Everything. Pool is with Pamukkale water changed every day, fresh and clean (withouth chlorine like many other pools in the area). Breakfest and dinner made with fresh groceries, delicious and with resonable price. Beer garden in front of the room... Owners polite and unobtrusive. I really don't understand why this place don't have rating 10 for this price... We appreciate this autentic experience, this is not a confection hotel.

The structure inside would be more beautiful if renovated, but we did not mind that because it was very clean, with great shower and comfortable bed.

So pleased we booked this lovely family run hotel. Location is ideal, very close to the entrance to the Travertine Terraces, literally only 5 mins walk, plenty of nice restaurants and parking right in front. The pool is superb, super clean, they do a lovely breakfast and there is a small garden bar. With only 12 rooms it never gets crowded and the owners are really friendly, our son had great fun playing with their son and this really made our stay very special.

Staying at sunrise aya hotel was an absolute delight! Located just across the corner from the stunning travertines, the hotel offers the perfect spot to catch a breathtaking sunrise. Waking up to the soft glow of the morning light over this natural wonder was truly a highlight of my trip. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with markets and restaurants just a short walk away. However, I quickly found that I didn’t need to venture far for an unforgettable meal. The owners of this family-run hotel take pride in cooking with the freshest ingredients, and it shows in every bite. The owner grilled the most delicious steaks perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. His wife prepared the most amazing rice and salads, bursting with flavor and freshness. Dining here felt like being welcomed into their home, and it was a truly special experience. After a day of exploring the nearby travertines, relaxing by the hotel’s refreshing pool was a perfect way to unwind. The pool area was pristine, surrounded by comfortable loungers and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful retreat under the sun. It was the ideal spot to cool off and enjoy the serene atmosphere. What truly sets Sunrise Aya Hotel apart is the warmth and hospitality of the family who runs it. They are a beautiful, welcoming family who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our children instantly connected with their lovely kids, and now they’re already asking when we can go back! The kindness of the entire family, along with the friendly and attentive service from the young lady made our stay incredibly special. Their genuine care made the experience both personal and memorable. If you’re looking for a place with stunning views, a refreshing pool, delicious home-cooked meals, and the warmth of a family-run establishment, sunrise aya hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t recommend it enough and I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Safe parking for motorcycle right outside the reception. Very cosy garden with it's own bar by the pool. Aya is a very kind and service minded host. We did not know the size of Hierapolis-Pamukkale and planned to go there in the morning before check out. But we found out we needed more time and booked one more night, when we came back she made us a full breakfast, even if it was after mid day. And it was delicious. Very clean room and beddings. Outside area was cleaned every day. High value for money.

This hotel has an amazing space with pool and garden which totally changes the aura of the hotel. You don't feel like you just go your hotel to get rest and sleep but you spend some time, either by swimming or chilling at the bar. It is basically in the city center and you have Pamukkale just by 5-10 minutes distance. Staff was so friendly and after we forgot some of our belongings in the hotel, they contacted and sent them us, thank you so much for that!!!

Clean rooms with every kind of bathroom thing there. There was a small pool where the kids enjoyed the play, a beautiful garden where you can drink beer or at the morning drink coffee and have a breakfast.

The bad thing in our staying there wasn’t the hotel, we were so surprised about prices in the restaurants in Pamukkale- everywhere was so expensive but the quality of service and food were not so good that we expected for this price. In the hotel everything was so good.

Great location for nearby activities and restaurants. Really good freshwater pool which was changed out daily whilst we stayed there. Food available at the property and of a really good standard. Laundry facilities also available. Outdoor bar on the property. Very clean. Air-con in the room. Plenty of parking available also.

Staff were friendly and very adaptative. Rooms were clean. It was a great location to be very early at Pamukkale at 6:30 the next day. We come back early in the afternoon and stay after the checkout without any problem. I recommend

Unfortunately there was no water because of a water cut in the city so no toilet and no shower. I must say that it was not their responsability and they found us an alternative to get a shower with the next door hotel (but still). Except that, the stay there was perfect!

We had a fantastic three night stay at Sunrise Aya Hotel. The family who manage the hotel are absolutely wonderful. They did everything to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic and close to everything in Pamukkale - a 5 minute walk to the Travertines, and less than 200m from a dolmuş stop. Highly recommend!

Location was amazing. We arrived around 7am and it was the perfect time to drop the bags off and visit the travertines. The hotel is a short walk away. We arrived back for check in and all was seamless. Rooms were basic but clean. Staff were lovely. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Overall, great value for money and you can’t beat the location.
