I had a really pleasant stay at Grande Arte Hotel in Eskişehir. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated — exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made getting around the city simple and stress-free. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. Nothing too fancy, but it was fresh and satisfying. They have a collaboration with a parking lot across the street, and they offer a discount if you stay in the hotel. It is a private parking ideal for motorcycles. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Eskişehir. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is wonderful, very well positioned, we reached the river (from where you can get on the gondola for a ride) in about 10 minutes on foot. Around the hotel there are pubs, places with cheap and good food, and a Mall where you can shop. Eskisehir is a very beautiful city. The hotel has a swimming pool + spa + massage + sauna + hammam - you can access them all if you pay 500TL per person/1 hour. The hotel also has an agreement with the covered parking (which is right next to the hotel), and which without a discount is really expensive! So after you get the key to the room, ask the reception to give you a ticket for a discount on parking (I paid 300TL for 2 nights: entered the parking lot at 5 pm and left after 2 days at 10 am). Be careful, if you go out for a ride by car in the meantime, you pay extra for parking.

I really wanted to use the pool, so I paid for 1 hour of spa and pool, for 2 people 1000tl. I found that the water in the pool was cold enough that I didn't want to swim anymore. The lady at the reception who collected the money for the services, could have specified that the water in the pool is much colder than body temperature (it wouldn't have been a problem if it was summer, but we wanted to splash around at the end of December, after all that's why we chose this hotel). We would have replaced it with a massage but there was no one left to give it to us So check the service you want before paying. Otherwise only good

The hotel is very good. Located not in the exact center of the city, but still at a very central and busy place. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is also very big, and this is great. There windows are soundproof, that guarantee a good night sleep. Also the bed is super comfortable. I never had such a good sleep at a hotel. Huge plus is the fact that there is a public parking across the street. It is with 24/7 security. Special thanks for Mr. Ali Barani at the reception, I had few questions and he provided me with answers to them. Next time when I am at Eskisehir I will definitely stay here.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was big enough for two people, I wasn’t sure if breakfast would be Turkish or your typical “continental breakfast”, but it was Turkish and including everything you could ask for. Staff was very helpful and friendly, everything put together it was a very pleasant experience to stay with Grande Arte Hotel!

Some (decorative) lamps didn’t work in our room, there was plenty of light in our room so it really wasn’t an issue, but: the ventilation didn’t work in the bathroom, so there was a bit of humidity and the WiFi didn’t always work, but it was free and for all guests, so that’s to be expected

It’s location was perfect in any measures, close to yht train station and city main shopping mall, also you canfind many good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel offer 10 percent discunt on som restaurant like teho which is my favourit italian restaurant in Eskisehir.

Although the windows are double glazed, but the insulation isn’t sufficient, especially for the rooms that face the street. The breakfast didn’t offer much choices, most of the items were not tasty, and the quality of breakfast was nowhere near the quality of the hotel. I Hope they improve their breakfast next time.

- I saw in comments, that some people had spa access included, but we weren’t so lucky 😅 - I expected it to be more like a spa hotel, but it didn’t have any creams or lotions in a bathroom (but it’s not a problem, it just my expectations) - we booked a non smoking room, but there was an ashtray in a room (no bad smell though)

Friendly and supportive staff, great location, clean rooms. It was exceeding our expectations. Parking was at a charge of 200 TL per day (discounted with a voucher from the hotel) in a public parking behind the hotel. The pool was at a high charge actually (600 TL per person per hour) which is quite high to what they are offering and the pool water was so cold.

Reception personnel: EXCELLENT!!! Facilities (spa, sauna(s), Turkish bath, swimming pool): very good!!! Breakfast: depending on the stuff present for the day, we had an excellent experience one day, but also a less great one the next day. Nevertheless, the food choices were excellent, all stuff was overly polite and welcoming, and the little inconvenience wasn't based on bad intention or lack of professionalism. Extra: they have a little sweets shop/restaurant near the reception, with delicious things to enjoy in a classy atmosphere.

Although very welcoming, polite and giving us full attention, stuff at the bar/restaurant were not speaking very good English, unfortunately. Still, the overall experience didn't suffer from it, they managed to please us and to serve our orders gracefully.
