Great value for money, covers the basics well. Right in the centre of town, walking distance to the thermal springs. Friendly staff.

No mini fridge, the furniture was a bit dated and the bed was on the harder side. Also we didn't have hot water in the morning when we tried to shower

The location is perfect - close to bus stop, restaurants and a short walk from Pamukkale site entrance, and a pretty view from the terrace. We have spent many nice moments there fuelled by the bottomless tea available for guests 🙂. The rooms are small and simple, and furniture has seen better days, but everything is clean and in good working order. The family who run the hotel were very kind and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay, and for the 30 EUR per night that we paid it was a bargain.

There was no kettle in the room. However that turned out not to be a problem,as tea and hot water was available all day on the terrace - and tea drank with a view of Pamukkale is better than in the room 🙂 The breakfast price upon arrival was different then advertised when booking (7 EUR rather then 4). We ordered dishes from the menu instead which were tasty and seemed better value then the set breakfast, so again not something that impacted our experience, but may be useful for others to know.

Super close to Pamukkale south gate. Clean rooms and the entire stay was very comfortable and inviting. The building also housed sparrows, so you wake up to their beautiful chirping in the morning. They offered breakfast for 7€ per person, which sounded reasonable the night before, especially since they mentioned their mother prepares them. While the food was good, we felt it was not worth the money. Breakfast included store bought bread, small portions of jam, butter, honey, few salami slices, cheese, olives and omelette.

The staff were excellent, especially the mother and son who manage the property with great care. They were always available to offer support with anything we needed. The rooftop area is peaceful and spacious, with complimentary tea available at any time. The pricing was very reasonable considering the amenities offered—particularly the swimming pool, which is accessible at all hours. A truly relaxing and well-managed place!

No frills hotel at great price near the Pamukkale/Hierapolis sights, 5 minute walk to the city entrance at the bottom of the white hill. Bar/Breakfast/Restaurant at the top, from where you could also see the hot air balloons fly. Staff was friendly. Cash only (lira/euro/dollar). Facilities are dated but clean.

Would be good if breakfast started at 7.30 instead of 8 AM -but we forgot to ask, maybe it is possible. Breakfast was good but price was slightly high compared to the cost of the accommodation.

The rooms were spacious and conveniently close to each other, with a great balcony that was easily accessible. The open kitchen was a fantastic addition, making the stay even more comfortable. My children and I absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Pamukkale travertines, as well as a long stretch of restaurants and souvenir shops. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Even though the host was very helpful and all but usually the reception was full of hookah smoke. that is rest was good

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!” The room was spotless, and the staff gave us a very warm welcome. The location is perfect—close to small markets around the village, which makes everything convenient. The locals are incredibly warm and friendly, adding to the overall charm of the place. We especially appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee—it’s a thoughtful touch. Overall, it’s excellent value for money. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to others!

We checked in at 10pm, the lady was kind enough to help us through the process AND keep restaurant open a bit later so we could get some dinner. Nice family run place. Breakfast was lovely, you get to see the pamukkale area from the terrace. We got stuck at the Pamukkale-Heirapolis area with no taxi to return and messaged the hotel in a panic, they were so so soo kind to come pick us up! We were very thankful (especially considering the relentless heat).

The aircon in our room didn't work very well but we checked in so late, didn't get a chance to address it. I'm guessing it probably would be fine after a clean.

We had a great time in Kervansaray Hotel. We only stayed one night but everything was perfect. The rooms were big and comfy, clean; facilities were great also, there is a swimming pool that is perfect for the hot weather and also some areas you can hang out and chill. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice and helpful. When we visited Hierapolis/Travestine site, the hotel staff gave us a great tip for the visit and even drove us (for free) to the farther entrance so we could walk around the park and finish our visit in the other entrance, that is just a few meters away from the hotel. Another thing to highlight: I initially made a reservation for the wrong dates, booking the rooms for 5-6 may instead of 5-6 June. However, I only noticed my mistake in the beginning of May and immediately asked for a correction. They nicely and quickly accepted the change in the reservation and there were no extra charges. We would definitely stay there again!

The Hotel location is tremendous. It is just a 5-minute walk from the Travertines of Pamukkale and just a 10-second walk from the bus stop. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The offices of different bus services are also just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is run by a family and they are very friendly. All-day coffee, tea and water are free. And if you want breakfast at the rooftop restaurant just pay a small amount, at our time it was 5 euros and at that price, it is the best option.
