Osman and his parents go above and beyond to take great care of their guests (even offering a complimentary early morning ride up to the south gate of Pamukkale). They can arrange activities for you at very low prices (paragliding, hot air balloon ride, etc ). The room was clean and comfortable. WIFI worked well.

It is a small hotel with most rooms facing the pool/street and the mosque is close by, so noise can be an issue for light sleepers. Bring earplugs for some traffic noise and the early morning call to prayer accompanied by a chorus of howling dogs!

Our host, hossen osman was amazing. From our arrival he made us feel so welcomed and made us feel at home. Also he dropped us in his own car, to the south gate of hierapolis, saving us both time and money. He also explained which way to come down so that we come down the other gate which is then barely a 10 mins walk back to the hotel. His wife cooks delicious turkish food in their restaurant which we had for dinner and Mr Osman even gave us discount on hotel rent, breakfast and dinner. On our departure, he had us board a shuttle in Front of the Hotel to go to the bus station in Denizli, saving us loads of money on taxi. Highly recommend this hotel. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. He allowed us to stay at the hotel as we reached very early (6am). Offered us breakfast and gave us umbrellas as it was raining. The place is also very close to Travertines.

Just don't fall for the tours. Almost everyone out there (in general) is to kind of rip you off. Just do it on your own. It's by walking distance and see it for yourself. Wish I had known this earlier. Could have saved a lot. Because our guide just spent 10 mins with us and left us there and went to attend to some others. She didn't even complete the tour.

.This is a great family run hotel. My motorbike was parked right in front of the hotel. The wifi is good. My room had air con, and some worksurface. Enough room to walk around the bed. My evening meal plenty full and delicious. Breakfast was more than I could eat. The owner was kind enough to take me to the top gate of the roman ruins and limestone travitones. It's just a pity he didnt warn me about the earphone scam the ticket agents play. This where you ask for a 30 euro ticket, they scan your card and give you a ticket and earphones. You do not ask or need them, and they are not offered as extras. When you check your account, you've been charged 40 euros instead of 30 you were expecting

I recently stayed at Aspawa Hotel and I must say that we enjoyed our stay. The room with a private bathroom/shower was great value for the price we paid. The shower water was nice and hot and we liked how spacious the room was and that it came with A/C. The location is great and close to Pamukkale. What really left a lasting impression is how Osman and his parents are so accommodating! They made us feel like family. They offered to drop us off at Pamukkale at any time and after we got down from the travertines, it was a short 10 minute or less walk back. They also offered to drive us back to the hotel but we opted to walk. They did not ask for extra money and did this from the kindness of their hearts. We found out that the hotel recently switched owners to Osman (56 days as of the date we stayed) and they’re doing an amazing job so far. We even watched the sunrise from the rooftop access! The wifi was fast and reached our room easily (room #11). The price was comparable to other nearby hotels but they included free breakfast which was such a treat! The breakfast was so delicious that I didn't get a chance to take a photo! We had a boiled egg, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, olives, 2 white cheeses, processed deli meat, fried cheese wraps, signature sesame bread, baguette, nutella, butter, jam, and honey. It was a great way to start the day and we appreciated that it was included in the price of our stay. They also offer free coffee and tea all day. We would recommend to others and would stay again. Overall, we had a great experience at Aspawa Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Pamukkale and the surrounding area. The free breakfast and coffee/tea were a nice touch, and the wifi was a bonus. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

Breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us. Since we needed a room from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM—outside standard hotel check-in and checkout times—he did his best to accommodate us. Though we had to wait for a room to become available, he made sure we were comfortable in the meantime. He even gave us a free ride to the southern gate and shared valuable tips on how to get back. His hospitality truly makes you feel warm… For anyone with a similar schedule, I highly recommend planning your stay to align with standard check-in and checkout times to ensure a smoother experience.

His wife prepared a decent breakfast. - The location is good, just walking distance from the travertines. - In the morning you can enjoy the hot air balloons taking its place in the sky. A wonderful & wider view can be seen from the rooftop. - It has a small but decent pool. The water seems nice & clean but didn't get the chance to swim. - Wifi was good & fast enough

- The water heater in the bathroom might not be working because the water was a bit cold

Managed by a family. Very sweet and helpful people. Had dinner at their restaurant too, tastes like homemade food because the wife of the uncle who runs it makes it very deliciously. The rating is 9 because of the helpful nature of the owners. Rooms are little but are clean.

Rooms are a 7, as the amenities are somewhat missing. For example, tea coffee boilers and water bottles are not provided. In pamukkale, many tourists need not stay for a night, but because of our night bus journey the previous night, we needed a hotel, and it honestly suffices the need.

We liked everything about the place. Osman and family are truly very helpful people. Be it booking of the tour or currency exchange or any information about transport, Osman was ready to help us. The breakfast was nice, too.There is a swimming pool, too but couldn't use it because of the cold weather in October end. I had planned to go in an expensive taxi to the Denizli Railway Station for our train to Selcuk but Osman convinced me to go in a bus which cost only 40 Lira per person. We also got a good deal by booking the Pamukkale Tour which included guide, lunch, transportation and entrance fees and a visit to the Gem factory. Highly recommended.
