Exceptional place! This is one of the best hotels I've ever been. There are so many green plants, exterior design is magical. There is an internal yard with swimming-pool and places to have a rest. I was traveling with my family, we occupied three rooms and every evening we had tea with baklava near swimming-pool, that was awesome! Breakfast has options: you can choose either English or Turkish one plus some additions. Staff is very polite, smiling and helpful. There are several parking slots hotel, but they aren't private, and sometimes you have to search for parking place in 100-200 meters from hotel. Room was clean and was being cleaned every day. Bath accessories weren't cheap, I really liked them. Location is also great - 3 mins from the beach.

The single drawback here is loud music from the beach or some other place until 3AM maybe. But this affects whole Oludeniz. And Kassandra is great here - they provide earplugs! Huge thanks! One more thing: rooms 201 and 202 have doors to the street side. And across the road there is very loud Mojito Bar which is open terrace. It works until 3AM and is much louder than music from beach because doors has no such isolation as windows. I lived in 202 and had noise from both sides: window and door. So if you are noise-sensitive, DO NOT CHOOSE 201 or 202 rooms, ask them to swap to any other.

It looked very nice and the view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What you read about the music is true. we didn’t know the location looked this much like a party strip in Mallorca. During the day it’s fine, but we’d rather stay in Fethiye next time. The food at the hotel itself was very good too, but the music from the bar opposite to Kassandra ruined the peacefulness a bit. Also the bathroom smelled a little and the wifi often was very weak.

The staff were great, especially the ladies on reception. The bar staff were all pleasant and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The location is perfect for Oludeniz as quick access to the beach, good restaurants, bars, etc. The communal areas and pool were beautiful, a great place to switch off and relax.

The only negative is the noise from the bars when in room 202 or 203, which face the bars. None of the other rooms do. Once we moved rooms, we couldn't hear it, and neither could our family who were poolside. The lovely receptionist helped us move as soon as another room was available.

It was exactly as the brochure stated, a beautiful small boutique hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. It was very quite and relaxing around the hotel. The bed linen was very clean and white. A great place to stay and wish it was in a different location. I have ticked NO to would I stay in this property again but only because of the resort, pick this property up and place in a different location and | would be there tomorrow. The resort was the issue, not the hotel.

The resort is not the best, the main restaurant, bar and shops area is looking shabby and is noisier than I remember from previous visits. Utilising the restaurants in the side streets was the alternative and fine so didn't spoil the overall experience. If I stayed again it would be purely because of the hotel, and I would manage the resort issues that I had

A beautiful tranquil and serene place, close by to everything, but still peaceful. Cool and calming rooms, stunning scenery. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of fruits, cheeses, delicious omelette, and melt in your mouth tasty croissants, along with figs, walnuts, jams and breads. Juices and Turkish tea available too. Produce was fresh and local. The resturant served the tastiest food, nice presentation and catered for all.

Everything was perfect

Lovely hotel, beautiful surroundings, great pool, spacious, clean, comfortable rooms, lovely bed, good, quiet aircon and great shower. Staff are lovely, especially the bar staff. Great breakfast. Central location in the road between the main, noisy strip and the road into Oludeniz. If this was an adults only hotel, we'd return every year.

As stated in other reviews, the central location means noise, i.e., loud music from nearby bars, until 3am some nights. Whilst it didn't ruin our stay, it is something to consider. Also, swim up bar was never open. No music around pool. Room needed better lighting as quite dingy. Lots of kids in pool despite the hotel not really being aimed at families.

Beautiful interior, territory, garden… all is very nice, for photos is best Calm and quiet pool area, very cozy, only a little of hotel guests Staff awesome (only some part)

Breakfast, every day the same, only eggs, products quality like 3* all inclusive, 0 seasonal fruits, cheapest vegetables… Staff is very tired, often awaiting at breakfast time or can’t bring your orders, no coffee or forgot about something, wrong count etc… First hotel in my practise, where you can’t bring something to drink at pool area by yourself, only must order at hotel restaurant. For me, this policy is okey for restaurant or bar, not a pool.

Very calm, nice architectural building, including pool,green space,trees and flowers. Polite and efficient reception. Just a few minutes by feet to the beach. On the way, you have on the right side the restaurant “Orange “ and by turning on the left on the promenade, a good pizzeria( try the Sangria!) The beach promenade is special with all the paragliders coming elegantly from the sky. Our hotel room at the ground floor near the pool was very, very spacey and comfortable. In our eyes, one of the best hotels in the corner!

Little breakfast could be better, but this is a weak point of nearly all the hotels on this Turkish coast.

The kassandra was just amazing. the decor is so tasteful, the rooms are so spacious. The toiletries are L'occitane! The place is super clean, the breakfast is just wonderful - such a great selection and a chef at hand to cook your eggs just how you like them. The waiting staff are hard working and so friendly. The kassandra will book any trips you want to do. The restaurant has very good reviews and you can taste why. Excellent food. I would say the best hotel in Olu Deniz. Maybe the only one with such style.

Having to leave!

The best hotel in the area, we had the penthouse room and it was amazing! The hot tub was great and the products in the room were fabulous. The staff were professional, warm, welcoming and so helpful.

It’s quite noisy at night, the hotel provide ear plugs which are necessary for a good night sleep. It’s quite a party destination which I wasn’t aware of, clubs and bars are open until around 2am.
