Staff members made our stay very comfortable and we will surely come back again. Room was nice. bed comfortable.

We are not the ones to complain, but we were not happy with the first room we got, since small balcony and poor view. We complained and got the better room after two days.

The pool area, the layout of the property. The food and the staff and especially Cem he was amazing throughout my stay. Made the best cocktails and was so helpful with everything.

The room was very small and I booked a double but received two single beds pushed together. They did offer me a room the next day but it’s a little too late then.

Good location, good breakfast, beautiful garden and pool area

Water from the sink was coming on the floor of the bathroom, all flooded. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower. No proper blankets even in october when night is cold. Very noisy like there is no soundproof at all.

The staff and location were brilliant. Rooms were clean and good size and had a nice view of the pool and mountain from the small balcony.

My only complaint was not having wifi in the room. It is very unusual for a hotel of this standard to not have this. At least wifi was available around pool area.

Everything mostly. The staff were fantastic, our room was cleaned everyday. Cracking hotel.

People putting towels on sunbeds early in the morning then going on a boat trip or to the market. They then return to them at around 4pm! It's so annoying! There should be some system in place to stop this. One guy said he set his alarm for 5-30am to secure his bed. My message to him is 'you're on holiday mate'!

Excellent location and lovely swimming pool. The room was basic but comfortable and the balcony was lovely.

Breakfast selection was a little basic although nice.

People putting there towels on the sunbeds from 6am not using them until midday . Hotel should crack down on things like that . Room a little small . But it was last minute so other rooms weren't available

The staff were friendly, the location is excellent, it was nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast included a great range and was all fresh; lots of healthy options.

The bathroom was humid with a weird smell and the room was pretty small so hard to fit our two suitcase next to the bed.

The breakfast was very good with alot of varieties, the location near oludeniz beach which was very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel, the hospitality of the staff

The room was small, no lockbox to store your documents and money in the rooms.

Great breakfast, rooms cleaned daily.
