff. Parking was just on the street, not too difficult to find space.

The care and attention this property gave me and my mamma was amazing! From private cars and private tours everything was catered specifically to us. Booked air balloon tour and cleopatra tour with hotel. The recommendation from hotel was perfect! We left wanting to stay in turkey. We will definitely come back with more family.
